腳手架施工方案ConstructionplanbyScaffolding一.編制依據(jù)Ⅰ.Governingdocuments1.《建筑施工高空作業(yè)安全技術(shù)規(guī)程》1.《technicalregulationofsafeconstructionabovetheground》2.《建筑施工扣件式鋼管腳手架安全施工技術(shù)規(guī)范》2.《technicalregulationofsafeconstructionofsteel-tubescaffoldingwithfastening》二.編制目的Ⅱ.Aimoftheplan該工程為科威特標(biāo)志性建筑，結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，施工難度較大，工期要求緊。為順利地按照擬訂計劃完成安裝任務(wù)，施工中達(dá)到無傷亡、無重傷、杜絕安全事故的發(fā)生，特制定此方案。TheprojectisalandmarkbuildinginKuwaitwithcomplicatedstructurewhichleadstohighlypreciserequirements.Shorttermofconstructionisrequired.Inordertocopewiththeprojectinaccordancewiththeplan,herebytheplaninorderfornoinjury,nogrievousbodilyinjuryandpreventingsafeaccidentsinthecourseofconstructionismade.三.工程概況Ⅲ.Projectintroduction1.工程名稱/nameoftheproject：******PROJECT2.工程地點/locationoftheproject：********3.業(yè)主/Employer：********4.顧問公司/ConsultantCompany：**********5.工程簡述/Briefoftheconstruction：該工程地下3層，地上41層；建筑高度190米；中標(biāo)面積40330.34㎡/3floorsbelowtheground,41floorsabovetheground,190Mheightofthebuilding,tenderarea40330.34M2。6.執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/executingcriteria：執(zhí)行美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/Americancriteria，檢測地點/testinglocation；英國/UK.7.幕墻的種類及工程量/KindsofC.WandBQ7.1.單元半隱結(jié)構(gòu)/semi-hiddenframeunitizedC.W（W-AW-C），面積/Area17291㎡；7.2.單元全隱結(jié)構(gòu)/HiddenframeunitizedC.W（W-B），面積/Area7698㎡；7.3.全隱框架/HiddenstickC.W，面積/Area480㎡；7.4.鋼結(jié)構(gòu)全隱框架/SteelstructurehiddenstickC.W，面積/Area800㎡；7.5.全隱采光天窗/Hiddenframeskylight，面積/Area360㎡；7.6.鋁復(fù)合板框架雨棚/Aluminiumcompositepanelcanopy，面積/Area2889㎡；7.7.U型玻璃幕墻/U-shapedglassC.W（W-D），面積/Area1630㎡；7.8.鋁合金百葉/AluminiumLouver，面積/Area930㎡；7.9.室內(nèi)門窗隔斷/Partitions，面積/Area4040㎡；7.10.鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，幕墻支撐（協(xié)作單位設(shè)計施工）/steelstructure,supportingofC.W(Constructedbyothers)。8.單元板塊尺寸為/sizeofunit：2400㎜×4000㎜，重量約為/weight600公斤/Kg，單元板塊總計/totalunits：3000塊/pieces。四.施工部署Ⅳ.Constructionorganization1.群房W-E幕墻，W-F幕墻；鋁板造型處搭設(shè)雙排腳手架1.W-EC.WandW-FC.Wonthepodium;settingdouble-polescaffoldingaroundwheresculptingaluminiumpanelsare.2.裙房采光頂處搭設(shè)滿堂腳手架，此部分可利用1處的腳手架周轉(zhuǎn)。2.Buildingfull-framescaffoldingaroundtheskylightonthepodium,scaffoldingcouldbesubstitutedfromlocation1.3.主樓于23層及40層設(shè)雙層防護棚，寬度不小于4米，底層滿鋪木跳板，上層滿鋪安全網(wǎng)。安全網(wǎng)距木跳板距離不小于1米。3.Buildingdual-tierprotectiveshieldatfloor23andfloor40,it’snotlessthan4Minwidth,shieldbottomisfullylaidwithtimbergangboard,andshieldtopisfixedwithsafetyscreen,whichshallnotlessthan1Mabovethegangboard.4.主樓頂部鋼結(jié)構(gòu)處搭設(shè)滿堂腳手架，立桿間距1米，主樓W-A幕墻支撐網(wǎng)架的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)處搭設(shè)懸挑腳手架，主樓與裙放交接處搭設(shè)滿堂腳手架。4.Buildingscaffoldingaroundsteelstructureonthetopofthetower,1Mawayfromoneanother;Buildingtilt-scaffoldingaroundthesteelstructureofW-AC.Wonthetowerandfull-framescaffoldingaroundtheadjoiningpartbetweenthetowerandthepodium.五.施工準(zhǔn)備Ⅴ.Constructionpreparation1.編制材料計劃、任務(wù)書（見附表1）。1.Composingmaterialplanandtaskplan(seeattachedtable1).2.本工程采用扣件式鋼管腳手架，以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的鋼管做桿件（立桿、橫桿與斜桿），以特制的扣件做連接件組裝成骨架，鋪放木腳手板，并用支撐與防護構(gòu)配件搭設(shè)。對進場材料的質(zhì)量狀況進行認(rèn)真檢查：2.Fasteningmodescaffoldingisappliedtotheconstructionandmadeofstandardsteeltube(poling,crossbaranddiagonalrod),andcomestoaframeworkinhelpofspecialfastening.Thescaffoldingshallbepavedwithtimbergangboardandbuiltinhelpofsupportingandprotectingstuffs.2.1.鋼管2.1steeltube鋼管采用外徑48mm、壁厚3.5mm的Q235鋼焊接鋼管。有嚴(yán)重銹蝕、彎曲、壓扁、損傷和裂紋者均應(yīng)剔除。立桿、縱向水平桿的鋼管長度采用3-6m，橫向水平桿采用1.2-2.0m長。Weldedsteeltube,in48mminouterdiameterand3.5mminwallthickness,isappliedandmadefromQ235.Theoneswithseriouscorrosion,bend,crush,damageandcrackshallbepickedoff.Steeltubepolingorlongitudinalcrossbarshallbe3-6minlength,and1.2-2.0minlengthfortransversecrossbar.2.2.扣件2.2fastening扣件與鋼管的貼合面必須嚴(yán)格整形，應(yīng)保證扣件抗滑抗拉性能的要求。扣件不能有裂紋、氣孔、疏松、砂眼等鑄造缺陷?？奂c鋼管要接觸良好，扣件夾緊鋼管時，開口處的最小距離要小于5mm。連接扣件分三種：Theinterfacebetweenfasteningandsteeltubeshallbeshapedtomeettheanti-slipperyandanti-stretchperformances.Fasteningshallnothavecrack,airhole,osteoporosis,sandhole,etc.fasteningandsteeltubeshallhavewellcontacteachother.Whensteeltubeisholdbyfastening,theremainingspace,intheconditionthatfasteningistight,shallbelessthan5mm.fasteninghasthreekinds:.直角扣件（十字扣）:作兩根垂直相交的鋼管連接用。用于立桿與縱向水平桿、縱向水平桿與橫向水平桿等；right-anglefastening(crossingclasp):appliedtoholdtwosteeltubescrossing,wheresuchasbetweenpolingandlongitudinalcrossbar,betweenlongitudinalcrossbarandtransversecrossbar,etc..旋轉(zhuǎn)扣件（回轉(zhuǎn)扣）:供兩根任意相交鋼管連接用；Turnablefastening(turnaroundclasp):appliedtotwosteeltubescrossinginanyform.對接扣件:供對接鋼管用。Abuttingfastening:appliedtoconnectsteeltubesbuttandbutt.2.3.腳手板2.3Gangboard采用50mm的杉木或松木制成的木腳手板用。木腳手板板長為4m，寬不小于150mm。Gangboardshallbemadeoffirordealtimber50mminsize,whichare4minlengthand150mminwidth.六.施工作業(yè)要求Ⅵ.Worksrequirements基本要求1.Basicrequirements用扣件式鋼管搭設(shè)的腳手架，是施工臨時結(jié)構(gòu)。腳手架必須有足夠的承載能力、剛度和穩(wěn)定性。在施工過程中，在各種荷載作用下不發(fā)生失穩(wěn)倒塌以及超過容許要求的變形、傾斜、搖晃或扭曲現(xiàn)象，以確保安全施工。Scaffoldingarebuiltinfasteningmodeisalwaysfortemporary.Thescaffoldingshallhaveenoughbearingcapacity,rigidityandstability.Morethanallowabledeformation,incline,swingordistortionandcollapseshallnotbeoccurredunderanyformofloadsinthecourseofconstruction.1.1.在縱向水平桿與立桿的交點處必須設(shè)置橫向水平桿，并與縱向水平桿卡牢。立桿下應(yīng)有底座和墊板。整個架子應(yīng)設(shè)置必要的支撐與連墻點，以保證腳手架成為一個穩(wěn)固的結(jié)構(gòu)。1.1transversecrossbarsarefixedatwherebetweenjointsoflongitudinalcrossbarandpoling,andshallbetightenedwithtransversecrossbar.Baseplateandunderlyingpanelisnecessaryunderpoling.Supportsandcontactingpointstowallareneededtostabilizetheintegralframework.1.2.裙房雙排外腳手架的搭設(shè)，沿建筑物周圍連續(xù)搭設(shè)，與主樓交接處應(yīng)設(shè)置必要的橫向之字支撐，端部加強設(shè)置連墻點。1.2Double-polescaffoldingisneededtobecontinuouslysetuparoundthebuilding.Zigzagsupportsarealsoneededaroundwherescaffoldingisclosetothetower.Theendsarestrengthenedbycontactingpointstowall.1.3.主樓頂部及主樓與裙房交接處鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工部位的滿堂腳手架立桿間距不大于1米。1.3Thepolingaroundwherethetowerheadandthesteelstructureconstructingatthejointsbetweenthetowerandthepodiumshallkept1mfromoneanother.1.4.腳手架搭設(shè)應(yīng)滿足工人操作、材料堆放及運輸?shù)仁褂靡?，并要保證搭設(shè)升高、周轉(zhuǎn)腳手板和操作安全方便。1.4buildingscaffoldingshallmeettherequirementsintermsofmanualoperation,materialkeepingandtransport,etc.andassureheightofframework,substitutedgangboardsandoperationofbuildingscaffoldingiseasyandinsafe.2.對地基的要求2.Therequirementsforgroundbase2.1.為使腳手架保持穩(wěn)定不下沉，保證牢固和安全，根據(jù)施工現(xiàn)場實際情況，架子下部滿鋪跳板，腳手架基礎(chǔ)直接坐落在持力層上。2.1gangboardsshallbefullypavedunderscaffolding,whichshallbetight,insafe,stableandnosinking,inaccordancewithpracticesituationonsite.Thebaseofscaffoldingshallstandonbearableearth.2.2.先將原土地面平整夯實，沿腳手架方向砌240㎜寬基礎(chǔ)或滿鋪跳板。跳板上加設(shè)立桿底座和掃地桿，并用鐵釘固定牢靠。2.2firstlyflatandhardentheground,buildabase240mminwidth,onwhichpolingandsweepingrodshallbefixedbynail,orfullypavegangboardsalongthescaffolding.3.搭設(shè)參數(shù)（具體見附圖）3.Parametersforbuildingscaffolding(detailsasperattacheddrawing)3.1.雙排腳手架立桿縱距1.5m，橫距1.0m，步距1.5m，橫向水平桿間距0.9m內(nèi)立桿距幕墻表面0.20m。3.1Fordouble-polescaffolding,thelongitudinalspaceis1.5m,thetransversespaceis1.0m,andthepaceis1.5m,betweentransversecrossbarsis0.9m,theinnersideofpolingis0.2mawayfromcurtainwall.3.2.滿堂腳手架立桿縱距1.0m，步距1.5m。3.2Forfull-framescaffolding,betweentwopolinginlongitudinalis1.0m,thepaceis1.5m.3.3.主樓W-A幕墻鋼結(jié)構(gòu)處懸挑腳手架依據(jù)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)計算要求搭設(shè)。3.3ThescaffoldingforthetiltpartofW-Acurtainwallonthetowershallbebuiltinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthesteelstructurecalculation.4.腳手架與主體結(jié)構(gòu)的連接4.Connectionbetweenscaffoldingandmainbuildingstructure腳手架與主體結(jié)構(gòu)必須采用剛性連接，連墻桿應(yīng)與墻面垂直，不準(zhǔn)向上傾斜，下傾角度不超過15°。當(dāng)連墻桿與梁、柱中預(yù)埋連接件時，必須待梁、柱混凝土達(dá)到一定強度，一般不宜低于15N/mm2。采用三步三跨連接。Rigidconnectionshallbeappliedtotheconnectionbetweenscaffoldingandmainbuildingstructure.Connectingrodskeeprightanglewithwall,whicharenotallowedincliningupwardornotmorethan15°withhorizonontheconditionofdeclination.Beforeconnectingrodsareconnectedtoembeddedbracketsineitherbeamorcolumn,whereconcretestrengthshallbetakenintoaccount.Normally,lessthan15N/mm2isgood.Three-paceandthree-spanwaysareadopted.5.腳手架支撐的設(shè)置5.Setupofsupportsforscaffolding5.1.腳手架縱向支撐應(yīng)在腳手架的外側(cè)，沿高度及長度方向均連續(xù)設(shè)置。5.1supportsofscaffoldinginlongitudinalshallbeontheoutersideandarrangedcontinuouslyalongthedirectionsinverticalandinhorizontal.5.2.縱向支撐寬度宜為6個立桿縱距，斜桿與地面夾角宜在45°-60°范圍?？v向支撐應(yīng)用旋轉(zhuǎn)扣件與立桿和橫向水平桿扣牢，連接點距腳手架節(jié)點不大于200mm；縱向支撐鋼管接長，應(yīng)采用對接扣件對接連接，頂層可采用搭接，搭接長度不小于400mm，并用兩只旋轉(zhuǎn)扣件扣牢。5.2Thedistancebetweensupportsshallbe6timesthedistancebetweenpolinginlongitudinal,itisgoodtokeepanextentof45°-60°betweenstrutsandtheground.Longitudinalsupportsshallbeappliedtobyturnablefasteningtobetightenedwithpolingandtransversecrossbars,theirjointsshallnotbemorethan200mmawayfromthejointsofframework.Extendingsteeltubesoflongitudinalsupportshalldotheconnectionbuttandbutt.Topfloorofscaffoldingcanapplyoverlapping,whichshallnotmorethan400mminlengthandbetightenedbytwoturnablefastening.5.3.每隔15m要設(shè)置橫向支撐，橫向支撐的斜桿應(yīng)在同一節(jié)間，由底至頂層呈“之”字型連續(xù)布置，以提高腳手架的橫向剛度。5.3transversesupportsshallbearrangedineveryother15m,itsstrutsshallbeinasinglepieceandbearrayedinzigzagpiecetopiecetoimprovetransverserigidity.6.構(gòu)造要求6.Frameworkrequirements6.1.扣件式鋼管雙排外腳手架相鄰立桿的接頭位置應(yīng)錯開布置在不同的步距內(nèi)，與相近大橫桿的距離不宜大于步距的三分之一。立桿與大橫桿必須用直角扣件扣緊（大橫桿對立桿起約束作用，對確保立桿承載能力的關(guān)系很大），不得隔步設(shè)置或遺漏。thejointsofpolingoffasteningtypedouble-polescaffoldingmadeofsteeltubeshallbearrangedindifferentspanwithneighboringonesandbenotmorethanonethirdofthepaceawayfromtheneighboringlongertransversecrossbars.Polingandlongertransversecrossbarsshallbetightenedbyright-anglefastening(longertransversecrossbaractstoconfinepoling,thisismuchconcernedwithbearingcapacityofpoling),andnoalternatearrayornoomissive.6.2.大橫桿步距為1.5m。上下橫桿的接長位置應(yīng)錯開布置在不同的立桿縱距中，與相近立桿的距離不大于縱距的三分之一。同一排大橫桿的水平偏差不大于該片腳手架總長度的1/250，且不大于50mm。相鄰步架的大橫桿應(yīng)錯開布置在立桿的里側(cè)和外側(cè)，以減少立桿偏心受載情況。Thepaceoftransversecrossbarsis1.5m.Whereatransversecrossbargetstoextendshallbearrayedindifferentlongitudinalspaceofpoling,alsoshallnotbemorethanonethirdthelongitudinalspaceawayfromtheneighboringpoling.Thehorizontalerrorsoftransversecrossbarinarowshallnotmorethan1/250theoveralllengthofscaffoldingatthesamesideandnotmorethan50mmtoo.Theneighboringtransversecros
