Background項目東側(cè)為鄭州新客站，北側(cè)為七里河，西側(cè)為未開發(fā)建設(shè)用地?；噩F(xiàn)狀為農(nóng)田和果園。東側(cè)鄭州新客站已經(jīng)開工建設(shè)，北側(cè)七里河以北為河南省國土資源廳住宅小區(qū)和綠地開發(fā)的原盛國際項目，南側(cè)為海馬園區(qū)，目前尚未開發(fā)，西側(cè)東風(fēng)東路以西為規(guī)劃的奧體中心，目前尚未開工。項目西側(cè)的東風(fēng)東路和南側(cè)的商鼎路為市區(qū)主干道，規(guī)劃均為雙向8車道，已經(jīng)建成通車。原盛國際Zhengzhou

MallNicholson購物街初建于1975年，為澳大利亞歷史悠久的一條商業(yè)街。作為Footscray區(qū)的市政中心，代表著該區(qū)的城市形象。購物商場需要滿足不同用戶的需求，而原本的設(shè)計并沒有體現(xiàn)其重要性。2006年，政府決定將該處重新設(shè)計打造成一個重點區(qū)域。項目設(shè)計力求打造：豐富Footscray區(qū)廣場的動感提供高品質(zhì)，低維護的景觀設(shè)計增強和當?shù)鼗A(chǔ)設(shè)施，商業(yè)和公共交通的聯(lián)系在區(qū)域內(nèi)大大增加人行空間，鼓勵步行加強區(qū)域內(nèi)的安全設(shè)計打造公共空間的藝術(shù)感Nicholson

originally

built

in

1975

and

is

Australia’s

oldest

pedestrian

mall.

The

Mall

isthe

civic

centre

for

Footscray,

representing

the

identity

and

aspirations

of

both

Footscray

and

the

entiremunicipality.The

space

needs

to

facilitate

a

strong

sense

of

community

and

cater

for

a

diverse

range

of

culturalactivities.

The

existing

condition

of

the

Mall

did

not

re?ect

its

importance

and

in

2006,

Council

committedtorevampingthisimportantplace.TheAimsoftheProjectWere

商業(yè)街位于Geelong區(qū)，改造將原本陳舊的街道變得充滿活力氣息。道路兩邊擺設(shè)的是定制的狹長座椅、將筆直的街道分割成了親密的休息空間。同時，活動空間則通過不同的小品和地面鋪裝區(qū)分。設(shè)計同樣注重了夜晚的燈光效果。盡管通車后的街道顯得更加熱鬧，街道本身的定位還是為行人休閑服所服務(wù)。在力求融入Geelong區(qū)的城市設(shè)計的同時，街道也煥發(fā)出了自己的特色。A

the

fabric

of

Geelong,

transforming

the

tired

old

mall

with

rigor

and

richness.Custom

designed

and

constructed

linear

benches

cut

across

this

longitudinal

space

creating

distinctzones

for

quite

seating,

with

movements

zones

differentiated

subtly

with

special

devices

and

ground

planetexturechanges.Night

time

character

has

not

been

forgotten

with

careful

lighting

transforming

this

one

undesirable

nighttime

location.

While

the

introduction

of

some

traf?c

has

added

some

liveliness

and

activity,

the

balanceis

still

in

the

pedestrians

favour.

Plaza目前已開業(yè)的時代廣場諾基亞劇院是位于紐約時代廣場腹地的一座現(xiàn)場音樂劇場，坐落于百老匯和44號街交匯處的維亞康姆(Viacom)/MTV大廈中。這個容量達2，100座的場館每年將舉辦約100場音樂會，25場廣播和媒體活動，以及75場公司活動和特別活動。時代廣場諾基亞劇院的特色：配備了三個酒吧/餐飲區(qū)域，以及頂級的音響設(shè)備、燈光和技術(shù)，為觀眾和藝人營造了舒適時尚的演出環(huán)境。諾基亞劇院是"諾基亞無線"("Nokia

Generator鐵路Railways鄭州被稱為“火車拉來的城市”，其發(fā)展與鐵路的發(fā)展一直是息息相關(guān)。項目位于鄭州綜合交通樞紐的地上兩層為高速鐵路場站的前方，高鐵站是未來東區(qū)乃至鄭州市人流客流最集中的區(qū)域。該項目是一個以商業(yè)為核心，融合酒店、寫字樓、公寓、地下商業(yè)五大功能于一體的“城市綜合體”，是體現(xiàn)和提升鄭州新形象的城市門戶，它將會為鄭州市、鄭東新區(qū)帶來強大的發(fā)展動力；更重要的是，這個項目的景觀將會成為鄭州人民、甚至是過往鄭州全國各地的人民現(xiàn)代生活中重要的一部分。因此，這個項目景觀必須從項目本身的特色來挖掘，從“鐵路”上思考，以一種大膽、現(xiàn)代的方式來打造景觀?！拌F路”景觀以一種統(tǒng)一而又微妙的形式來表達，可以讓人群觀賞、使用、互動。景觀的尺度適宜、形式多樣，但是表達的手法卻是非常一致。這種獨特的景觀在整個場地隨處可見，如廣場

“列車車廂”的特色鋪裝帶、市政綠化帶中的“軌道”、屋頂花園的“跨線橋”與“信號燈”等。Zhengzhou

vital

role

in

the

development

ofZhengzhou.The

project

is

sitting

in

the

front

of

the

Zhengzhou

Fast

Train

Station.

Traversedby

millions

of

travelers

andcommuterseveryday,

thetrainstationisoneofthehighlycrowdedareasinthecity.The

site

is

an

overall

commercial

development

with

Grade

A

of?ces,

commercial

malls,

hotels,

restaurants,markets

and

entertainment

facilities.

This

development

serves

as

a

major

propeller

of

urban

growth

andeconomic

development,

but

more

importantly,

it

will

become

part

of

an

essential

part

of

modern

life

for

thepeople

of

Zhengzhou

and

all

over

China.

Hence,

the

landscape

for

this

development

in

the

front

of

the

FastTrain
