Unit 13 The Food and Drinks We Like(1st period)- 異地教學反思養(yǎng)正小學 何笑文4月11日，我到清水濠小學進行了一節(jié)新授課的異地教學。這是越秀區(qū)四年級中心組的研討課，專題是探討如何在新授課中體現(xiàn)詞匯教學的策略。這對于我來講真是一次很大的挑戰(zhàn)，機會也很難得，因此我把它當作是我的鍛煉機會。到異地去教學，讓老師在一個全新而陌生的環(huán)境中去展示自己的教育教學風采，它首先需要教師要有足夠的勇氣、坦誠的心態(tài)、充分的自信；其次需要教師要有過硬的教學基本功，能根據(jù)不同的學情進行教學設計；最后需要教師要有一定水平的教學組織能力、授課能力，那是造假不來的，作秀不了的。因此，在短短的一個星期里準備，我很緊張。首先是備課，Unit 13主要是談論我們喜歡的食物和飲料，作為第一課時，任務是九個新詞、兩個重點句型和對話的教學，內(nèi)容相對來講比較多。經(jīng)過我們學校英語科集體備課科組長的耐心指導，還用自己學生試教，效果還不是很好，內(nèi)容都上不完，學生對該課的理解和吸收都沒達到目標，接著，全科組老師又給予我很多寶貴的意見和建議，例如，內(nèi)容太多需要刪減，新課教學以讀為主，操練單詞和句型的方法方式和游戲，課文教學的程序。在整個備課過程中雖然很累，覺得這次上課好象沒以前順利，有過放棄的想法，在科組長的鼓勵下，我又結(jié)合了這次試教的經(jīng)驗，重新整合了教學設計，修改了課件。其次，我覺得異地教學一大難題就是備學生。異地教學，不是備課不考慮學生了，而是更要從多方面、多角度、多層次的備學生。要充分的考慮到學生的年齡特點和心理特點，對于學生的知識掌握量和度的估計，對學生學習習慣的預見，對學生課堂反映的設想等都要做兩手準備。如果在教學中，學生積極配合，而且基礎好當然你的課就成功了一半，最起碼對課堂的駕馭要輕松多了。但是相反，就像我在教學中，學生“干啟不發(fā)”或“會而不答”，對于這種情況要有準備，一旦遇到了怎樣解決，用什么方法解決，是應該在備課時想到的。反思我這次的異地教學，我提前一天與學生見了面，布置帶食物回來，還給該月生日的同學照相，讓學生先熟悉我。到了上課那天，我提前一節(jié)課跟學生活躍一下，講了紀律方面和上課配合方面的要求，學生好象很興奮活躍，當時我感覺到紀律挺難控制，自身越發(fā)緊張起來。但到了最后的上課，學生又膽怯了，連叫起立都換了好幾個班長，好象麻木了一樣，看到這樣，我的心砰砰的跳，真的好緊張啊，以前上課從沒試過。后來，學生不敢舉手回答問題，不敢個別大聲讀書，因此，可能只有游戲才能調(diào)動他們的積極性了。從這次的學生反映來看，我得到了十分寶貴的一次經(jīng)歷，備學生的過程非常重要。最后，反思教學過程。這次四年級中心組探討的是新授課中的詞匯教學策略，整節(jié)課的設計圍繞著詞匯的學習方法。本課新單詞九個，重點句型兩個，課文都是兩個句型的重復。在我的設計中，先以一段動畫因入本課的主題是食物有關的話題，然后整體呈現(xiàn)課文，以家民過生日為主線，讓學生找出他喜歡與不喜歡的食物，接著按主元音發(fā)音來學習新詞，并編兒歌。利用正在學的新詞引出句型Would you like ?Yes,please./No, thanks. What do you usually have for ? I usually have ,在學習句型的同時，不斷重現(xiàn)新單詞，不斷滾動記憶單詞。總而言之，整個異地教學的過程和效果來看，我仍需反思一下學生的反映，因為我的服務對象是學生，我自己再精彩有什么用，我覺得，這是我這一節(jié)課最遺憾的地方。假如還有機會還讓我和那些孩子一起上課，我會綜合以上的這些因素，備一節(jié)讓每個學生都有所表現(xiàn)、有所收獲的英語課。附：（課文練習和自我評價表）Unit 13 The Food and Drinks We Like班別：_ 姓名：_一、Questions for dialogue:Does Jiamin like orange juice?
