IinterviewedwithBeth,theDirectorofCommunicationsattheFineArtsFund,foroveranhour.Fortunately,the

positionwassogreatfitforme,andIwashiredonthespot.However,theinternshippositionwasunpaid.Ihadto

weighthatfactagainsttheexperiencesthatIwouldgainfromthisparticularposition.Butidecidedtheposition

wouldbeworthteheffort,evenifIwasn'trewardedwithapaycheck.AndsheunderstoodthatIwasastudentand
