說明

1.專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生進(jìn)入臨床工作后須按照培養(yǎng)方案要求進(jìn)行本學(xué)科內(nèi)相

關(guān)科室的輪轉(zhuǎn)及考核。臨床輪轉(zhuǎn)考核手冊(cè)是專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生進(jìn)行臨床

訓(xùn)練及考核的重要依據(jù)，必須認(rèn)真如實(shí)填寫。

2.手冊(cè)供臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生個(gè)人記錄使用，培養(yǎng)結(jié)束后，于畢業(yè)前

統(tǒng)一上交研究生處，進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)終審并存入個(gè)人檔案。

3.臨床醫(yī)學(xué)碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生按照個(gè)人培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃完成相關(guān)科室的輪轉(zhuǎn)，

應(yīng)及時(shí)、如實(shí)記錄，對(duì)病例的記錄須由指導(dǎo)教師和考核者簽名。

4.臨床醫(yī)學(xué)碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生輪轉(zhuǎn)出科時(shí)將本手冊(cè)提交考核小組審核

并簽署意見。

5.手冊(cè)須用鋼筆或碳素筆填寫，字跡清楚，不得遺失，撕頁(yè)和涂改。手冊(cè)

記錄內(nèi)容將作為考核的依據(jù)。

6.該表格供臨床各專業(yè)研究生在相關(guān)科室（含內(nèi)科、外科、婦產(chǎn)科、神經(jīng)

病學(xué)、耳鼻咽喉科、眼科、兒科、皮膚病與性病學(xué)、老年科、康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)、

精神病與精神衛(wèi)生學(xué)）輪轉(zhuǎn)記錄使用以及臨床各專業(yè)研究生在本學(xué)科訓(xùn)

練時(shí)記錄使用。

7.符合免輪轉(zhuǎn)條件的在職臨床醫(yī)師，不需要填寫相關(guān)輪轉(zhuǎn)科室的記錄表

格，但需要提交完成本學(xué)科的記錄手冊(cè)和免輪轉(zhuǎn)科室出科考核成績(jī)。同

時(shí)，在表格的最后，需要提供以下證明材料的復(fù)印件：在三級(jí)乙等及以

上醫(yī)院完成住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)第一階段的合格證書（或成績(jī)證明）。

2Theexaminationhandbookisusedasthestudent?spersonlrecords,afterthetraining,it

shouldbesubmittedtothegraduatestudentinstitutetodothefinalassenmentandthenbe

keptintheperaonalfiles.

3TheClinicalmedicinemasterdegreegraduatestudentsshouldfinishtheswifttraining

accordingtothepersonalcultivationplan,therecordshouldbetimelyandfactually,the

medicalfileshouldbesignedbyboththeacademicadvisorandrater.

4TheClinicalmedicinemasterdegreegraduatestudentsshouldsubmitthishandbookto

theassementgrouptogettheconfirmationandopinionafterthetraining.

5Studentsshalltakegoodcareoftheexaminationhandbook,itshouldbefilledwithapen

orink,anyalterortearpagesisprohibited.TheAssessmentwillbebasedontherecord.

6Thishandbookisusedforthepostgraduatesofdifferentmajorstorecordwhentheyare

trainingindifferentsection,(includingtheInternalmedicine,surgery,gynecologyand

obstetrics,neurology,Otolaryngol,ophthalmologyofskindiseaseandvenerealdisease,

paediatrics,learn,oldagesection,rehabilitationmedicine,mentalandspiritualhealth

section)andalsoforthetrainingoftheirownspeciality.

7Complywiththeworkplaceconditionsfromrotaryclinicians,donotneedtofillthis

rotationform,buthavetosubmittherecordhandbookandassessment.Atthesametime,in

theformoffinally,youneedtoprovidethefollowingcopiesofthesematerials:

Acertificate(orOfficialTranscript)whichcanshowthatyouhavecompletedthefirststage

standardizationtrainingasaresidentinLevel3oraboveLevel3hospital.

遼寧醫(yī)學(xué)院臨床專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生出科考試規(guī)定

為了加強(qiáng)臨床專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的培養(yǎng)，研究生學(xué)院對(duì)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的出科考試

做出以下規(guī)定：

一、考試時(shí)間：

臨床專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生在本科室輪轉(zhuǎn)期滿前一周內(nèi)完成考試，考試前3天向二級(jí)學(xué)

院研究生主管部門提出書面申請(qǐng)（具體要求見《遼寧醫(yī)學(xué)院臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生

出科考試申請(qǐng)》，此表可在遼寧醫(yī)學(xué)院研究生學(xué)院網(wǎng)站下載）。

二、考試組織：

出科考試由各三級(jí)學(xué)科主任安排，考核小組的成員至少包括三位專家和一位秘

書，考核小組專家要求具備副高職以上職稱（原則為碩士研究生導(dǎo)師）。

三、考試內(nèi)容：

臨床專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)方案中要求研究生達(dá)到的內(nèi)容：如本專業(yè)基本診斷、治

療技術(shù)，本學(xué)科常見病、多發(fā)病的病因、發(fā)病機(jī)理、臨床表現(xiàn)、診斷和鑒別診斷、處

理方法，門急診處理、重危病人搶救、接待病人、病例書寫臨床教學(xué)等技能，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)?/p>

科學(xué)作風(fēng)和高尚的醫(yī)德。

四、考試程序：

1.學(xué)生自我介紹姓名、專業(yè)、導(dǎo)師及指導(dǎo)教師、輪轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間、接診患者數(shù)、病種、類

型、例數(shù)，參加過何種手術(shù)、例數(shù)，概述總結(jié)輪轉(zhuǎn)情況。

2.帶教導(dǎo)師介紹學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、工作、醫(yī)德醫(yī)風(fēng)表現(xiàn)及病種掌握等情況，并指出存在的

不足。

3.專家根據(jù)學(xué)生自我介紹、帶教教師介紹、結(jié)合臨床能力訓(xùn)練手冊(cè)的填寫情況對(duì)考

核指標(biāo)中“醫(yī)德醫(yī)風(fēng)、工作量、輪轉(zhuǎn)記錄、勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律”進(jìn)行評(píng)分。

4.隨機(jī)抽取3個(gè)該考生主管的病例，專家對(duì)考核指標(biāo)中“病例書寫”進(jìn)行評(píng)分。

5.結(jié)合此病例進(jìn)行臨床技能考核，可以由學(xué)生結(jié)合查體（盡量在病人身上操作）、輔

助檢查等，作一詳細(xì)病例分析，包括介紹病史、陽(yáng)性體征、診斷、治療意見等。

6.病例分析問答，考核專家根據(jù)學(xué)生的操作和匯報(bào)提問有關(guān)本病例和本學(xué)科的各類

問題，時(shí)間不少于15分鐘，秘書記錄，備案。

7.考核合格者進(jìn)入下一科輪轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)習(xí)，不合格者在本學(xué)科重修。輪轉(zhuǎn)依次順延。

8.由考核小組負(fù)責(zé)人填寫臨床能力訓(xùn)練手冊(cè)中的考核評(píng)分表內(nèi)容。

（1）考試費(fèi)用：100元/生.次，費(fèi)用由研究生學(xué)院統(tǒng)一下?lián)芙o研究生導(dǎo)師，由導(dǎo)師統(tǒng)籌支付給

科室。

After-DepartmentExaminationRegulationforthepostgraduates

I.Examtime:

Thepostgraduateshouldfinishtheexaminationoneweekbeforecompletedepartmentrotation.Three

daysbeforetheexam,studentsshouldsubmitawrittenapplicationtotheGraduateSchool.(Specifically

toseePostgraduateAfter—DepartmentExaminationApplicationofLiaoningMedicalUniversity,the

applicationformcanbedownloadfromGraduateSchoolwebsite).

II.ExaminationOrganization

Theexaminationisorganizedbythedisciplineschairpersons.Theassessmentteammembersincludeat

leastthreeexpertsandasecretary.Expertsshouldbeorabovethetitleofassociateprofessors

(theoretically,theexpertshouldbeofthemaster'sInstructor).

III.ExaminationContent

Postgraduatetrainingprogramrequiresgraduatestudentstoreachthefollowingcontents:thebasic

diagnostic、therapeutictechniques,thedisciplinecommonandfrequently-occurringdiseaseetiology,

pathogenesis,clinicalmanifestations,diagnosisanddifferentialdiagnosis,treatment,outpatientand

emergencytreatment,rescueandreceptionoftheriskpatients,clinicalcasewritingandteachingskills,

rigorousscientificstyleandnoblemedicalethics.

Examinationprocedures:

1.students'self-description：name,profession,instructoranddirectteacher,rotationtime,thenumber

ofamassedpatients,diseasetype,thenumberofcases,participatedsurgery,thenumberofsurgery

casesandoverviewsummaryoftherotationsituation.

2.Instructorintroducesstudent'slearning,work,medicalethicssituationsandintroducesdiseasesthey

masteredandsoon,andpointedouttheshortcomings.

3.Accordingtotheaboveintroductionsandbasedontheworkloadoftherotationrecords,experts

wouldscoretheirethics,workload,rotationrecordsandlabordiscipline

4.Expertsselectedthreecandidatescaseswhichthestudentinchargerandomly,andwhiteascorefor

“casewriting”.

5.Examtheclinicalskillsontheabovecase.Studentmaymakeadetailedcaseanalysis,includingthe

introductionofillnesshistory,positivesigns,diagnosis,andtreatmentadvicebasedonthephysical

exam(operateonthepatientasfaraspossible),Auxiliaryexamination,etc.

6.Caseanalysisquestionsandanswers:Theexpertsaskvarioustypesofquestionsaboutthecasesand

thedisciplinaryproblemsaccordingtotheoperationandreportingofstudent.TheQ&Aisnotless

than15minutes,andtheclerktakestherecord.

7.Qualifiersoftheassessmentareallowedtoenterthenextrotationlearning.Iffailed,thestudent

renovatedinthedisciplineandtherotationwillbeextendedinturn.

8.Thecontentoftheassessmentscoresheetinthetrainingmanualofclinicalcompetenceshouldbe

filledinbytheassessmentteamleader.
