肝癌的綜合治療
MultidisciplinaryStrategiestoManagementofHCC背景絕大多數(shù)(80-90%)的HCC合并肝硬化HCC治療策略應(yīng)考慮對腫瘤作用,并避免肝功能損害HCC的分期系統(tǒng)也應(yīng)同時考慮腫瘤因素,和肝功能損害的嚴重性至今尚未有公認的HCC的分期系統(tǒng)肝癌的BCLC分期系統(tǒng)目前在西方國家應(yīng)用較廣,對治療有指導(dǎo)意義。HCC的BCLC分期系統(tǒng)和治療推薦LivertransplantPEI/RFCurativetreatmentsTACEHCCSingleIncreasedAssociated
