aboveinChina,anti-seismicperformanceoftelecommunicationfacilitiesshallbetakenintoconsideration

3.1GeneralRequirements
3.1.1
Whentestingoptical(electrical)cablesandmaterials,therepresentativesofownerorsupervisor
shallbepresenttogetherwithconstructorsrepresentative.
3.1.2
Gauge,specification,modelandquantityofoptical(electrical)cablesandothermaterials
shallcomplywiththedesignrequirements.Optical(electrical)cablesandsilicon-corepipesshallbe
packagedwithallnecessaryfactorydocumentation(theproductqualityconformitycertificateand
producttestrecordsprovidedbythemanufacturer),andsoareothercablelineequipmentand
materials.Anyequipmentormaterialnotmeetingdesignrequirementsorwithoutqualityconformity
certificateshallnotbeused.
3.1.3
Visualinspectionshallbeperformedtooptical(electrical)cables,equipmentandmaterials,
thepackageshallbeintact,anditsoutsideshallbelabeledwithgauge,specification,modeland
quantity.
3.1.4
Packagingandoutersheathofcablesshallbeintact,andtheop專用tical(electrical)cableendsand
silicon-corepipeendsshallbesealedperfectly.
3.1.5
Attheopen-caseexaminationtotheoptical(electrical)cables,actualAandBendsofcablesshall
becheckedandthenthecorrectandstrikingmarksshallbemadeoncabledrum.
3.1.6
ExaminationRecordsofoptical(electrical)cablesandothermaterialsshallbewellkeptafter
examination.
3.2Single-drumOpticalFiberCableExamination
3.2.1
Single-drumopticalfibercableexaminationmainlyincludes:re-measuringofcablefiberlength,
measurementofopticalfiberlossandobservationonbackscatteringcurve.
3.2.2
Transmissioncharacteristicsofopticalfibercablesshallmeetdesignrequirements.Single-drum
cablelengthshallbeincompliancewiththeprojectdesignrequirementsandbeidenticaltothelength
designatedbythemanufacturer.
3.3Single-drumCableExamination
3.3.1
Single-drum人人文庫electricalcableexaminationmainlyincludes:badpairtest,sealabilitytestofcable
sheath,pairloopresistancetest,insulationresistancetestandvoltagewithstandingtest.
3.3.2
Colorschemeandcablingorderoftelecommunicationcableconductorsshallcomplywithrelevant
standards.Cablecoreconductorsshallbe100%intactwithoutanybreak,mix,unhealthyearthingand
insulation.
3.3.3
Mainelectricalcharacteristicsandinsulationtestsofcopper-coreplasticcablesshallcomplywith
theprovisionssetinAppendixA.
3.3.4
Fillingoffilledcablesshallbeplump,evenandthorough.
3.3.5
Inflatablecablesshallbefilledto30kPato50kPawithdryairwithoutpressuredecreasefor
3hours(6hoursforarmoredcables).Cablesfailingtomeetthissealabilitystandardshallnotbe

Messengersofself-suspendedoptical(electrical)cablesshallbeinstalledinparalleltocables.
Strandedsteelwiresshallbetwistedcloselytogetherandshallnoteasilylooseapartafter200mmplastic

3.4.1
Annularreinforcedconcretepoleshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

Theconeangleofthecone-shapedpolesshallbe1∶75.

Theouterappearancequalityofconcretepolesshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

)Circularorverticalcracksshallnotbeavailableonthesurfaceofprestressedandpartially
prestressedconcretepoles.Verticalcrackshallnotbeavailableonreinforcedconcretepoles,and
thecircularcrackshereofshallnotbegreaterthan0.05mminwidth.Turtlebackorwatery
crackingarenotconsideredassurfacecracks.

)Forthepole,nomortarleakageshallbeavailableonthegrindered-sidecommissure,orthe
juncturebetweensteelplateandpole.

)Nopartialbumpingdamageshallbeavailableonthepole.

testresultsofcompressivestrengthofconcrete,testresultsofverticaltensilestrength,examinationresults
ofdimensionaldeviationofpackaging,mechanicalperformance,etc.
3.4.2
Whenitisdifficulttodeterminethequalityofaconcretepolebyvisualexamination,mechanical
propertiesmaybereviewedbyentitiesconcernedandthemanufacturer.
3.4.3
Woodenpolesshallmeetthefollowingrequirementswhenexamined:

Immersiondepthandpreservativeroottreatmentofoil-treatedwoodenpolesshallmeetthedesign
requirements.

Inanyofthefollowingcases,thespecificpolemustnotbeused:
1
)Lengthdeviationover+200mmto-100mm;

)Topdiameter10mmlessthanthedesignated;

)Thebendingisgreaterthan2%ofthetotallengthofthepole.
3.5ExaminationofSilicon-corePipeandAccessories
3.5.1
