This is often followed by questions and answers to check comprehension.,由下而上模式(bottom-up model)指先解讀字詞句段落等低階段信息,最后再進行高階段訊息:整篇文章的整合。,Top-down model It is believed that in teaching reading, the teacher should teach the background knowledge first so that students equipped with such knowledge will

3、 be able to guess meaning from the printed page. This process of reading is said to follow the top-down model.,由上而下模式(top-down model) 與前者相反,是利用原先已有的知識與閱讀經驗做整體思考、構建文意,最后才進行細節(jié)的處理分析。,Interactive model The current theory views reading as an interactive process. That is to say, the brain receives visual

4、information and at the same time, interprets or reconstructs the meaning the writer had in mind when he wrote the text. This process does not only involve the printed page but also the readers knowledge of the language in general, of the world, and of the text types.,互動模式(interactive model) 則為兩者特點的交

It aims to help the readers understand the content and structure of the text, as well as the authors purpose in wr

14、fa and his customers. It asks us to see the teahouse as the centre of the neighborhood. Finally, it says goodbye to old Beijing and its people. 2. The story starts in 1898 during the Qing Dynasty. It continues in 1916,and Finally, it brings the audience to the end of the Anti-Japanese War in 1945. A

15、fter the War, Wang loses the teahouse and he dies. 3. Lao She was born in Beijing in 1899,His parents sent him to the Teachers School in Beijing and he learned to teach. From 1924 to 1929 he taught Chinese to the English in London. He wrote many plays, novels and short stories. He was named a Peoples Artist and a Great Master of Language. He was one of the greatest Chinese Writers of the 20th century. 4. in Lao Shes Teahouse today, Waiters bring tea to the customers and sell them delicious Chinese food
