老板都喜愛請來的翻譯對客商熱忱一點(diǎn),笑容多一點(diǎn),所以一般有客商經(jīng)過展位,我都會

微笑著跟他們打招呼,helllo,goodmorning之類的;對攤位多看幾眼的客商則會招呼他

們進(jìn)攤位看展品;

客商過來展位看的時(shí)候,一般會詢問有無catalog或者CD等(有些商家會把做產(chǎn)品名目或

者CD),多數(shù)狀況下是沒有的。對產(chǎn)品感愛好的客商記得要拿名片namecard,或者交換

名片。名片訂在本子上。

對于客商詢問過的產(chǎn)品要做好紀(jì)錄,如產(chǎn)品型號itemmumber,產(chǎn)品價(jià)格,數(shù)量,特殊要求

如產(chǎn)品更改型號顏色等,是否發(fā)電子郵件。對于客商詢問的問題,切忌不行自作主見,價(jià)

格,產(chǎn)品能否做細(xì)節(jié)調(diào)整等等,都不能依據(jù)自己的臆想來回答。不知道的就要問老板。

其實(shí)許多客商的英語也很爛的,許多時(shí)候不必完整說完一個句子,關(guān)鍵是要說清晰說明白,

關(guān)鍵詞能懂就好。假如聽不懂肯定要問多幾遍,寧可多問也不要不懂裝懂。

有點(diǎn)要提示的是,不要常常跟隔壁攤位的人談天,拉家常。即使攤位特別冷清,老板也不

情愿看到自己的翻譯跑到別人的攤位,三兩個人聚著說笑,也不要招呼別的攤位的人到自

己攤位上來。這種事情是越少越好。

由于拿到名片的時(shí)候,老板一般都會問客商是來自哪個我國的。有時(shí)候你不熟悉那個我國

的英文名(這個很正常,小我國挺多的)或者是名片上根本沒有那個印我國名字,這個時(shí)

候,可以看名片上的電話,依據(jù)我國區(qū)號列表,一查就知。建議打印這個列表,隨身攜帶

著,附件中有該列表。

雖然用到這個表格的時(shí)候不多,但是還是挺重要的,假如讀不出那個我國名字,有些老板

會覺得你英語很爛,雖然那個我國真的是你從來沒聽過。

【價(jià)格跟數(shù)量】

產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格一般有兩種,一個是出產(chǎn)價(jià)EX-worksprice,一個是FOB價(jià),要問清晰是FOB

哪里的,比方說FOB深圳。
