regulations.10.3RestorationObligationsTheTenantshallrestorethePropertytoitsoriginalconditionuponterminationoftheLease,unlessotherwiseagreed.以上為合同前半部分內(nèi)容,后續(xù)章節(jié)待續(xù)。第十一章:TerminationandEviction11.1TerminationbyLandlordTheLandlordmayterminatethisAgreementiftheTenantbreachesanymaterialtermofthisAgreementandfailstoremedysuchbreachwithinaspecifiedperiod.11.2TerminationbyTenantTheTenantmayterminatethisAgreementbyprovidingwrittennoticetotheLandlordforanyjustifiablereasons,subjecttothenoticeperiodspecifiedinthisAgreement.11.3EvictionProceduresIntheeventofeviction,theTenantshallbeprovidedwiththelegalnoticeandopportunitytoremedythebreach,ifapplicable,beforeanylegalevictionproceedingsareinitiated.第十二章:DefaultandRemedies12.1EventsofDefaultDefaultoccursiftheTenantfailstopayrent,breachesanymaterialtermofthisAgreement,orviolatesanylawsorregulations.12.2Landlord’sRemediesUpondefault,theLandlordmayre-entertheProperty,terminatetheAgreement,andpursuelegalremediesforanydamagesincurred.12.3Tenant’sRemediesTheTenantmayseekremediesforanybreachbytheLandlord,includingtherighttowithholdrentorseekdamages,subjecttothelawsandregulations.第十三章:IndemnificationandInsurance13.1IndemnificationTheTenantshallindemnifyandholdharmlesstheLandlordfromanyliabilityordamagesarisingfromtheTenant'suseoftheProperty.13.2InsuranceRequirementsTheTenantisrequiredtomaintainrenter'sinsurancecoveringpersonalpropertyandanyliabilityclaims.13.3InsuranceClaimsIntheeventofaninsuranceclaim,theTenantshallpromptlynotifytheLandlordandcooperatewiththeinsurancecompany.第十四章:DisputeResolution14.1NegotiationandMediationAnydisputesarisingfromthisAgreementshallfirstbeattemptedtoberesolvedthroughnegotiationormediation.14.2ArbitrationIfnegotiationormediationfails,disputesshallberesolvedbyarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesoftheagreedarbitrationinstitution.14.3LegalProceedingsIfarbitrationisnotsuccessfulornotagreedupon,eitherpartymayinitiatelegalproceedingsintheappropriatejurisdiction.第十五章:MiscellaneousProvisions15.1AssignmentandSublettingTheTenantmaynotassignorsubletthePropertyoranypartthereofwithouttheLandlord'spriorwrittenconsent.15.2NoticesAllnoticesunderthisAgreementshallbeinwritinganddeemeddeliveredwhenpersonallydeliveredormailedtotheaddressesprovidedbytheparties.15.3GoverningLawThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthejurisdictioninwhichthePropertyislocated.第十六章:SignaturesandAcknowledgments16.1Landlord’sSignatureTheLandlordacknowledgeshavingreadandunderstoodthetermsofthisAgreementandsignsbelow:Signature:____Date:____16.2Tenant’sSignatureTheTenantacknowledgeshavingreadandunderstoodthetermsofthisAgreementandsignsbelow:Signature:____Date:____16.3ExecutionDa
