51、源于網(wǎng)絡(luò)Key words: Gasoline vehicle; Emission; Preset condition柴油機(jī)活塞環(huán)缸套摩擦學(xué)特性研究鹿云(中國第一汽車集團(tuán)公司技術(shù)中心) 【摘要】利用CETR摩擦磨損試驗機(jī)測試分析了柴油機(jī)常用的4種表面功能層活塞環(huán)與4種合金鑄鐵材料缸套摩擦副的摩擦因數(shù)和磨損系數(shù),結(jié)合摩擦界面形貌和成分分析,初步確定了不同活塞環(huán)缸套摩擦副的磨損機(jī)制。研究結(jié)果表明,陶瓷復(fù)合鍍層活塞環(huán)-缸套摩擦副具有穩(wěn)定和優(yōu)良的摩擦學(xué)特性,耐磨性大幅度提高;鍍鉻環(huán)-缸套摩擦副物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,但摩擦因數(shù)和磨損系數(shù)高;噴鉬環(huán)-缸套摩擦副物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)不穩(wěn)定,出現(xiàn)鉬顆粒剝落和形成表面復(fù)合膜
