OBJECTIVE目標(biāo)

Effectiveresponsetowaterloggingdisastersandminimize

casualtiesandlossescausedbydisasterstoensurethe

hoteloperations.

有效應(yīng)對(duì)內(nèi)澇災(zāi)害，最大限度減少人員傷亡和災(zāi)害損失，保

證酒店運(yùn)營(yíng)。

PROCEDURE程序

Ourcity'ssummerrainfallconcentratedinJulyandAugust,

heavyrainfallcouldeasilyleadtofloodsandcauselosses.

Itisalsomaybeaffecthoteloperations.

本市汛期降水集中在7、8月，強(qiáng)降雨易造成洪澇災(zāi)害，給酒

店帶來(lái)?yè)p失，并可能影響運(yùn)營(yíng)。

Thecityfloodcontrolemergenciesisdividedintofour

levels：1level(Special),2level(High),3level(Medium),4

level(General)

本市防汛突發(fā)事件分為4級(jí)：1級(jí)(特大)2級(jí)(重大)3級(jí)

(較大)4級(jí)(一般)

Thehotelsitecrisisteamshouldpayattentiontoweather

forecastsandfloodemergencieswarningwhenenterthe

floodseason.

進(jìn)入汛期酒店危機(jī)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)關(guān)注天氣預(yù)測(cè)和防汛突發(fā)事件

預(yù)警。

SafeguardofFloodEmergencies:Hotelsitecrisisteamis

theleadingnucleusforfloodemergenciesand

responsibleforthedisposaloftheemergencies.

防汛突發(fā)事件組織保障：酒店危機(jī)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)是防汛突發(fā)事件

的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心。負(fù)責(zé)突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)對(duì)處置。

shouldinformthedutymembersofERTtogetreadyforthe

emergency.

當(dāng)收到汛情預(yù)警2級(jí)，保安部經(jīng)理通知酒店應(yīng)急響應(yīng)小組值

班人員做好準(zhǔn)備，處置可能發(fā)生的緊急情況。

Ifthealertreachesthefirstlevel,hotelshouldsetupthe

rescueteamtoassisttheERTanddisposethepossible

emergency.

如汛情預(yù)警達(dá)到1級(jí)，酒店應(yīng)建立搶險(xiǎn)小組，協(xié)助應(yīng)急響應(yīng)

小組，處置可能發(fā)生的緊急情況。

Departmentsshouldfulfilltheirresponsibilitiestoensure

themaximumoperationofthehotel:

1.Responsiblefortheinspectionandpreventiveworkof

floodcontrol.

2.Goallouttoprotectthesafetyofhotelproperty,guests

andteammembers.

3.Dealwiththeaftermathandassistdepartmentsto

restorethefunctionoftheaffectedareastimelytoprotect

thenormaloperationofthehotel.

各部門應(yīng)履行各自的防汛職責(zé)，團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作，最大限度的保證

酒店的運(yùn)營(yíng)；

1負(fù)責(zé)做好本部防訊的檢查及防范。

2最大限度保護(hù)酒店財(cái)產(chǎn)安全，確保酒店客人和員工安全。

3做好善后處理，協(xié)助各部及時(shí)恢復(fù)受災(zāi)區(qū)功能，保障酒店正

常營(yíng)運(yùn)。

SecurityDepartment:

Checkthehotelbuildingsontheperipheryandprepare

adequatepowerwalkie-talkieandemergencyflashlight.

Monitorthedisasteroutofhoteltoreportabnormitytothe

CCTVroomimmediately.

保安部職責(zé)；

檢查酒店外圍建筑，準(zhǔn)備充足電量的對(duì)講機(jī)，準(zhǔn)備應(yīng)急手

電，監(jiān)視酒店外圍災(zāi)情，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常立即向指揮中心報(bào)告。

EngineeringDepartment:

Checkthedrainagesystemtoensureitisunimpeded,

especiallytheinletandoutletofdrainage.

Cleanupthehigh-levelmobileobjects.MOveOfrelnfof?n.as9ppropriate.

Checkthehigh-levelfacilitiesandequipment,suchasTV

antennas,coolingtowers,draughtfans,fluepipe,elevator

machineroomandoutdoorlighting.Moveorreinforceit,

asappropriate.

Checkthereliabilityoflightningprotectionandgrounding

systems.

Preparethealternatesewagepumpsandtemporary

drainagehose.

Watchthekeypartsofengineeringdistributionroom.

工程部職責(zé)：

檢查排水系統(tǒng)，并保證暢通無(wú)阻，特別是排水入口、排水出

口。

清理高層移動(dòng)物，能搬走的搬走，不能搬走的要加固。

檢查高層設(shè)施設(shè)備，衛(wèi)視天線、冷卻塔、風(fēng)機(jī)、風(fēng)管、電梯

機(jī)房、室外燈光需要加固的加固，需要移走的移走。

檢查防雷接地系統(tǒng)是否可靠。

準(zhǔn)備備用排污泵及臨時(shí)排水軟管。

值守工程部的配電室等重點(diǎn)部位。

Housekeepingduties:

CheckLaundrydrainagevalve,ensureitisclosedto

preventintrusionofexternalwater.

Preparesufficientplasticbarrel,wastetowels,mops,

pumpsanddryers.

Ensurethenormaluseofpumpsanddryers.

客房區(qū)域職責(zé)：

檢查玻璃窗是否密封。

檢查洗衣房排水閥保證該閥關(guān)閉良好，以防外水倒灌。

準(zhǔn)備充足的塑料桶、廢毛巾、拖把，吸水機(jī)、烘干機(jī)。

確保吸水機(jī)、烘干機(jī)可以使用。

F&BDepartment:

Keepeachdoorandwindowot30Fand30Froottopbarareclosedfirmly.

餐飲部職責(zé)：

檢查30層區(qū)域外墻玻璃門和窗是否密閉，30層屋頂酒吧門窗

是否密閉。

廚房職責(zé)：

Keepeachdoorandwindowfrom30Fareclosedfirmly.

檢查30層廚房區(qū)域門窗是否密閉。

FrontOffice:

Check:Theglassofthelobbymainentrance,thelobby

glasscurtainwallandthecanopy.

Paycloseattentionstothesecurityofguests.

Lobbymanagershouldenhancetheinspectionofeach

areaandcommandtheERTtodisposeemergency.

前廳部職責(zé)；

檢查：負(fù)責(zé)檢查大堂正門玻璃、大堂玻璃幕墻及正門雨棚。

關(guān)注客人安全。

大堂經(jīng)理加強(qiáng)對(duì)各區(qū)域的巡查，指揮酒店的應(yīng)急響應(yīng)小組,

處置突發(fā)的情況。

FinanceDepartment:

Collecteddamagedpropertyinformationfromeach

departmentafterfloodandreportthestatisticstoinsurance

companieswithinthestipulatedtime.

財(cái)務(wù)部職責(zé)：

洪情過(guò)后立即向各部收集受損財(cái)產(chǎn)資料，并做出統(tǒng)計(jì)，規(guī)定

時(shí)限內(nèi)報(bào)保險(xiǎn)公司。

Floo
