4、pc中4.4.1對傳導(dǎo)試驗的要求check drawings and comprehend the system before construction. comprehend and conducted the conductivity tests on main bus bar and earthing bar according to the requirements in section 4.4.1 of dep63.10.08.11-cspc。2.2了解規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，掌握質(zhì)量要求和驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，編寫質(zhì)量檢驗計劃, 編寫及準(zhǔn)備符合dl/t標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的安裝記錄表；了結(jié)掌握abb的安裝和調(diào)試手冊

7、ansact the visa of handover.現(xiàn)場安裝工作開始時，配電室土建工作必須已施工完畢，照明充足且已送電，室內(nèi)干燥通風(fēng)，門、鎖齊全；所有與盤柜、電纜施工有關(guān)的前期工作已完成；室內(nèi)條件達到vde 0670標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1000/ iec 60694部分對環(huán)境的要求，包括室內(nèi)溫度不低于負(fù)5攝氏度on commencement of installation at site, the switchroom must be completely finished, provided with lighting and site electricity supply, lockable, dry

11、cal requirements.2.5 設(shè)備開箱檢查unpacking inspection設(shè)備開箱應(yīng)有物資公司、制造廠及電儀專業(yè)人員參加the unpacking shall be witnessed by personnel from material department of manufacturer and electric i&c team.a. 設(shè)備型號、數(shù)量符合圖紙要求the type and quantity of equipment shall be in accordance with requirements specified by drawings.b. 設(shè)備完好

12、無損傷變形，附件、備件及專用工具齊全、完整；柜內(nèi)安裝設(shè)備型號規(guī)格符合設(shè)計及規(guī)范the equipments shall not be with any damage; the quality and quantity of accessories, spares and special tools shall be in accordance with requirements. the type and specification of equipments to be installed in switchboard shall be in accordance with requirem

13、ents of design and specification.c. 出廠技術(shù)資料齊全。a full set of technical documents is required.2.6 加工制作安裝用墊鐵及小滾杠 fabrication of iron packs and rolling sticks for installationa. 墊鐵大小在40mm50mm左右，厚度為0.5mm2mm不等, 墊鐵要平整，無尖角毛刺，數(shù)量應(yīng)滿足施工要求the iron packs shall be about 40mm50mm and 0.5mm2mm in length. the iron pac

14、ks shall be even and smooth without burr and the quantity shall meet the requirements of construction.b. 準(zhǔn)備20根200mm長12mm圓鋼prepare 20 pieces of 12mm round steel in length of 200mm. 2.7 檢查運輸路徑，確定合適的吊裝方案 check the transportation route, confirm the appropriate lifting scheme.a. 運輸?shù)缆窇?yīng)平坦，無障礙物the road shal

15、l be flat without barriers.b. 吊裝口應(yīng)滿足盤柜尺寸要求the size of lifting orifice shall match the corresponding switchboards.2.8 配電室準(zhǔn)備工作 preparation for electric distribution room清掃配電室地面,依據(jù)圖紙用墨線打出每列柜的平齊線及端線clean the floor of electric distribution room, mark the base lines of each row of switchboards according t

16、o drawings.a. 基礎(chǔ)型鋼上不得有焊渣、水泥等妨礙柜體安裝的雜物surface of the base profiled bar shall be free of welding slag, concrete etc. foreign objects which may affect installation of the switchboard.b. 兩列柜的端線要同時打出the base lines of the two rows of switchboards shall be marked at one time.c. 墨線清晰，無重影，用30米鋼卷尺核實與圖紙要求一致the

17、 base lines shall be clear without double trace, and shall be checked to be in accordance with drawings with a 30-meter-long steel tape.3開關(guān)柜運輸、吊裝transportation and lifting of switchboard3.1 開關(guān)柜運至現(xiàn)場后，按安裝順序吊運至配電室 the switchboards shall be lifted into the electric distribution room according toinstalla

18、tion sequence after arrival in the site.a. 運輸過程中車輛駕駛要平穩(wěn)，封車?yán)喂炭煽?，且不能損傷設(shè)備the vehicle shall be driven reposefully during transportation, the encapsulation shall be fast and reliable without any damage to equipments.b. 吊裝由起重工配合，統(tǒng)一指揮the lifting shall be carried out by crane operators guided by supervisor.

19、3.2 開關(guān)小車與開關(guān)柜一體來貨時，應(yīng)將小車移出，放至不妨礙施工的位置 if the moveable breakers are supplied together with switchboards, they shall be removed first to where they cannot obstruct construction.a. 用專用運輸手車移動開關(guān)小車the moveable breakers should be moved by special tools.b. 開關(guān)小車集中放置，罩上塑料布防護the moveable breakers shall be collec

20、ted together and covered with waterproof cloth.3.3 用專用拖車或滾杠將開關(guān)柜體移至安裝位置。開關(guān)柜擺放順序應(yīng)符合圖紙要求 move the switchboards to expected installation position by special trailer or rolling stick.the switchboards shall be put into place according to the designed sequence.4 開關(guān)柜找正固定 adjustment and fixation of the switc

21、hboards4.1 將開關(guān)柜端部第一塊盤用小滾杠和撬棍移動，使其柜邊與所打墨線完全重合。再用線墜測量其垂直度，不符合規(guī)范要求時，在柜底四角加墊鐵調(diào)整，達到要求后，將柜體與基礎(chǔ)型鋼螺接固定。 move the first panel on the end of one row by rolling stick or crowbars, make the edges of switchboard to superpose to the lines which have been marked on the floor. measure the verticality with a string

22、plummet and use iron packs for adjustment where any deviation is found. the switchboard shall not be bolt-connection onto base profiled bar until it is placed into correct position.a. 柜體垂直度1.5/1000h,h為柜高，應(yīng)至少測量兩個面the verticality of switchboards shall be less than 1.5/1000h (h = height of the switchbo

23、ards) and the height shall be measured along two faces of switchboards at least.b. 盤柜在基礎(chǔ)上的固定宜按廠家要求采用螺接方式，緊固件均采用鍍鋅件，平墊、彈簧墊齊 全；連接正確無遺漏；（當(dāng)采用螺栓連接困難時也可采用焊接方式固定）panel shall be bolt-connected to the foundation. fasteners shall be galvanized and plat pad and spring shall be complete. connection is correct a

24、nd to not leave out.4.2 用上述同樣方法將本列末端柜找正，但先不要牢固，在首末兩柜前面中上部拉上線繩，使線繩與柜距離在40-50mm左右，以線繩為基準(zhǔn)，將成列柜找直。從第二面柜起，依次將每面柜找正找直，并邊連接邊固定，最后去掉線繩，將末端柜重新找正，連接固定好。 adjust the switchboard on the other end of the row according to the foresaid approach excluding the bolt-connection. draw a string in front of the top half o

25、f the two end switchboards, and the distance between the string and switchboards shall be kept as 40-50mm. adjust all switchboards in the row to a beeline according to the string and adjust every individual switchboard from the second one. after adjustment finished, weld each edge of switchboards an

26、d then remove the string, and re-adjust and bolt-connection the two end switchboards at last.盤柜在固定之前，應(yīng)檢查好盤柜的一、二次電纜進線孔應(yīng)該與土建預(yù)留的電纜進線孔一致對應(yīng)before bolt-connection the each panel, it shall be verified that the cable entry in the panel matches with the cable entry slot provided in the floor of the switchgea

27、r for both power and control cables .it shall be ensured that the slot in the floor is not restricted by the panel.a. 線繩嚴(yán)禁觸動，一經(jīng)觸動，須重新核實no contact with the string shall be allowed during adjustment otherwise it shall be readjusted.b. 相鄰兩柜頂部水平度誤差2mm,成列柜頂部水平度誤差5mmthe horizontal tolerance on the top of

28、two adjacent switchboards shall be less than 2mm and that of all switchboards in a row shall be less than 5mm.c. 相鄰兩柜邊不平度應(yīng)1mm,成列柜面不平度5mmthe unevenness of the edge on two adjacent switchboards shall be less than 1mm and that between the surfaces of all switchboards in a row shall be less than 5mm.d.

29、柜間接縫間隙2mmthe clearance of joint between two switchboards shall be less than 2mm.e. 所有連盤緊固件均采用鍍鋅件，螺栓露扣長度一致，在2-5扣之間，連接部位及螺栓穿向宜統(tǒng)一the material of all connecting fasteners shall be galvanized and the revealed length of all bolts shall be the same and the revealed point shall be between 2-5 threads.4.3用上述

30、方法找正固定好第二列柜子the second row of switchboards should be adjusted and fixed according to the foresaid approach.4.4盤柜在基礎(chǔ)上如采用焊接固定時，安裝完成后應(yīng)進行防銹、防腐處理： 盤柜在基礎(chǔ)上安裝完成后的焊接位置應(yīng)補刷防銹漆，等完全干后再通刷一邊與盤柜顏色相同或相近面漆 take antirust and anticorrosion treatment to the foundation before panel installation:welding position during fo

31、undation installation shall be brushed with antirust paint and be refreshed with top coat which color is the same or familiar with that of the panel after antirust paint is completely dry.5. 母線連接 connection of the bus bar5.1核實母線規(guī)格、數(shù)量符合要求，兩進線相序相位是否一致check whether the type and quantity of the bus bar

32、meets the requirements and whether the phase of the two lines is consistent to each other.a. 主母線及柜內(nèi)分支母線制作工藝符合abb要求the fabrication process of bus bar and sub-bus bar shall comply with the requirements as per abb.b. 母線相序標(biāo)示清楚正確，柜內(nèi)分支母線相序排列符合規(guī)范the phase of bus bar shall be marked correctly and legibly an

33、d the arrangement of phases of sub-bus bars shall comply with specifications.5.2根據(jù)abb資料要求穿接母線 entry of the bus bar follow abbs instruction manuala. 根據(jù)成列盤柜的特點選定母線穿入的位置select an appropriate entry for the bus bar according to the properties of switchboards in a row.b. 穿母線時用力要均勻、一致、柔緩,應(yīng)盡量避免損壞母線的絕緣護套及穿墻套

34、管the bus bar should be pulled uniformly, softly and slowly to avoid damage to the insulation sleeve.c. 母線搭接面用白布蘸酒精擦拭干凈，均勻涂抹電力復(fù)合脂the interface of the bus bar connection shall be cleaned with white cloth sodden with alcohol and then be evenly coated with electric complex grease.5.3母線連接connection of bu

35、s bara. 所有緊固螺栓必須是鍍鋅件，平墊、彈簧墊齊全all bolts shall be galvanized and supplied together with a full set of flat and spring underlayment.b. 應(yīng)根據(jù)母線的規(guī)格型號選用螺栓，螺栓的穿向宜朝向維護側(cè)the bolts shall be selected in accordance to specification and type of the bus bar and their installation direction shall be such that it will

36、 be convenient for maintenance.c. 緊固螺栓后用力矩扳手檢查扭力應(yīng)在abb安裝手冊要求的范圍內(nèi)check the fastened bolts with a spanner to make sure that the wrest force is in the range required by the abb installation manual.d. 螺栓露扣長度應(yīng)一致，在2-5扣之間，并按照dep63.10.08.11-cspc 3.2.1的要求進行傳導(dǎo)試驗the revealed length of all bolts shall be the sam

37、e and the revealed point shall be between 2-5 threads. perform conductivity tests as per section 3.2.1 of dep63.10.08.11-cspc.5.4緊固母線固定金具及支柱絕緣子、穿墻套管fastening of the anchor clamp and the insulation of the bus bara. 母線金具不構(gòu)成閉合磁路the anchor clamp of the bus bar shall not form a close loop.b. 所有緊固螺栓為鍍鋅件，且

38、螺栓露扣長度一致all bolts shall be galvanized and the length of revealed thread shall be the same.5.5加裝搭接端子護套，相色應(yīng)匹配，方向應(yīng)統(tǒng)一the connection terminals shall be covered with sleeves whose color shall match the terminals and direction shall be uniform.5.6檢查母線對地及相間距離check distance between the bus bar and the earth,

39、 and distance between phases respectively.6kv母線對地及相間距離應(yīng)大于100mmthe distance for 6kv bus bar shall be more than 100mm.6. 小母線配置configuration for small bus bar atop the switchboarda. 小母線選用符合廠家及設(shè)計要求the selection of small bus bars shall be in accordance with requirements of manufacturer and design.b. 小母線在

40、端子排的排列應(yīng)依據(jù)圖紙the arrangement of small bus bars on terminal block shall be in accordance with the drawings.7.柜體接地檢查inspection of earthing of the switchboardsa. 嚴(yán)格遵照設(shè)計接地施工。并按照dep的要求進行傳導(dǎo)試驗perform the earthing according to design requirements stringently. perform conductivity tests as per section 3.2.1 of

41、 dep63.10.08.11-cspc.b. 柜體應(yīng)與基礎(chǔ)槽鋼可靠連接the switchboard shall be connected with base channel steel reliably.c. 裝有電器可開啟門的接地用軟導(dǎo)線應(yīng)將門上接地螺栓與柜體可靠連接for switchboard equipped with moveable door, the earthing bolts on the door shall be connected with the switchboard reliably using a soft lead.d. 接地刀接地軟線壓接緊固，連接可靠t

42、he earthing switch and earthing flexible wire shall be connected rigidly.e. 小車與柜體間的接地觸頭應(yīng)接觸緊密，導(dǎo)通良好，通斷順序正確 小車進車時，其接地觸頭應(yīng)比主觸頭先接觸；出車時，接地觸頭比主觸頭后斷開the earthing feeler between the breaker and the switchboard shall contact with the earth tightly and in good condition of conduction with correct sequence of on

44、s.8.1開關(guān)柜找正固定好后進行的外觀檢查appearance inspection of the switchboard shall be carried out after its adjustment and fixation.a. 柜面油漆無損傷及脫落no damage or desquamation of paint is allowed on the surface of switchboards.b. 元件設(shè)備安裝牢固，二次配線整齊美觀the components shall be installed into place tightly and the second wirin

45、g shall be in order.c. 所有絕緣件外觀應(yīng)完好，無裂紋及破損 the appearance of all insulation components shall be in good condition without any crack and damage.d. 所有緊固螺栓均齊全、完好、緊固all earthing bolts shall be in good condition and be installed tightly. e. 柜內(nèi)照明裝置齊全the illumination equipments inside switchboards shall be i
