er10:Amendment,Rescission,andTerminationoftheContract10.1ConditionsandProceduresforContractAmendmentOncetheContractissigned,nochangesmaybemadewithoutmutualwrittenconsentfrombothparties.10.2ConditionsforContractRescissionIntheeventofaseriousbreachbyoneparty,theotherpartyhastherighttorescindtheContractanddemandthebreachingpartytobeartheliabilityforbreachofcontract.10.3CircumstancesforContractTerminationTheContractmaybeterminateduponfulfillment,rescission,orothercircumstancesasstipulatedbylaw.10.4RightsandObligationsafterContractRescissionorTerminationAftertheContractisrescindedorterminated,thesettlementandcleanupclausesintheContractremainineffect.Chapter11:DisputeResolution11.1MethodsofDisputeResolutionIntheeventofadisputearisingfromtheperformanceoftheContract,thepartiesshallfirstattempttoresolveitthroughnegotiation;ifnegotiationfails,thedisputemaybesubmittedtotheagreedarbitrationcommissionforarbitration.11.2ProceduresforDisputeResolutionBothpartiesshallfollowthearbitrationorlitigationprocedurestoensureafairresolutionofthedispute.11.3ApplicableLawandJurisdictionTheinterpretation,application,andresolutionofdisputesofthisContractshallbegovernedbythelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.C
