1總則
1.0.1為適應(yīng)城市鋼箱梁橋建設(shè)需要,規(guī)范鋼箱梁的設(shè)計(jì)、制造安裝和養(yǎng)護(hù)的技術(shù)要求,提升
鋼箱梁工程整體質(zhì)量及管理水平,特制定本規(guī)程。
1.0.2本規(guī)程適用于城市建設(shè)環(huán)境要求的鋼箱梁橋(公路橋梁、城市橋梁)的設(shè)計(jì)、制造安裝、
檢驗(yàn)驗(yàn)收和養(yǎng)護(hù)。
1.0.3城市鋼箱梁橋的設(shè)計(jì)、制造安裝、檢驗(yàn)驗(yàn)收和養(yǎng)護(hù)除執(zhí)行本規(guī)程外,尚應(yīng)符合行現(xiàn)行國(guó)
家、行業(yè)和中國(guó)工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化協(xié)會(huì)有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。

2術(shù)語(yǔ)和符號(hào)
2.1術(shù)語(yǔ)
2.1.1城市鋼箱梁橋steelboxgirderbridge
具有城市建設(shè)環(huán)境要求的鋼箱梁橋,主梁為箱型截面鋼梁的簡(jiǎn)支梁橋、連續(xù)梁橋、連續(xù)剛
構(gòu)橋。
2.1.2一般鋼箱梁generalsteelboxgirder
鋼箱連續(xù)橋、鋼箱簡(jiǎn)支梁橋、鋼箱組合梁橋等橋梁的鋼箱梁,以及系桿拱橋的鋼箱系梁、
鋼箱橫梁等的統(tǒng)稱(chēng)。
2.1.3大型扁平鋼箱梁largeaerodynamicsteelboxgirder
大型斜拉橋、懸索橋等橋梁的大型扁平形狀鋼箱梁。
2.1.4安裝節(jié)段installsegment
鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)分段架設(shè)時(shí)的構(gòu)件塊體。
2.1.5制造節(jié)段manufacturingsegment
鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在工廠加工制造時(shí)劃分形成的塊體。
2.1.6首制件firstmember
鋼橋首制構(gòu)件或首輪制造構(gòu)件。
2.1.7構(gòu)件member
由零件、板單元組成的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)基本單元。
2.1.8零件part
組成鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁的最小元件。
2.1.9板單元panelunit
由若干零件組成的基本單元。包括頂板單元、底板單元、腹板單元、橫隔板單元、縱隔板
單元、風(fēng)嘴單元等。
2.1.10板元sub-panel
加勁板被加勁肋分割成的若干個(gè)無(wú)加勁肋的部分板。
2.1.11產(chǎn)品試板producttestplate
為檢驗(yàn)縱、橫向?qū)雍缚p焊接質(zhì)量,實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)焊接時(shí),在焊縫端部設(shè)置的焊縫試件。
2.1.12加勁板stiffenedplate
由縱向加勁肋加強(qiáng)的構(gòu)件翼板被腹板、橫隔板或由縱、橫向加勁肋加強(qiáng)的腹板被翼板和橫
隔板分隔成的若干個(gè)有加勁肋的部分板件。由母板和加勁肋組成,加勁肋焊接于母板。
2.1.13受壓板件compressedplate
承受壓應(yīng)力的鋼板板件。

2.1.14超高性能混凝土ultra-h(huán)ighperformanceconcrete
由水泥、礦物摻合料、集料、鋼纖維和外加劑等材料或由上述材料制成的干混料加水拌和,
經(jīng)凝結(jié)硬化后形成的一種具有超高強(qiáng)度、韌性和耐久性的水泥基復(fù)合材料,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)UHPC。
2.1.15鋼橋面鋪裝pavementofsteeldeckbridge
鋪設(shè)于橋梁鋼制面板之上,供車(chē)輛安全舒適行駛,對(duì)鋼橋面板具有保護(hù)作用的鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)。
2.1.16剪力連接件shearconnector
將鋼與混凝土兩種材料連接組合在一起共同受力的構(gòu)件。
2.1.17栓焊混用連接jointwithcombinedboltsandwelds
在梁、柱、支撐構(gòu)件的拼接及相互間的連接節(jié)點(diǎn)中,翼緣采用熔透焊縫連接,腹板采用摩
擦型高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接的連接接頭形式。
2.1.18高強(qiáng)度大六角頭螺栓連接副heavy-hexhighstrengthboltassembly
由一個(gè)高強(qiáng)度大六角頭螺栓,一個(gè)高強(qiáng)度大六角螺母和兩個(gè)高強(qiáng)度平墊圈組成一副的連
接緊固件。
2.1.19扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接副twist-off-typehighstrengthboltassembly
由一個(gè)扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓,一個(gè)高強(qiáng)度大六角螺母和一個(gè)高強(qiáng)度平墊圈組成一副的連接
緊固件。
2.1.20摩擦面fayingsurface
高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接板層之間的接觸面。
2.1.21摩擦型連接friction-typejoint
依靠高強(qiáng)度螺栓的緊固,在被連接件間產(chǎn)生摩擦阻力以傳遞剪力而將構(gòu)件或板單元連成
整體的連接方式。
2.1.22抗滑移系數(shù)meanslipcoefficient
高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接摩擦面滑移時(shí),滑動(dòng)外力與連接中法向壓力(等同于螺栓預(yù)拉力)的比值。
2.1.23扭矩系數(shù)torque-pretensioncoefficient
高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接中,施加于螺母上的緊固扭矩與其在螺栓導(dǎo)入的軸向預(yù)拉力(緊固軸力)
之間的比例系數(shù)。
2.1.24扭矩法calibratedwrenchmethod
通過(guò)控制施工扭矩值對(duì)高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接副進(jìn)行緊固的方法。
2.1.25轉(zhuǎn)角法turn-of-nutmethod
通過(guò)控制螺栓與螺母相對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)角值對(duì)高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接副進(jìn)行緊固的方法。
2.1.26預(yù)拼裝assembledinadvance
在安裝施工前,為保證構(gòu)件的安裝精度進(jìn)行的連續(xù)匹配拼裝。
2.1.27試拼裝testassembling
在安裝施工前,為檢查構(gòu)件的制造精度,全部構(gòu)件或選取有代表性的部分構(gòu)件進(jìn)行的拼裝。

2.1.28屈曲buckling
桿件或板件在軸心壓力、彎矩、剪力單獨(dú)或共同作用下突然發(fā)生與原受力狀態(tài)不符的較大
變形而失去穩(wěn)定。
2.1.29整體穩(wěn)定性overallstability
在外荷載作用下,整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)或構(gòu)件抵抗側(cè)向屈曲或失穩(wěn)的能力。
2.1.30局部失穩(wěn)localstabilityfailure
鋼結(jié)構(gòu)中,受壓、受彎、受剪或在復(fù)雜應(yīng)力下的板件由于寬厚比過(guò)大,板件發(fā)生屈曲的現(xiàn)
象。
2.1.31計(jì)算長(zhǎng)度effectivelength
構(gòu)件在其有效約束點(diǎn)間的幾何長(zhǎng)度乘以考慮桿端變形情況和所受荷載情況的系數(shù)而得的
等效長(zhǎng)度。計(jì)算構(gòu)件的長(zhǎng)細(xì)比時(shí),計(jì)算長(zhǎng)度是指將實(shí)際構(gòu)件換算為具有相同穩(wěn)定承載力的兩端
簡(jiǎn)支結(jié)構(gòu)支點(diǎn)間的長(zhǎng)度。計(jì)算焊縫連接強(qiáng)度時(shí),計(jì)算長(zhǎng)度是考慮焊接起息弧對(duì)焊縫承載力影響
后的換算焊縫長(zhǎng)度。
2.1.32長(zhǎng)細(xì)比slendernessratio
構(gòu)件計(jì)算長(zhǎng)度與構(gòu)件截面回轉(zhuǎn)半徑的比值。
2.1.33換算長(zhǎng)細(xì)比equivalentslendernessratio
在軸心受壓構(gòu)件的整體穩(wěn)定計(jì)算中,按臨界力相等的原則,將格構(gòu)式構(gòu)件換算為實(shí)腹構(gòu)件
進(jìn)行計(jì)算時(shí)所對(duì)應(yīng)的長(zhǎng)細(xì)比或?qū)澟づc扭轉(zhuǎn)失穩(wěn)換算為彎曲失穩(wěn)時(shí)采用的長(zhǎng)細(xì)比。
2.1.34有效寬度effectivewidth
在進(jìn)行截面強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定計(jì)算時(shí),假定板件有效的那一部分寬度。
2.1.35有效寬度系數(shù)effectivewidthfactor
板件有效寬度與板件實(shí)際寬度的比值。
2.2符號(hào)
2.2.1材料性能有關(guān)符號(hào)
fy——鋼材的屈服強(qiáng)度;
fd——鋼材的抗拉、抗壓和抗彎強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值;
fvd——鋼材的抗剪強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值;
fcd——鋼材的端面承壓強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值;

Nv、Nt——某個(gè)普通螺栓或鉚釘所承受的剪力和拉力;

E,cr——軸心受壓構(gòu)件彈性穩(wěn)定歐拉應(yīng)力;
max、min——最大和最小正應(yīng)力;
k、k——疲勞荷載正應(yīng)力和剪應(yīng)力作用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值;
C、C——疲勞細(xì)節(jié)類(lèi)別抗力;
τ——剪應(yīng)力;
max、min——最大和最小剪應(yīng)力。
2.2.3幾何參數(shù)有關(guān)符號(hào)

Aeff——同時(shí)考慮剪力滯和局部穩(wěn)定影響的受壓翼緣有效截面面積;

Aeff,s——考慮剪力滯影響的有效截面面積;
As——鋼梁截面面積;
Ac——混凝土橋面板截面面積;
It——毛截面抗扭慣性矩;
I——毛截面扇性慣性矩;
R——半徑;
S——面積矩;
Wy,eff、Wz,eff——有效截面相對(duì)于y軸和z軸的截面模量;
α、i——夾角。
2.2.4計(jì)算系數(shù)及其它有關(guān)符號(hào)
k——加勁板的彈性屈曲系數(shù)或連接件剛度系數(shù);
