Unit 13 The Food and Drinks We Like(1st period)- 異地教學(xué)反思養(yǎng)正小學(xué) 何笑文4月11日,我到清水濠小學(xué)進(jìn)行了一節(jié)新授課的異地教學(xué)。這是越秀區(qū)四年級(jí)中心組的研討課,專(zhuān)題是探討如何在新授課中體現(xiàn)詞匯教學(xué)的策略。這對(duì)于我來(lái)講真是一次很大的挑戰(zhàn),機(jī)會(huì)也很難得,因此我把它當(dāng)作是我的鍛煉機(jī)會(huì)。到異地去教學(xué),讓老師在一個(gè)全新而陌生的環(huán)境中去展示自己的教育教學(xué)風(fēng)采,它首先需要教師要有足夠的勇氣、坦誠(chéng)的心態(tài)、充分的自信;其次需要教師要有過(guò)硬的教學(xué)基本功,能根據(jù)不同的學(xué)情進(jìn)行教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì);最后需要教師要有一定水平的教學(xué)組織能力、授課能力,那是造假不來(lái)的,作秀不了的。因此,在短短的一個(gè)星期里準(zhǔn)備,我很緊張。首先是備課,Unit 13主要是談?wù)撐覀兿矚g的食物和飲料,作為第一課時(shí),任務(wù)是九個(gè)新詞、兩個(gè)重點(diǎn)句型和對(duì)話的教學(xué),內(nèi)容相對(duì)來(lái)講比較多。經(jīng)過(guò)我們學(xué)校英語(yǔ)科集體備課科組長(zhǎng)的耐心指導(dǎo),還用自己學(xué)生試教,效果還不是很好,內(nèi)容都上不完,學(xué)生對(duì)該課的理解和吸收都沒(méi)達(dá)到目標(biāo),接著,全科組老師又給予我很多寶貴的意見(jiàn)和建議,例如,內(nèi)容太多需要?jiǎng)h減,新課教學(xué)以讀為主,操練單詞和句型的方法方式和游戲,課文教學(xué)的程序。在整個(gè)備課過(guò)程中雖然很累,覺(jué)得這次上課好象沒(méi)以前順利,有過(guò)放棄的想法,在科組長(zhǎng)的鼓勵(lì)下,我又結(jié)合了這次試教的經(jīng)驗(yàn),重新整合了教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),修改了課件。其次,我覺(jué)得異地教學(xué)一大難題就是備學(xué)生。異地教學(xué),不是備課不考慮學(xué)生了,而是更要從多方面、多角度、多層次的備學(xué)生。要充分的考慮到學(xué)生的年齡特點(diǎn)和心理特點(diǎn),對(duì)于學(xué)生的知識(shí)掌握量和度的估計(jì),對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的預(yù)見(jiàn),對(duì)學(xué)生課堂反映的設(shè)想等都要做兩手準(zhǔn)備。如果在教學(xué)中,學(xué)生積極配合,而且基礎(chǔ)好當(dāng)然你的課就成功了一半,最起碼對(duì)課堂的駕馭要輕松多了。但是相反,就像我在教學(xué)中,學(xué)生“干啟不發(fā)”或“會(huì)而不答”,對(duì)于這種情況要有準(zhǔn)備,一旦遇到了怎樣解決,用什么方法解決,是應(yīng)該在備課時(shí)想到的。反思我這次的異地教學(xué),我提前一天與學(xué)生見(jiàn)了面,布置帶食物回來(lái),還給該月生日的同學(xué)照相,讓學(xué)生先熟悉我。到了上課那天,我提前一節(jié)課跟學(xué)生活躍一下,講了紀(jì)律方面和上課配合方面的要求,學(xué)生好象很興奮活躍,當(dāng)時(shí)我感覺(jué)到紀(jì)律挺難控制,自身越發(fā)緊張起來(lái)。但到了最后的上課,學(xué)生又膽怯了,連叫起立都換了好幾個(gè)班長(zhǎng),好象麻木了一樣,看到這樣,我的心砰砰的跳,真的好緊張啊,以前上課從沒(méi)試過(guò)。后來(lái),學(xué)生不敢舉手回答問(wèn)題,不敢個(gè)別大聲讀書(shū),因此,可能只有游戲才能調(diào)動(dòng)他們的積極性了。從這次的學(xué)生反映來(lái)看,我得到了十分寶貴的一次經(jīng)歷,備學(xué)生的過(guò)程非常重要。最后,反思教學(xué)過(guò)程。這次四年級(jí)中心組探討的是新授課中的詞匯教學(xué)策略,整節(jié)課的設(shè)計(jì)圍繞著詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)方法。本課新單詞九個(gè),重點(diǎn)句型兩個(gè),課文都是兩個(gè)句型的重復(fù)。在我的設(shè)計(jì)中,先以一段動(dòng)畫(huà)因入本課的主題是食物有關(guān)的話題,然后整體呈現(xiàn)課文,以家民過(guò)生日為主線,讓學(xué)生找出他喜歡與不喜歡的食物,接著按主元音發(fā)音來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)新詞,并編兒歌。利用正在學(xué)的新詞引出句型Would you like ?Yes,please./No, thanks. What do you usually have for ? I usually have ,在學(xué)習(xí)句型的同時(shí),不斷重現(xiàn)新單詞,不斷滾動(dòng)記憶單詞??偠灾麄€(gè)異地教學(xué)的過(guò)程和效果來(lái)看,我仍需反思一下學(xué)生的反映,因?yàn)槲业姆?wù)對(duì)象是學(xué)生,我自己再精彩有什么用,我覺(jué)得,這是我這一節(jié)課最遺憾的地方。假如還有機(jī)會(huì)還讓我和那些孩子一起上課,我會(huì)綜合以上的這些因素,備一節(jié)讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都有所表現(xiàn)、有所收獲的英語(yǔ)課。附:(課文練習(xí)和自我評(píng)價(jià)表)Unit 13 The Food and Drinks We Like班別:_ 姓名:_一、Questions for dialogue:Does Jiamin like orange juice?
