雙任務(wù)步行對(duì)社區(qū)老年人姿勢(shì)控制的影響摘要:

目的:本研究旨在探究雙任務(wù)步行對(duì)社區(qū)老年人姿勢(shì)控制的影響,為老年人身體健康和日常生活提供理論依據(jù)。

方法:選取50名社區(qū)老年人作為研究對(duì)象,分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行雙任務(wù)步行訓(xùn)練,對(duì)照組進(jìn)行普通步行訓(xùn)練。通過比較實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的行走速度、步幅、步頻、支撐期時(shí)間和擺動(dòng)期時(shí)間等生理指標(biāo),以及比較兩組在單任務(wù)和雙任務(wù)步行下的姿勢(shì)控制指標(biāo),如赤膊角、骨盆傾斜角等來評(píng)估訓(xùn)練效果。

結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組的步行速度、步幅、步頻、支撐期時(shí)間和擺動(dòng)期時(shí)間等生理指標(biāo)表現(xiàn)優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。在雙任務(wù)步行下,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的赤膊角和骨盆傾斜角穩(wěn)定性均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,表明實(shí)驗(yàn)組對(duì)雙任務(wù)步行的適應(yīng)能力更好。

結(jié)論:雙任務(wù)步行可提高社區(qū)老年人的姿勢(shì)控制能力,有益于其身體健康和日常生活。

Abstract:

Objective:Thisstudyaimstoexploretheinfluenceofdual-taskwalkingonposturalcontrolincommunity-dwellingolderadults,providingtheoreticalbasisfortheirphysicalhealthanddailylife.

Methods:50community-dwellingolderadultswereselectedasthestudysubjects,dividedintoexperimentalandcontrolgroups,theexperimentalgroupreceivingdual-taskwalkingtrainingandthecontrolgroupreceivingnormalwalkingtraining.Thewalkingspeed,steplength,stepfrequency,supportperiodtime,swingperiodtimeandotherphysiologicalindicatorsofthetwogroupswerecompared,aswellastheirposturalcontrolindicators,suchastrunkangle,pelvictiltangle,etc.,undersingle-taskanddual-taskwalkingconditions.

Results:Physiologicalindicatorssuchaswalkingspeed,steplength,stepfrequency,supportperiodtimeandswingperiodtimeweresignificantlybetterintheexperimentalgroupthaninthecontrolgroup.Underdual-taskwalkingconditions,theexperimentalgrouphadbetterposturalcontrolstabilityoftrunkangleandpelvictiltanglethanthecontrolgroup,indicatingthattheexperimentalgrouphadbetteradaptationabilitytodual-taskwalking.

Conclusion:Dual-taskwalkingcanimprovetheposturecontrolabilityofcommunity-dwellingolderadultsandbenefittheirphysicalhealthanddailylife.

Overall,moreresearchisneededtofullyunderstandthepotentialbenefitsofdual-taskwalkingforolderadults.However,theresultsofthisstudysuggestthatitisapromisinginterventionforimprovingposturecontrolability,whichcanhavewide-rangingbenefitsforphysicalhealthanddailylifeAlongwithdual-taskwalking,thereareotherinterventionsandexercisesthathavebeenshowntoimprovephysicalhealthinolderadults.Forexample,resistancetraininghasbeenfoundtobeeffectiveinincreasingmusclestrengthandimprovingoverallphysicalfunctioninolderadults(Grgicetal.,2018).Thistypeofexerciseinvolvesusingweightsorresistancebandstochallengemusclesandbuildstrength.Itcanalsohelpolderadultsmaintainbonedensityandpreventfalls.

Inadditiontoexercise,nutritionplaysanimportantroleinthehealthofolderadults.Adequateproteinintakeisessentialformaintainingmusclemassandstrength,whileabalanceddietrichinfruitsandvegetablescanprovideimportantnutrientsforoverallhealth(Baueretal.,2018).OlderadultsmayalsobenefitfromsupplementssuchasvitaminDandcalcium,whichcanhelpmaintainbonehealth.

Finally,socialengagementandcognitivestimulationareimportantformaintainingoverallhealthandwell-beinginolderadults.Socialisolationandlonelinessarecommonissuesamongolderadults,andcanhavenegativeimpactsonphysicalandmentalhealth.Activitiessuchasvolunteering,joiningasocialclub,orattendingaclassorworkshopcanprovideopportunitiesforsocialinteractionandcognitivestimulation.

Inconclusion,dual-taskwalkingisapromisinginterventionforimprovingposturecontrolabilityinolderadults.Thistypeofexerciseinvolveswalkingwhileperformingasecondarytask,suchascountingbackwards.Bychallengingboththemotorandcognitivesystems,dual-taskwalkingcanhelpolderadultsmaintainorimprovetheirabilitytocontrolpostureandbalance.Alongwithexercise,nutrition,socialengagement,andcognitivestimulationareimportantformaintainingphysicalandmentalhealthinolderadults.Furtherresearchisneededtofullyunderstandthepotentialbenefitsoftheseinterventions,andtodevelopeffectivestrategiesforpromotinghealthyagingInadditiontotheinterventionsmentionedabove,thereareotherapproachesthathaveshownpromiseformaintainingandenhancingphysicalandmentalhealthinolderadults.

Oneareaofinterestistheuseoftechnologytopromotehealthyaging.Forexample,wearabledevicesandmobileapplicationscantrackphysicalactivitylevels,monitorvitalsigns,andprovidefeedbackonprogresstowardshealthgoals.Virtualrealityprogramscanalsobeusedforbalancetrainingandtherapeuticexercises,providingasafeandengagingenvironmentforolderadultstoimprovetheirmotorskills.

Anotherapproachismindfulness-basedinterventions,whichcanofferbenefitsforbothphysicalandmentalhealth.Mindfulnesspracticesinvolveintentionallybringingattentiontothepresentmomentandcanenhancebodyawareness,promoterelaxation,andreducestressandanxiety.Mindfulness-basedinterventionshavebeenfoundtoimprovemarkersofcardiovascularhealth,enhanceimmunefunctioning,andhavepositiveeffectsonmoodandqualityoflifeinolderadults.

Finally,thereisgrowinginterestinthepotentialofnutritioninterventionsforpromotinghealthyaging.Researchhasshownthatabalancedandnutrient-richdietcansupportphysicalandcognitivehealthinolderadults,andcanhelptoreducetheriskofchronicdiseasessuchascardiovasculardiseaseanddementia.Specificnutrients,suchasomega-3fattyacids,havebeenassociatedwithbettercognitivefunctionandmayhaveneuroprotectiveeffects.

Overall,therearemanyapproachesthatcanhelpsupporthealthyaginginolderadults.Byincorporatingregularexercise,socialengagement,cognitivestimulation,nutrition
