摘要帶式輸送機(jī)是廣泛應(yīng)用于、港口、建設(shè)、電廠等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的連續(xù)輸送設(shè)備,它具有運(yùn)輸效率高、運(yùn)營(yíng)成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,帶式輸送機(jī)的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。近年來,隨著工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,帶式輸送機(jī)也不斷朝著大運(yùn)量、長(zhǎng)距離、大傾角、高帶速、投資費(fèi)用少、運(yùn)營(yíng)費(fèi)用低、工作可靠、維護(hù)方便等方向發(fā)展,對(duì)其設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的要求也越來越高。為適應(yīng)地形的要求,用輸送帶輸送一定高度的帶式輸送機(jī)在很多方面有應(yīng)用。本文著重討論了帶式輸送機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)原理、傳動(dòng)原理、設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算法則、運(yùn)行阻力的計(jì)算、各點(diǎn)張力的計(jì)算等內(nèi)容,以及各種計(jì)算參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和校核,尤其對(duì)輸送帶的選用、托輥的選用進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,使設(shè)計(jì)更加貼切接近實(shí)際問題。本文還分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外帶式輸送機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),說明在現(xiàn)代高科技發(fā)展的情況下,帶式輸送機(jī)的發(fā)展?jié)摿€是很大的。本文研究了一般固定式帶式輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)理論,并根據(jù)所設(shè)計(jì)的要求再結(jié)合目前國(guó)內(nèi)的目前的技術(shù)要求組裝了一套傾角為0度的固定式帶式輸送機(jī),說明了這套設(shè)計(jì)符合設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的要求關(guān)鍵字:輸送機(jī)發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)原理計(jì)算和校核AbstractTakingstyletotransportmachineisbroadapplytoindustryfieldcontinuationsuchascoal,portconstruction,electricpowerplanttransportsequipment,thatithastransportationisefficient,isinmotionanddobusinesscostlowgrademerit.Theapplicationwiththedevelopmentofnationaleconomy,takingstyletotransportmachineismoreandmorebroad.Inrecentyears,withthedevelopmentofindustrialtechnology,thecostdirectionsuchaslow,workingreliably,defendingtogotothelavatorytakingstyletotransportmachinebringingspeedalongalsounceasinglytograndfortuneamounts,longdistance,bigdipangle,height,investingincoststoppingbeinginmotionanddoingbusiness,develops,designsthatthetechnologyrequestisalsomoreandmorehightotheperson.Fortherequestadaptingtolandform's,useconveyerbelttotransportcertainaltitude'stakingstyletotransportmachinehavinginmanyaspectsapplying.Contentsuchasthemainbodyofabookbeingemphasizedhavingdiscussedstructureprinciple,driveprincipletakingstyletotransportmachine,beingdesigningthecalculationcalculatingalaw,runningresistance's,everytensioncalculation,calculatingandproofreadingtheparametricdesignsecretlyschemingagainstaswellasvarious,hascarriedoutdetailedanalysisontheconveyerbeltselectingandusing,selectingandusingsupportingarollerespecially,hasusedtheproblemdesigningespeciallyappropriateapproximationreality.Themainbodyofabookhasbeenanalysedtakingstyletotransportmachinecurrentsituationanddevelopingtrendathomeandabroad,thepotentialtakingstyletotransportisstillverybigunderexplanationconditiondevelopinginmodernhightechnology.Thegeneralstationarytypethemainbodyofabookhasbeenstudiedtakesstyletotransportthemachinedesigntheory,inthelightofdesignedthattogetherrequeststillbetiedinwedlockisatpresentdomesticatpresentthetechnologyhasdemandedassemblingtocopyadipangleoncefor14degreeofstationarytypetakesstyletotransportmachine,thecoverhavingexplainedthishasdesignedthataccordingwiththerequestdesigningaparameter's.Keywords:TransportmachineDevelopStructureprincipleSecretlyschemeagainstandschoolcore目錄前言
