1、中國(guó)茶葉分類中國(guó)茶葉的大分類通常還是按照制作工藝來劃分為主的綠茶、黃茶、白茶、青茶(烏龍茶)、紅茶、黑茶。制作工藝直接影響到茶葉的相關(guān)發(fā)酵程度。具體茶葉分類及相關(guān)代表,可以參照如下綠茶主要制作過程采摘,萎凋,揉捻,殺青,干燥品質(zhì)特征清湯綠葉,新鮮為關(guān)鍵,不發(fā)酵茶按殺青不同分四類1)炒青代表品牌龍井,碧螺春,金眉2)烘青閩烘青,浙烘青為主,代表品牌黃山毛峰3)曬青云南,四川,陜西地為主4)蒸青日本為主,代表品牌玉露green teamain process of manufacture: plucking, withering, twisting, fixation (inactivation)
