本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了震中區(qū)應(yīng)急監(jiān)測(cè)選址點(diǎn)采集數(shù)據(jù)的基本要求,包括數(shù)據(jù)種類、數(shù)據(jù)類型、格式、字段

定義和表達(dá)方式等。

本文件適用于3級(jí)及以上地震發(fā)生后應(yīng)急監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集。

3術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義

GB/T18207.1、GB/T18207.2、GB/T17798界定的以及下列術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義適用于本文件。

3.1

地震Earthquake

大地震動(dòng)。包括天然地震(構(gòu)造地震、火山地震)、誘發(fā)地震(礦山采掘活動(dòng)、水庫(kù)蓄水等引發(fā)的

地震)和人工地震(爆破、核爆炸、物體墜落等產(chǎn)生的地震)。一般指天然地震中的構(gòu)造地震。

地震應(yīng)急Earthquakeemergencyresponse

破壞性地震發(fā)生前所做的各種應(yīng)急準(zhǔn)備以及地震發(fā)生后采取的緊急搶險(xiǎn)救災(zāi)行動(dòng)。

測(cè)震臺(tái)(站)Seismographstation

布設(shè)固定觀測(cè)的地震儀,用于連續(xù)觀測(cè)地面運(yùn)動(dòng)的地震臺(tái)。

基巖Bedrock

底巖上面最主要的牢固固結(jié)的地質(zhì)層,它的力學(xué)性能不同于覆蓋層,而且是勻質(zhì)的。

斷裂帶Faultzone

由主斷層面及其兩側(cè)破碎巖塊以及若干次級(jí)斷層或破裂面組成的地帶。

3.6

場(chǎng)地類別Siteclassification

根據(jù)土層數(shù)剪切波速和場(chǎng)地覆蓋層厚度等自然條件選取工程抗震設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)和抗震措施時(shí)對(duì)建設(shè)場(chǎng)

地進(jìn)行的分類。

地震速報(bào)系統(tǒng)Rapidearthquakereportsystem

對(duì)已發(fā)生地震的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、震級(jí)等的快速測(cè)報(bào)的系統(tǒng)。

4基本要求

4.1空間參考系

坐標(biāo)系采用“2000國(guó)家大地坐標(biāo)系(CGCS2000)”,高程基準(zhǔn)采用“1985國(guó)家高程基準(zhǔn)”。

4.2數(shù)據(jù)格式

各數(shù)據(jù)的空間位置信息、屬性值應(yīng)與實(shí)際情況一致,且同一類型數(shù)據(jù)中不應(yīng)存在重疊或重復(fù),滿足

實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景具體需要。

a)矢量數(shù)據(jù)

空間點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)(包括歷史地震數(shù)據(jù)、測(cè)震臺(tái)站數(shù)據(jù)和干擾源數(shù)據(jù))要求帶坐標(biāo)信息的文本格式數(shù)據(jù)或

含空間位置信息的shapefile格式數(shù)據(jù);空間線和面數(shù)據(jù)(包括斷裂帶、基巖場(chǎng)地、不利場(chǎng)地)要求含

空間位置信息的shapefile格式數(shù)據(jù)(詳見(jiàn)附錄A)。

b)柵格數(shù)據(jù)

柵格數(shù)據(jù)是以行政區(qū)邊界為基準(zhǔn)的近地表30m地層剪力波柵格數(shù)據(jù)。

4.3數(shù)據(jù)采集方式

數(shù)據(jù)采集方式應(yīng)分為自動(dòng)采集和人工采集兩種。

a)自動(dòng)采集:通過(guò)與地震速報(bào)系統(tǒng)對(duì)接,實(shí)現(xiàn)地震信息的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)和自動(dòng)收集。采集的數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)按

照“5采集數(shù)據(jù)”要求,自動(dòng)加載到歷史地震并安全存儲(chǔ),應(yīng)10分鐘收集一次。

b)人工采集:按照“5采集數(shù)據(jù)”的要求填寫(xiě)地震應(yīng)急監(jiān)測(cè)選址點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù),并人工錄入至相應(yīng)的數(shù)

據(jù)庫(kù)中。
