前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1─2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T15561—2008《靜態(tài)電子軌道衡》,與GB/T15561─2008相比較,除結構調(diào)整和

編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

——增加了第4章型號與命名(見第4章);

——更改“基本要求”為“計量要求”(見第5章,2008年版的第4章);

——更改“技術條件”為“技術要求”(見第6章,2008年版的第5章);

——更改檢定分度值,由e≥5kg,改為e≥10kg,更加符合軌道衡的實際使用需求(見表1,2008

年版的表2);

——增加了多分度數(shù)字指示軌道衡的附加要求,并在后面的章條中增加相應的計量及技術要求

(見5.3,5.8,6.2,6.3.5,5.5.1,6.6.3,6.7);

——增加了制造企業(yè)對軟件不具備欺騙性使用特征的承諾(見6.1.3.2);

——增加了多承載器數(shù)字指示軌道衡的定義和試驗方法(見3.2,7.6.2,7.12.2);

——增加了軌道衡誤差分配系數(shù)的要求(見5.4.3,6.2.3,6.3.3);

——刪除了“首次檢定”“后續(xù)檢定”“型式評價”的內(nèi)容(見2008年版的5.1.3,5.1.4,7.1),修改為

“型式檢驗(見8.1,8.2)”;

——增加了對稱重傳感器和電子稱重儀表“具有相應的型式批準證書,可不需進行重復試驗”的要

求(見7.13);

——增加了“長期穩(wěn)定性”要求(見3.8,5.9,7.17);

——增加了軟件要求(見6.14.2.3)。

引言

鐵路運輸是我國綜合交通運輸體系的骨干和主要運輸方式之一,尤其適用于礦石、煤炭、石料、砂

石等大宗散裝貨物的運輸,在我國社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的地位和作用至關重要。數(shù)字指示軌道衡與各類裝

載工具,如皮帶秤、裝載機、定量裝車系統(tǒng)等配合使用,有效地解決了裝載效率和準確計量之間的矛盾。

隨著鐵路計量管理水平的不斷提高和貨車車型的增多,數(shù)字指示軌道衡還成為了鐵路安全源頭管理的

重要計量裝備。由于其承載器型式具有一定的特殊性,需使用鐵路的軌道衡檢衡車開展檢定工作。為

了提高全國數(shù)字指示軌道衡的生產(chǎn)制造水平,適應數(shù)字指示軌道衡新技術的發(fā)展,更好地保障我國企

業(yè)間貿(mào)易結算的公平公正和鐵路運輸安全,對GB/T15561—2008《靜態(tài)電子軌道衡》進行修訂是很有

必要的。
