1、外國語學(xué)院英語系學(xué)年論文摘 要中國飲食文化博大精深、源遠流長是來華外賓了解中國文化的一個重要窗口。菜鋪上的菜名對人們有著很好的指示作用,它傳神的表達出菜本身的特點和美好寓意。與此同時,隨著我國日益與國際接軌,中國菜越來越受外國友人的親睞。特別是2008奧運會的舉辦成功，有一次以最震撼最奪目的方式把中國推向世界。但由于中國飲食烹飪方式多樣，文化內(nèi)涵豐富，相關(guān)專業(yè)性強，因而容易導(dǎo)致中國菜名的英譯錯誤。中國菜名的英譯錯誤不僅不能準確的表達出菜本身的特點,還給人留下不好的印象,鬧出了國際笑話。因此，如果我們在翻譯的時候把握翻譯原則，注意靈活運用相關(guān)的翻譯方法，中國菜名的翻譯不至于成為翻譯的“攔路虎”。
