5、,承受型布置,鋼構(gòu)架,爐膛部份懸吊,尾部煙道支承。The boiler is outdoor layout, single drum natural circulation, adopts -type layout, steelframe, partly furnace is top-supported, FG tail duct is bottom-supported. 爐膛前墻下部布置噴The lower front wall of furnaceis equipedwith bagasse spray orifice, supplemented by fixed-tilt grate t

6、o combust, using steam to remove slag. Theleft side walloffurnace is equiped with Hydraulic actuator to push the bagasse leaves. Separate fixed grate carries out combustion. 過熱器分兩級布置,高溫過熱器和低溫過熱器之間布置噴水減溫器,省煤器分上下級,空氣預(yù)熱器為單級布置。The superheater is two-stage layout, between the high temperature superheater

16、面呈長方形 78207000,爐膛四壁布滿膜式水冷壁,管子為20GB3087-2023100 毫米。1, Furnace: the furnace cross-section is a rectangle of 78207000, the furnace walls all around are covered with membrane water walls, the tubes are 604 steel tube, material is 20 (GB3087-2023) , tube pitches are 100mm.前水冷壁由 78 根管子組成,上端錯成兩排進(jìn)入鍋筒,下端進(jìn)入集箱

17、與6 根 0.28。Front water-wall consists of 78 tubes, the top ends are staggered into two rows, entering the drum, the bottom ends enter the header, together with six 1084.5 downcomers, forming a loop, downcomer and riser tube inner cross-section ratio is0.28.后水冷壁由 78 S1=300, 的下降管構(gòu)成一個回路,下降管與上升管內(nèi)截面0.28。Re

18、ar water-wall consists of 78 tubes, in the outlet of furnace, the upper ends are made sparsely into three rows of slag screens, entering the drum, pitches S1 = 300, S2 = 200, together with 6 1084.5 downcomers, forming a loop, downcomer and riser tube cross-section ratio is0.28.前水冷壁下部呈 60傾角構(gòu)成前拱。Front

19、 water-wall lower part forms a 60dip angle, constituting the front arch. 8 1084.5 的引出管進(jìn)入6 1084.5 下降管構(gòu)成一個回路,下降管與上升管內(nèi)截0.310.414。Each side water-wall consists of 70tubes, the upper ends enter the header, and lead to the drum through 8 1084.5 educing pipes, the lower ends enter lower header, together wi

Educing pipe and riser tube inner cross-section ratio is0.414.2731620GB3087-2023。The headers are 21916, their material is20GB3087-2023.128 衛(wèi)燃帶。Around the furnace walls, arranged with manhole, measuring

21、 hole and explosion-proof door etc., in order to facilitate ignition and stable combustion, on the combustion region of water-wall, laid with 128refractory belt.鍋筒:鍋筒內(nèi)徑為 1600 46 10940 毫米,封46 Q245R 鋼板制成。2, Drum:The inner diameter of drum is 1600mm, wall thickness is 46mm, length of straightsection is

22、 10940mm, wall thickness of the head is 46mm, all of them are made of Q245R steel plate.鍋筒內(nèi)裝有給水、蒸汽分別、連續(xù)排污、磷酸鹽加藥等裝置,蒸汽一次分別承受 9 8 18#鍍鋅鋼絲網(wǎng)及一層多孔板組成的頂局部別器,鍋爐給水應(yīng)符合 GB/T12145-2023火力發(fā)電機(jī)組及蒸汽動力設(shè)備水汽質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Drum inner is equiped with feed water, steam separation, continuous blowdown, phosphate dosing etc. devices

The primary steam separation adopts 44 290 cyclone separators, the second steamseparation adopts top separators made of 9 layers 8 eyes 18 # galvanized steel wire mesh and a layer of porous plate, boiler feed water should meet the standard of GB/T12145-2023 “Quality Criterion of WaterandSteamforGe

24、neratingUnitandSteamPowerEquipment”.此外,鍋筒上還有凹凸讀水位表、壓力表、安全閥等,鍋筒正常水位在鍋筒中心75 75 毫米處, 鍋筒由兩個活動支座證蒸汽品質(zhì)。Moreover, the drum has high-low water level indicators, pressure gauges, safety valve, etc., the drum normal water level is 75mm lower than the drum centerline, the highest and lowest water levels aresep

25、arately 75mm upper and lower than the normal water level, the drum is supported on the steel beam by two movable bearings, when heated, the drum freely expand towards both ends. 26、固定蒸汽吹灰爐排,爐排風(fēng)占15%。3, Burners: In the front wall of furnace, there are 6 bagasse burners. Adopt fixed type steam soot blowing grate, grate air accounts for 70%, the air of rear wall of furnace andmaterialfeedingairacountsfor15%separately.過熱器及減溫器:過熱器分兩段,高溫段在前,由 423.5 的 12Cr1MoVG 管383.5 20GB3087-2023884

27、.5座、溫度計、壓力表等。4,Superheateranddesuperheater:superheaterisdividedintotwosections,thehigh-temperaturesection is in the front, made of 423.5 12Cr1MoVG tubes; the low-temperature section is in the back,made of 383.520GB3087-2023tubes, the total heating area is884.5 , superheater outlet headeris equiped w

28、ith mail steam valve, self-comsumption steam valve, fire up exhaust steam, back washing,safety valve and thermocouple seat, thermometer, pressure gauge and so on.減溫系統(tǒng)承受中間噴水減溫器,減溫水為除鹽水或者冷凝水,通過電動調(diào)整閥來調(diào)整減溫水量的多少,可到達(dá)調(diào)整過熱蒸汽溫度的目的。Desuperheating system adopts intermediate spray type desuperheater, desuperhea

29、tingwater is demineralized water or condensated water, using the electric control valve to regulate theamount of desuperheating water, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting superheated steam temperature.323 20GB3087-2023管子制成,省煤4 6 20GB3087-2023。上、下級省煤器管都裝有必要的防磨蓋板,并且留有檢查孔便利檢查和清灰。5, Economizer: Ec

30、onomizer is divided into two stages, made of 323.520GB3087-2023tubes,there are 4 economizer headers, all ofthem made of21916 tubes, their material is 20GB3087-2023. The upper and lower stages of economizers all adopt supporting structure, the supporting beams are cooled by ventilation, in order to p

31、revent wear and tear, the snake tubes ofupper and lower economizers are equiped with the necessary anti-abrasion cover plates, and leavinginspection holeto facilitate inspection and cleaning.空氣預(yù)熱器:承受管式空氣預(yù)熱器,單級布置,上三個管箱由 502 的鋼管制603(考登管)4 組管箱,4 個流程, 查孔便利檢查和清灰。6, Air preheater: Adopt tubular air prehea

32、ter, single-stage layout, the upper three tubeboxes are vertical type, made of 502 steel tubes, the lowest tube box is also vertical type, made of 603 ( Cowden tubes) , there are total 4 groups of tube boxes, four-pass, eachgroup consists of 4 tube boxes. Flue gas inside the tubes scours longitudina

33、lly, air outside the tubes scours transversely, in order to prevent vibration and noise of the air preheater, eachtube box is equipped with two anti-vibration plates, and each tube box and inter-connecting cover has inspection hole to facilitate inspection and ash removal.鋼架與爐墻: 承受十二根鋼柱的支承式鋼架,前面六根鋼柱

34、固定在地基上,用土構(gòu)造由設(shè)計院負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計。爐膛爐墻承受輕型爐墻,爐墻厚度為200 毫米的保溫層,水上。7, Steel frame and furnace wall: Adopt supporting type steel frame of twelve steel columns, the front six steel columns are fixed to the foundation, used to support the weight of furnace heating surface; the rear six steel columns is fixed to the fou

35、ndation, used to support the weight of rear heating surfaces. Theconcrete structure should be designed by design institute. The furnace wall adopts light furnace wall,furnace wall thickness is 200mm insulation layer. Level roof and tilted roof use fire-resistant concrete,heat-insulating concrete cas

36、ting, they are hanged on level top plate and tilted top plate separately through hanger frame.各集箱和外部熱力管道均用石棉保溫泥包裹,保溫性能和密封性能良好。當(dāng)四周環(huán) 50,爐頂溫度7050。All the headers and external thermodynamic pipes are wrapped with asbestos insulation cement, insulation properties and sealing performance are good. When th

37、e ambient temperature is 25 , the surface temperature of the furnace body 300mm outside the the door(hole) should not exceed 50, roof temperature should not exceed 70 . The surface temperatures of varieties of thermodynamic equipments, thermodynamic pipes and valves should not exceed 50.爐墻上裝有人孔、看火孔、

38、打焦孔、防爆門等。另外在尾部豎井上可依據(jù)測量、吹灰等需要,在適當(dāng)位置留孔。Furnace wall are equiped with manhole, observation hole, decoking hole, explosion-proof door etc.Also in the appropriate location of the tail shaft, can leave holes according to the needs of measurement,soot blowing and etc.七、鍋爐安裝 , Boiler InstallationDL/T5047-19

39、95 電力建設(shè)施工及驗收技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(鍋爐機(jī)組篇)1996的有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)展。1, Boiler installation should be carried out according to the relevant provisions of DL/T5047-1995 “The Code of Erection and Acceptance of Electric Power Construction” (Section of Steam Boiler Set) issued by Ministry of Power Industry and “Steam Boiler Safety Techn

40、ology Supervisory Regulations” (1996)issued by Ministery of Labour.鍋爐本體安裝和爐墻施工時都必需留意鍋爐各局部受熱膨脹這一問題。鍋爐所應(yīng)準(zhǔn)時排解。2, When installing boiler proper and constructing furnace wall, must pay attention to the problem of thermal expansion of all parts of the boiler. Must ensure that all the headers can freely ex

41、pand towards both ends, and water-wall tubes, downcomers, boiler external pipings can freely expand downwards. Afterinstallation, should check carefully, when staring, must pay close attention to the expansion of various parts,if abnormal is found, should be removed in time.最大起吊件為鍋筒及鍋筒內(nèi)部裝置總重為 26.6 噸
