2、革開放以來，我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了較快的增長(zhǎng)，但與此同時(shí)，在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)過程中的效率低下、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、資源浪費(fèi)、環(huán)境污染等矛盾日益突出。實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式由粗放型向集約型、由速度型向效益型轉(zhuǎn)變是解決我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)問題的核心出路。2006年3月17日出臺(tái)的“中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十一個(gè)五年規(guī)劃”也把加快經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變作為堅(jiān)持可選發(fā)展觀，實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要舉措之一。實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式由粗放型向集約型轉(zhuǎn)變是促進(jìn)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展根本保證。 本文在對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究時(shí)，首現(xiàn)界定了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變的內(nèi)涵，進(jìn)而從統(tǒng)計(jì)的角度建立了一套比較科學(xué)、合理、操作性強(qiáng)

3、的評(píng)價(jià)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變績(jī)效的指標(biāo)體系。該套指標(biāo)體系包括了反映影響經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式的要素投入即動(dòng)力結(jié)構(gòu)因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)因素、制度因素和資源環(huán)境因素四大類18項(xiàng)單項(xiàng)指標(biāo)，比較全面地揭示了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變的外延特征。其次，以1997-2005年為研究時(shí)間段，以現(xiàn)有資料為依據(jù)，利用設(shè)置的指標(biāo)體系，對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變狀況進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析，采用了主因子分析法對(duì)影響我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變的主要因素進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)量化綜合評(píng)估，從而透視出近十年以來制約我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變的主要因素。最后，針對(duì)制約我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變的主要因素，提出了加速實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變的對(duì)策建議。關(guān)鍵字：經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式 轉(zhuǎn)變 績(jī)效分析 定量研究t

7、tic study on the change of the mode of economic growth in china, this article firstly provides definitions of the two terms: mode of economic growth and change of the mode of economic growth; and from the perspective of statistics, it establishes a scientific, reasonable and practical indexes system

8、 of evaluating the efficiency brought by the change of the mode of economic growth, which includes 18 indexes of four aspects involved in the economic growth: structure of dynamics, structure of economy, social system and resources and environment. secondly, based on the present proof and the system

9、 it created, the article empirically analyzes the situation of chinas change of mode of economic growth from 1997 to 2005 ; and in order to make clear the main reasons which decided the change of chinas mode of economic growth in the past ten years, with the method of major essence analysis, the art
