superiors,peets,subordinate,guests and extemal contact. 指同上級、同級別的同事、下屬,客人的相處和同處界的聯(lián)系。Exceptional good human relation skills,exhibits tact and diplomacy,able to influence peers and superiors and commands respect from subordinates. 特別強(qiáng)的人際交往技能,體現(xiàn)出機(jī)靈和外交能力,在同級別的同事和上級中有影響力,并能博得下屬的尊重。Cenerally good human relation skills and can influence others.總體上良好的人際交往能力,并對他人有影響力。Sufficient human relations skills which sometimes falter when under pressure.足夠的人際交往技能,但有時(shí)在壓力下會(huì)覺得不自然。Needs improvement in dealings with some people and not always able to command respect from people. development.指在部門廣泛開展崗位培訓(xùn),并致力于員工發(fā)展。Fully committed to training so thst on-job training in need areas is carded out.完全承擔(dān)培訓(xùn)任務(wù),使崗位培訓(xùn)在相關(guān)的區(qū)域能夠得以實(shí)施。Well committed to training and staff development.很好地承擔(dān)起培訓(xùn)和員工發(fā)展的任務(wù)。Sufficient on-job training and staff development.部門內(nèi)部開展足夠的崗位培訓(xùn)。On-job training in department is occasionally lapsed.崗位培訓(xùn)偶爾在部門不能得以開展。Has no interest in training and staff development,on-job training is minimal.對培訓(xùn)和員工發(fā)展沒有興趣,很少開展崗位培訓(xùn)。7.DELEGATION 指派工作Consider the ability to delegate without
