幼兒園防空演練方案幼兒園防火演練方案2016年防火演練方案xx幼兒園為進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)我園師生消防安全意識(shí),提高自救防范能力,做到在發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí),能臨危不亂,有序、迅速地按照消防逃生路線安全疏散,確保生命安全。通過緊急疏散演練,提高幼兒的安全防護(hù)知識(shí),逐步學(xué)會(huì)有事不慌、積極應(yīng)對(duì)、自我保護(hù)。讓教職工掌握正確使用滅火器的方法及保護(hù)幼兒逃生的方法,提高抗擊突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)變能力。一、時(shí)間、人物、地點(diǎn)演習(xí)時(shí)間:2016年x月x日早九點(diǎn)參加人員:所有教職工及幼兒地點(diǎn):幼兒園二、準(zhǔn)備工作1.準(zhǔn)備警報(bào)聲。.各班確保三名教師負(fù)責(zé)幼兒的安全疏散,提前做好安全教育。.師生事先了解園內(nèi)的安全通道,安全出口、集中地(操場(chǎng))等處,下樓梯的方法,順序,路線等。.有清晰可見的安全通道標(biāo)志。三、疏散原則1.一樓為先,二樓為后,每個(gè)班級(jí)都以最近的樓梯下樓。.聽見報(bào)警后,班級(jí)老師要立即停止一切活動(dòng),集中所有幼兒,清點(diǎn)3.人數(shù),不能落下每一名幼兒。四、幼兒逃生路線一樓:小一班從后門逃生到達(dá)集中地,小二班從正門逃生到達(dá)集中地。二樓:中一班從側(cè)樓梯,后門逃生到達(dá)集中地,中二班從主樓梯,正門逃生到達(dá)集中地。三樓:托班從側(cè)樓梯,后門逃生到達(dá)集中地,大班和小三班均在主樓梯,正門逃生到達(dá)集中地(大班先行)五、人員安排1.指揮與疏散園長(zhǎng):指揮整個(gè)場(chǎng)面,對(duì)于突發(fā)狀況作出及時(shí)調(diào)整。特色班(鋼琴班和親子班):分別在主樓梯和側(cè)樓梯進(jìn)行疏散并起到安全保護(hù)作用。鋼琴班男教師去三樓協(xié)助托班和小三班,以防突發(fā)情況的發(fā)生及幫助特殊情況的孩子。2.救治方面保健醫(yī):警報(bào)響起,保健醫(yī)生及時(shí)準(zhǔn)備急救藥箱到集中地為傷員救治(要備有燒傷燙傷的藥膏)3.聯(lián)絡(luò)員教師:起火時(shí),迅速撥打火警電話119,拉響火警信號(hào)并幫助疏散幼兒。4.攝影方面教師:負(fù)責(zé)拍攝演習(xí)的場(chǎng)景并留存。六、演習(xí)過程1.聯(lián)絡(luò)員拉響警報(bào)。2.各班教師立即組織幼兒離教室,按安全逃生路線疏散。1)各班幼兒用濕毛巾或衣角捂住嘴和鼻孔,以防吸進(jìn)有害氣體。2)幼兒站成1-2排逃生,前中后都要有教師,最后的教師要檢查一遍教室是否還有幼兒。3)逃生時(shí)要迅速有序,靠樓梯右側(cè)彎曲著身子下樓,不得亂跑不得搶道。.所有班級(jí)逃生到集中地(按照上操的位置站好),班級(jí)老師清點(diǎn)人數(shù),站好隊(duì)。.師生共同討論火災(zāi)會(huì)帶來什么樣的危害以及滅火器的正確使用方法。.園長(zhǎng)老師講話,宣布演習(xí)結(jié)束。幼兒園防震演練方案敬德幼兒園防震演練方案一、演練目的加強(qiáng)安全教育,提高教師、幼兒防地震災(zāi)害意識(shí)和應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)事件的能力。二、演練時(shí)間與地點(diǎn)時(shí)間:2015年12月7日下午3:00開始。地點(diǎn):幼兒園內(nèi)三、參加人員幼兒園全體教師幼兒四、準(zhǔn)備工作1.成立以園長(zhǎng)為組長(zhǎng)的緊急避險(xiǎn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組。2.2015年12月6日上午,全園教師學(xué)習(xí)演練方案,明確各項(xiàng)要求,做好相應(yīng)準(zhǔn)備。3.12月7日利用戶外活動(dòng)時(shí)間進(jìn)行演練,班主任進(jìn)教室向幼兒講解緊急避險(xiǎn)疏散演練的順序及要求。聽警報(bào)聲響起時(shí)正式開始。五、演練組織與管理組長(zhǎng):陳山麟成員:各班主任保育員六、演練流程1.幼兒排隊(duì):聽到演練警報(bào)聲,教師迅速組織班級(jí)幼兒排成第一、第二兩縱隊(duì)。.撤離教室:大班幼兒從戶外樓梯撤離,中小班正大門撤離到大操場(chǎng)。.從教室撤出的幼兒,雙手護(hù)頭一個(gè)跟著一個(gè)迅速撤離。.清點(diǎn)人數(shù):幼兒撤出后,教師帶領(lǐng)幼兒到指定的位置,幼兒繼續(xù)雙手護(hù)頭蹲下。班主任清點(diǎn)人數(shù)。.第一遍演練結(jié)束后,各班回教室,再進(jìn)行第二次演練。七、注意事項(xiàng)1.所有工作人員務(wù)必保持鎮(zhèn)靜有序,確保幼兒人身安全。.幼兒疏散過程禁止推擠踩踏,以防發(fā)生意外。在任何情況下,前面的幼兒停下,后面的幼兒也應(yīng)停下,前面的幼兒動(dòng),后面的幼兒跟著動(dòng)。如有幼兒絆倒,后面的幼兒立即稍作停頓,并由教師扶起撤離。.聽到演練警報(bào)聲后,按照撤離順序,有秩序地向教室外指定區(qū)域疏散。當(dāng)撤離的路線上已有別班撤離隊(duì)列時(shí),應(yīng)等別班隊(duì)列通過后,緊隨其后撤離。.所有人員應(yīng)認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)防震避險(xiǎn)知識(shí),嚴(yán)肅認(rèn)真、高質(zhì)有序地完成各項(xiàng)演練任務(wù)。.要求各班在疏散時(shí)按指定的行走路線走,防止出現(xiàn)無序的局面,所有參與組織的教師要牢記行走路線,并引導(dǎo)幼兒,讓幼兒明白如何行走。2015.12.5幼兒園防火演練方案為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)公共安全教育,初步培養(yǎng)幼兒公共安全意識(shí),提高全體師生在公共突發(fā)事件中的自救自護(hù)的應(yīng)變能力,結(jié)合幼兒的年齡特點(diǎn)和本園園舍設(shè)施情況,在全園開展一次疏散演練及消防演練,全面推動(dòng)我園全體師生安全教育活動(dòng)的深入開展。一、演習(xí)時(shí)間、參加人數(shù)時(shí)間:20xx年11月4日10:00人數(shù):全體師生,約250人地點(diǎn):幼兒園內(nèi)二、演習(xí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組及應(yīng)急小組成員組長(zhǎng):副組長(zhǎng):組員:各班班主任三、準(zhǔn)備工作1、準(zhǔn)備警報(bào)聲;2、各班教師組成三人班組(教師——保育員——教師):負(fù)責(zé)幼兒安全疏散、幼兒安全教育;3、師生事先熟悉校園安全通道、安全出口等處,下樓梯方法、順序、路線;4、幼兒園樓道安全疏散示意圖四、疏散原則1、一樓為先二樓為后,靠近樓梯班級(jí)為先遠(yuǎn)離樓梯班級(jí)為后;2、聽見演習(xí)警報(bào)后,帶班教師應(yīng)立即停止一切活動(dòng),與配班教師、保育員一起,集中幼兒,清點(diǎn)人數(shù)。五、逃生路線大門口(大一班、大二班、中一班、中二班)側(cè)門(大三班,小班,大大班)六、人員安排XX:大門樓梯口負(fù)責(zé)疏散(二樓幼兒撤離后檢查各班級(jí)角落)xx:側(cè)門樓梯口處負(fù)責(zé)疏散(二樓幼兒撤離后檢查各角落)XX:一樓大廳負(fù)責(zé)疏散,疏散幼兒到操場(chǎng)站好后統(tǒng)計(jì)人數(shù)七、演練過程1、警報(bào)聲起;2、各班教師組織幼兒迅速撤離活動(dòng)室,沿安全逃生路線疏散。要求:(1)各班幼兒用濕毛巾捂住口鼻,排成1-2排,低下身子,沿墻角邊有秩序的撤離;(2)教師引導(dǎo)幼兒逃生時(shí),教育幼兒不搶道、不驚慌;(3)教師要組織幼兒有序撤離,帶班老師前、保育員中間、配班老師后。不許漏下一名幼兒。3、重點(diǎn)危險(xiǎn)地帶專人把守(樓梯口、樓道轉(zhuǎn)彎處)班級(jí)人員分工明確(隊(duì)伍前、中、后位置安排到位)4、集中大操場(chǎng)要求:各班清點(diǎn)并報(bào)告人數(shù),組織幼兒有序排成二路縱隊(duì)5、演習(xí)結(jié)束,各班對(duì)幼兒進(jìn)行安全教育梅會(huì)幼兒園消防演練方案梅會(huì)幼兒園消防演練方案一、演練目的為進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)我園師生消防安全意識(shí),提高自救防范能力,做到在發(fā)生火警火災(zāi)時(shí),能臨危不亂,有序、迅速地按照消防逃生路線安全疏散,確保生命安全。通過緊急疏散演練,鞏固幼兒所學(xué)的安全防護(hù)知識(shí),逐步學(xué)會(huì)有事不慌、積極應(yīng)對(duì)、自我保護(hù)。讓教職工掌握保護(hù)幼兒逃生的方法,提高抗擊突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)變能力。二、演練時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)時(shí)間:2011年12月10日上午9:30分地點(diǎn):幼兒園活動(dòng)場(chǎng)三、演練組織機(jī)構(gòu)總指揮:黃志榮副總指揮:黃志榮、梅文會(huì)、張霞組員:查遠(yuǎn)行、劉蘭芳、魏榮蘭、陳娟、李成香、鄧明秀、張永奎四、工作小組:1.協(xié)助指揮人員:各班老師和保育員職責(zé):分別到各自班級(jí)活動(dòng)室,相互協(xié)助。負(fù)責(zé):(1)演習(xí)前清點(diǎn)幼兒人數(shù);(2)帶領(lǐng)幼兒撤退:(3)到達(dá)安全地帶后清點(diǎn)幼兒人數(shù)。.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)警戒小組:職責(zé):具體負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生和其他閑雜人員再次進(jìn)入警戒地帶。.疏散引導(dǎo)小組:職責(zé):根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況、人流密度、對(duì)疏散路線作選擇或調(diào)整。維護(hù)疏散秩序,指明疏散方向和路徑。在拐角、叉道處引導(dǎo);阻止幼兒逆向跑、竄、推撞、擠壓情況發(fā)生;有人倒下,要立即扶起。(班級(jí)老師由主班老師為組織者,主班老師前面引路,保育員在中間,副班老師在最后,帶領(lǐng)幼兒有序撤離到指定的地點(diǎn))一樓:魏榮蘭負(fù)責(zé)引導(dǎo)向后操場(chǎng)撤離二樓:查遠(yuǎn)行負(fù)責(zé)引導(dǎo)向前操場(chǎng)撤離4.救護(hù)小組:職責(zé):具體負(fù)責(zé)演練疏散過程中發(fā)生的意外事故的應(yīng)急救護(hù)和撥打119電話和120急救電話等。.撤退后幼兒安全管理:各班教師職責(zé):清點(diǎn)幼兒人數(shù),負(fù)責(zé)安撫幼兒情緒,保證幼兒火災(zāi)后的安全。以上工作人員負(fù)責(zé)幼兒疏散時(shí)的撤離秩序、安全管理,嚴(yán)防樓道擁擠事故發(fā)生。.報(bào)警小組:負(fù)責(zé)教學(xué)樓火警預(yù)報(bào),向分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)電話報(bào)警五、疏散管理1.疏散命令:由應(yīng)急總指揮根據(jù)情況發(fā)布疏散命令。.疏散鐘聲、廣播:請(qǐng)注意,這是火警廣播。小朋友聽到警報(bào)后不要慌亂,迅速用水浸濕毛巾,捂住口鼻。聽從指揮,有序退場(chǎng),由老師、阿姨帶領(lǐng)沿疏散標(biāo)志從就近安
