CHAPTER1-CommunicationandCulture:TheChallengeofTheFutureChallenge?Societiesaroundtheglobehavebeeninterwovenintoacomplexfabricofinterdependenteconomic,technological,political,andsocialrelationships.ThisiscalledGlobalization.Globalizationhasgreatlyincreasedtheeconomicstrengthofmanynationsandbringpeopletogetherfromdifferentcultures.However,itcouldresultingmorecompetitionfornaturalresources,internationalconflictsandsecurity,environmentalissues,andworldhealthissues.
