黨務(wù)工作者創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)研討文章目前,在全國各地揪起創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動陣陣熱潮的大背景下,如何圍繞“推動科學(xué)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)社會和諧、服務(wù)人民群眾、加強基層組織”的活動目標(biāo)深入開展創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動,成為一個重要課題。筆者認(rèn)為,深入開展創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動要抓好五個方面的工作。抓好宣傳引導(dǎo),營造活動開展氛圍除了抓好橫幅、標(biāo)語、電視、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等傳統(tǒng)方式的宣傳外,還要采取一些基層黨員群眾喜聞樂道的宣傳方式,讓大家能夠更直觀、更主動的接受創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動。比如重用大學(xué)生村官為創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動指導(dǎo)員,向黨員群眾宣傳創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)知識;編發(fā)創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動簡報,及時迅速刊發(fā)活動涌現(xiàn)出來的先進(jìn)典型和經(jīng)驗;印制活動宣傳小卡片遞送到黨員群眾手,讓他們足不出戶就能知曉相關(guān)知識;在電視、網(wǎng)絡(luò)上開設(shè)專欄,及時將央、省、市、縣創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動的工作動態(tài)向黨員群眾播報;組成創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)宣講團,深入基層組織授課講解。要力爭以多種方式的宣傳,將創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動全方位的滲透到黨員群眾的生活,入心入腦。抓好活動載體,強化活動運行支撐創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)的活動載體搞好了,創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)就搞好了一大半。可以借鑒學(xué)踐活動的成功經(jīng)驗和有效做法,精心設(shè)計和不斷創(chuàng)新活動載體,要將活動載體細(xì)化,制訂具體的Unit5Whatwereyoudoingwhentherainstorm
