OverviewofthisaWiththerapiddevelopmentofthelogisticsindustry,importanttrendinGuidedVehicles(AGVs)areoneofthecoreequipmentofworkingmechanismofmagneticconductiveAGVwillbeelaboratedsubsequentcontrolsystems.Startingfrombothhardwareandsoftwareaspects,adetailedcompositionanddesignmethodsofthemagneticcondmayencounterinpracticalapplications,ThroughtheresearchinprovideusefulreferenceandinspirationforthedesignofmagneticguidedAGVcontrolsystems,promotethewidespreadapplicationofmagneticguidedAGVsinthefieldofintelligentlogistics,andcontributetotheintelligentandevelopmentofthelogisticsindustry.二、磁導(dǎo)式AGV控制系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)理論ThebasictheoryoftheAutomatedGuidedVehicle(AGV)navigationinformationforAGVs.Thecoreofmagneticnavigationtechnologyliesintheprincipleofmagneticrecognizeandfollowthemathegroundmagneticstrip,therebydeterminingitThemagneticconductiveAGVcontrolsystconsistsofmagneticsensors,controlsystems,drivesystems,changesinthemagneticfcorrespondinginstrulegsoftheAGV,resposystemistheguardianangelofAGVs,responsibleformonitoringtheoperationalstatusofAGVs,ensuringthatAGVsTheselectionandarrangementperformanceandarrangementofmagaffectthenavigationaDesignofcontrolalgorithm:Thecontrolalgorithmisthecoreofthemagneticcondudesigningappropriatecontrolalgorithms,precisecontrolofAGVscanbeachieved,impThroughreasonablepathplanning,efficienttransportationoftime,itisalsonecessarytoconsidecontinuityofthepathtoavTheimprovementofsafetyperformanceisanaspectthatcannotbeignoredinalgorithms,thesafetyperformanceofAGVscanbeimprovedandaccidentscanbereduThebasictheoryofmagneticinductionAGVcontrolsysteminvolvesmultipleprinciple,controlsydesign,pathplanning,andsafetyperformancThroughin-depthresystemscanbedeveloped,providinindustrialautomationThedesignoftheautomaticguidedvehicle(AGV)contrreliability,andscaGenerallyspeaking,thesoftwarepartisresponsibleforprocessingsenplanningtasks.Intermsofhardwaredesign,wehavechosenahighlysensitivemagneticsensortoground.Thesesensorscanaccuratelyidentidirectionoftheleadwires,providingprecisenavigationIntermsofsoftwaredesign,weadoptedamodmodules,suchassensordataprocessingmodule,pathplanningmodulesthroughaunifieddatainterface.Thisdesignnotonlyimprovesthemaintainabilityofthesystemseriesofmeasures.Forexample,wehaveadoptedredundanthavealsoconductedrig四、磁導(dǎo)式AGV控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究performanceofthesystemdesign.Inthisstudy,wedesignedaseriesofexperimentstotesttheperformanceofmagneticguidedAGVcontrolsystemsinactualwinthisenvironment,wecanoguidestheAGVtomovealongapredeterminedpathandhvariouscomplexnavigationproblems.Duringtheexperiment,wefandanalyzedthecontroldeviations.WealsotestedtherobustnessunderdifferentlightingandtemperatureTheexperimentalresulinasimulatedwarehousoftravelinatimelymannerwhenencounteringobstacles.thesametime,theperformanceofthecontrolsyrelativelystableWealsofoundthattheresponsespeedoftheTherefore,infuturealgorithmandhardwareconfigurationofthecoAGVcontrolsystemhavebeenverifiedthroughexperimentalmagneticguidedAGVsinfieldssuofcontrolsystemsandpromotethefurtherdevWiththerapiddevelopmeintelligentmanufacturing,theperformanceimprovementofthecontrolsystemofthemagneticguidedparticularlyimportant.Onthebasisofin-depthresearchthemagneticconductiveAGVControlalgorithmthemagneticconductiveAGVdirectlydeterminesitsnavigationandvariableloads.Therefore,environmentbysimulatinghumandecision-makingprocessesorImprovementofpathplanningalgorithm:PathplanningisoneofthecorefunctionsofAGVcoTraditionalmapbasedpathplanningalgorithmsperformwellinplanningandobstacleavoidanceforCommunicationprotocolupgrade:Thecommcrucialforachievingmultivehicscheduling.Traditionalcommunicationprotocolsoftenhaveproblemssuchasslowtraanti-interferenceabHardwaresystemsystem,theperformanceofthehardwaresystemdirectlyaffectstheperformanceofthecontrolsyshardwareofAGV,suchasmagneticsprovidinghardwaresupportfortheoptimizationofthecontrolTheoptimizationandimprovementofthemagneticmagneticconductiveAGVs,contributingindustrialautomationandintelligentmanufacturing.六、磁導(dǎo)式AGV控制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用前景thedeepeningofintelligentmanufacturing,thedemandforhandlingequipment,thedesignandresearchofsystemformagneticguidedAGVsarebecomingincreasinimportant.Currently,valueinmultiplefields.Withthecontinuousinnoimprovementoftechnology,itsapplicationprospectsareverybroad.Inthemanufacturingindustry,themagneticguidedAGVcontrolsystemwillhelpachieveintelligenttrandassemblylineunloading,improveproductionefficieflexibleobstacleavoidanceandautonomouscomplexenvironments,ensuringproductionsafety.Inthefieldofwarehousingandlogistics,magneticguidedtopresetroutes,greatlyimprovingwarehousingeuppermanagementsystem,themagneticguidedAGVcanprovidetransportationsystems,AGVscanreplacedistributionofdrugs,medicaldevices,andothermarepositioningofbooks,improvingtheservicelevelofthebigdata,themagneticconductiveAGVcontrolsystemwilldeeplyintegratedwiththeseadvancedtechnologiestandpathplanningofAGVscanbeoptimizedtofurtherimprovetheirperformanThemagneticconductiveAGVcontrolsystemfields.Withthecontinuousinnovationand
