9、al of the company (“this manual”) describes the general frame of eicc system established according to eicc standard in arnold (shenzhen), including eicc policy, the organization structure and element of management system, responsibilities and authorities of every department, the interrelationship am

10、ong functional departments.此eicc手冊(cè)根據(jù)eicc標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求簡(jiǎn)要的描述了建立系統(tǒng)的基本要求,包括方針、組織結(jié)構(gòu)和eicc體系的基本要求、各部門的基本職責(zé)、職能部門的相互關(guān)系等。3.2 control of the manual 手冊(cè)的控制3.2.1 general 一般要求3.2.1.1 this manual is controlled per the document and data control procedure. 本手冊(cè)依照文件和資料控制程序要求控制。3.2.1.2 this manual is issued either as controlled

11、copy or as uncontrolled copy which is identified on the cover sheet of this manual. 本手冊(cè)的受控復(fù)印本或非受控復(fù)印本通過手冊(cè)的封面識(shí)別。3.2.1.3 the controlled copies of this manual are issued to those departments which are listed in the distribution list. 受控復(fù)印本分發(fā)的部門詳列于分發(fā)清單。3.2.1.4 the holders of controlled copies are respons

18、 arnold magnetics (shenzhen) limited.4. labor standards 勞工標(biāo)準(zhǔn) is committed to uphold the human rights of workers, and to treat them with dignity and respect as understood by the international community. 根據(jù)國(guó)際社會(huì)公認(rèn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),承諾維護(hù)工人的人權(quán),并尊重他們。the labor standards are: 勞工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是:4.1 freely chosen employment 自由選擇職業(yè)force

19、d, bonded or indentured labor or involuntary prison labor is not to be used in . all work will be voluntary, and workers should be free to leave upon reasonable notice. workers shall not be required to hand over government-issued identification, passports or work permits as a condition of employment

21、ot to exceed the maximum set by local law. further, a workweek should not be more than 60 hours per week, including overtime, except in emergency or unusual situations. workers shall be allowed at least one day off per seven-day week. 工作周不應(yīng)超過法律規(guī)定的最大限度。另外,除非是緊急或異常情況,一周的工作時(shí)間包括加班在內(nèi)不應(yīng)超過 60 小時(shí)。每周七天應(yīng)當(dāng)允許工人

22、至少休息一天。4.4 wage and benefits 工資和福利compensation paid to workers shall comply with all applicable wage laws, including those relating to minimum wages, overtime hours and legally mandated benefits. in compliance with local laws, workers shall be compensated for overtime at 300% in mandated holidays, 2

23、00% in weekends and 150% in normal working days. deductions from wages as a disciplinary measure shall not be permitted. the basis on which workers are being paid is to be provided in a timely manner via pay stub or similar documentation. 支付給員工的工資應(yīng)符合所有適用的工資法律,包括有關(guān)最低工資、加班時(shí)間和法定福利的法律。依據(jù)法律的規(guī)定,員工的加班工資法定節(jié)

26、pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, union membership or marital status in hiring and employment practices such as promotions, rewards, and access to training. in addition, workers or potential workers should not be subjected to medical tests that could be used in a discriminatory way.承諾員工免受騷

29、cts and services, consistency of production, and workers morale, are enhanced by a safe and healthy work environment. also recognizes that ongoing worker input and education is key to identifying and solving health and safety issues in the workplace. everybody in the organization has the responsibil

31、s (e.g., electrical and other energy sources, fire, vehicle, and fall hazards) are to be controlled through proper design, engineering and administrative controls, preventative maintenance and safe work procedures (including lockout/tagout). where hazards cannot be adequately controlled by these mea

32、ns, workers are to be provided with appropriate personal protective equipment. workers shall not be disciplined for raising safety concerns. 應(yīng)通過正確的設(shè)計(jì)、工程技術(shù)和管理控制、預(yù)防保養(yǎng)和安全操作程序(包括鎖死/標(biāo)出)去控制員工在工作場(chǎng)所會(huì)遇到的潛在危險(xiǎn)(如電器和其他能源、火、車輛、滑倒、絆倒和墜落危險(xiǎn)),若無法通過上述方法有效控制危險(xiǎn)源,應(yīng)為員工提供適當(dāng)?shù)膫€(gè)人防護(hù)裝備。不得通過懲戒來提高員工的安全意識(shí)。5.2 emergency preparednes
