A.WhataboutB.HowaboutC.WhynotD.WouldyoulikeLet’sWhataboutplayingAllrightWhynotgoThat’sagoodideaWhydon’tyou練習(xí)一下until,although,sothat引導(dǎo)的狀語從句until引導(dǎo)時間狀語從句,意為“直到……為止;到……時”,引導(dǎo)時間狀語從句,常放在主句之后,也可以放在主句之前。主句通常為將來時態(tài),從句要用一般現(xiàn)在時表示將來(即主將從現(xiàn))。eg:I'llstayhereuntilyoucomeback.until用于肯定句中和否定句中的意思有所差別①Let'swaituntiltherainstops.until在肯定句中意為“直到……為止”,主句謂語動詞必須用延續(xù)性動詞,表示動作一直持續(xù)到until后的時刻為止。②Wedidn'tgohomeuntiltherainstopped.當(dāng)until用于否定句中時,意為“直到……才”,主句謂語動詞通常用短暫性動詞,表示從until后的時刻開始。until引導(dǎo)時間狀語從句,表將來的動作時,只能用一般現(xiàn)在時態(tài)代替,即:主將從現(xiàn)孩紙們,練一下吧!1.—Lucy,youcan'tusethephone_____wearefarfromthegasstation.—OK,Iwon'tdothatagain.A.afterB.whenC.thoughD.until2.I______gotobed_____mumcameback.

didn'tuntilDalthough引導(dǎo)的讓步狀語從句:意為“雖然,盡管”,引導(dǎo)讓步狀語從句,可以放在主句的前面,也可以放在主句的后面eg:Althoughyouaretall,I'mnotafraidofyou.

注意:①although不能和but連用②當(dāng)although在句首引導(dǎo)句子時,要用逗號和主句隔開,although引導(dǎo)的讓步狀語從句放在主句后,不用逗號隔開。小試牛角:_____ZhongNanshanisover80yearsold,____heisstillstrongandhealthy.A.Although;butB.Although;/C./;althoughD.But;/B

sothat引導(dǎo)的目的狀語從句和結(jié)果狀語從句①Youmustgotoschoolnowsothatyouwon'tbelate.

你現(xiàn)在必須要去學(xué)校了,以便不會遲到。sothat表示“以便”,同義詞組:inorderthat...引導(dǎo)目的狀語從句時,通常放在主句的后面。目的狀語從句表示的是一種可能性,而非事實,因此,

從句中常帶有情態(tài)動詞should、can、may、will等。
