8、bles,PDT取消 PDT Elimination,PDT會(huì)議的召集 PDT meeting call together,PDT流程圖PDT Flowchart,10,在新開(kāi)發(fā)車(chē)型和改型項(xiàng)目中,DRE是相關(guān)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的PDT的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。 During new vehicle developing project and vehicle upgrading project, DRE is the PDT leader for related products. 針對(duì)特殊問(wèn)題,如工藝問(wèn)題、供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問(wèn)題及商務(wù)問(wèn)題等,也可以成立PDT,制造工程師(ME)、供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量工程師(SQE)、采購(gòu)員(Buyer
9、)等將是相應(yīng) PDT領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。 To special issues such as process issues, suppler quality issues, business issues and so on, PDT can be built. And ME- Manufacturing Engineer, or SQE- Supplier Quality Engineer, or Buyer will be the related PDT Leader.,誰(shuí)來(lái)建立和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)PDT? SMT審批后建立或解散PDT SMT approval is required to omit, combine or eliminate PDTs.,何時(shí)需要建立PDT?When is a PDT required?,12,對(duì)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā),根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的整車(chē)開(kāi)發(fā)流程,在ASI或VPI節(jié)點(diǎn)建立開(kāi)發(fā)產(chǎn)品的PDT. 正常PDT解散時(shí)間在產(chǎn)品正式生產(chǎn)開(kāi)始(SOP)。 Future Product Program PDT should be established at gate ASI or VPI dependin
