1、爭(zhēng)分奪秒,備戰(zhàn)期末測(cè)試各位老師,親愛的同學(xué)們:大家早上好!今天我演講的題目是:?爭(zhēng)分奪秒,備戰(zhàn)期末測(cè)試?.不知不覺,一個(gè)學(xué)期即將過去,我們又要迎來期末測(cè)試.期末測(cè)試不 僅是對(duì)同學(xué)們本學(xué)期學(xué)習(xí)成果的一次大盤點(diǎn)、大檢閱,更是對(duì)每個(gè)人 綜合素質(zhì)的一次挑戰(zhàn),是對(duì)同學(xué)們的自信心、自覺性、意志力、誠信 度的一次考驗(yàn).我們不能要求每個(gè)人都成為優(yōu)勝者, 但我們希望大家 做一名追求進(jìn)步超越自我的勇敢者.為了能夠在期末測(cè)試中取得好成 績,我們應(yīng)該從以下幾個(gè)方面去努力:首先,要爭(zhēng)分奪秒.時(shí)間就是生命,時(shí)間就是一切,也許一分鐘的時(shí) 間不能給你帶來一分的成績,但是一分鐘的時(shí)間,絕對(duì)可以給你帶來 一點(diǎn)一滴的進(jìn)步.在歷史的
2、長河中,時(shí)間是最公正的,但也是最短暫 的.爭(zhēng)分奪秒去努力,人生才會(huì)有更多成功的時(shí)機(jī) .我們珍惜時(shí)間就 是珍惜青春.只有爭(zhēng)分奪秒去努力,只有與時(shí)間賽跑,我們的成績才 會(huì)有更多的進(jìn)步,期末測(cè)試才會(huì)變得輕松自在.其次,要鍥而不舍.鍥而不舍,金石可鏤;鍥而舍之,朽木不折;堅(jiān) 持到底,不懈追求,一切皆有可能.寶劍鋒從磨礪出,梅花香自苦寒 來,可見,成功是與汗水相伴的.期末測(cè)試也是如此 ,只有我們不斷 努力,不怕辛苦,不畏艱難,才能取得期末測(cè)試的大捷.第三,要有良好的心態(tài).良好的心態(tài)是成功的一半.同學(xué)們 ,臨近考 試,請(qǐng)放下身上的包袱,用平和積極的心態(tài) ,坦然的迎接測(cè)試.我們 要相信自己完全能夠做好,相信

4、戰(zhàn)期末測(cè)試?夫妻經(jīng)民政部門批準(zhǔn)離婚,協(xié)議將原男方名下的雙室產(chǎn)權(quán)房屋轉(zhuǎn)給女方,請(qǐng)問房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)過戶辦理需要什么手續(xù) 整個(gè)過 程需要那些費(fèi)用鞍山市房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)登記發(fā)證中央工作人員介紹, 這種 情況屬于轉(zhuǎn)移登記以下簡稱甲方為應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)需要,聘雇用先生女士以下簡稱乙方為約聘雇人員,雙方訂立契約條款如下:一、聘雇用期間:自年 M 日起至年 日止.二、聘雇用報(bào)酬:甲方按月支給乙方報(bào)酬 薪點(diǎn)元.三、工作內(nèi)容具體敘明:.四、受聘雇責(zé)任:乙方受聘雇后須保證甲方公務(wù)機(jī)密,有保密期限者從其規(guī)定,無保密期限者自離職日起 年為限解聘雇者亦同.乙方 不得有不法行為或違背約定義務(wù),如有違背者,除涉及民、刑事責(zé)任, 由甲方依法追究外,并
5、得隨時(shí)解聘雇.在聘雇用期間,乙方愿接受與甲方約定之工作上的指派調(diào)遣 ,并遵守此工作上之相關(guān)規(guī)定.假設(shè)乙方違背上述相關(guān)規(guī)定確屬情節(jié)重大,甲方得隨時(shí)終止契約;甲、乙雙方如因特別事故須提前終止契約時(shí),應(yīng) 于一個(gè)月前提出預(yù)告,經(jīng)甲、乙雙方協(xié)議后乙方始得離職.乙方離職 時(shí),應(yīng)先依照規(guī)定辦妥離職手續(xù).如有損害公物,或侵權(quán)情事或違 反甲方智能財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)規(guī)定,應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)賠償.五、乙方在受聘雇用期間,除應(yīng)遵守甲方一切行政法規(guī)之規(guī)定外, 其假期、離職儲(chǔ)金給與、勞工保險(xiǎn)及全民健保等,依左歹J約定:假期核給:依辦理.離職儲(chǔ)金之扣繳及給與依規(guī)定辦理,按月扣繳儲(chǔ)存生息,并于離職時(shí)依規(guī)定發(fā)給.按乙方每月支報(bào)酬之百分之 提存儲(chǔ)金,其
6、中百分之由乙方于每月報(bào)酬中扣繳作為自提儲(chǔ)金,另百分之由甲方提撥作為公提儲(chǔ)金,并由甲方在金融機(jī)構(gòu)開立專戶 儲(chǔ)存孳息,列帳治理.乙方因契約期滿離職、或經(jīng)甲方同意于契約期限屆滿前離職、 或在職 因公、因病或意外死亡者,發(fā)給公、自提儲(chǔ)金本息.乙方因違反契約所定義務(wù)而經(jīng)甲方予以解聘, 或未經(jīng)甲方同意而于契 約期限屆滿前離職者,僅發(fā)給自提儲(chǔ)金之本息.其余未盡事宜請(qǐng)參考有關(guān)規(guī)定.乙方受聘雇用期間,甲方應(yīng)善盡投保勞工保險(xiǎn)及全民健康保險(xiǎn)之 義務(wù).六、乙方于受聘雇期間之著作或工作成果,如系于甲方企劃下 , 或法定工作期間完成者,其所有權(quán)歸屬甲方.因前開著作或工作成果 所生之智能財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán),應(yīng)依本院之相關(guān)規(guī)定辦理.七、
7、本契約期間屆滿當(dāng)然失效,如因業(yè)務(wù)需要須續(xù)聘時(shí),另行簽訂新 契約.八、本契約未訂定事項(xiàng),悉依?聘用人員聘用條例?及相關(guān)規(guī)定辦理.九、本契約以中文本為準(zhǔn).如中、英文二本互相歧異或抵觸時(shí),以中文本為準(zhǔn).十、本契約法律糾紛以法院為第一審管轄法院.十一、本契約乙式參份,除一份由甲方報(bào)院備查外,另由雙方各執(zhí)乙份.甲方簽章:乙方簽章:年 月 曰年 月日附件This Agreement is madeand entered into on the day of , by and between( Institute or Preparatory Office ) , Academia Sinica ( her

11、is Agreement or working rules concerned , A may in its discretion reprimand B or terminate this Agreement.Aalso reserves the right to institute suit against B for civil compensation or to impose criminal liability.4.2 During the term of this Agreement , B shall comply with the directions and instruc
12、tions of his/her supervisors , perform his/her duties in accordance with all regulations and relevant working rules. Where B violates any obligation specified in this paragraph and the case is considered to be serious in nature , A may in its discretion terminate thisAgreement. If at any time the pa
13、rties intend to terminate thisAgreement due to causes beyond the reasonable control of such party, either shall give thirty(30 )days'notice ofcancellation to the other party prior to the intended termination date. B shallvacate his/herofficeunder andpursuant to the stipulations agreed upon by bo
14、th parties.Bshall submit to the proceedings in prescribed manner as to be vacated of his/her office.In case of any one of the following conditions which is due to B ' s fault , B shall be responsible for compensation : (1 ) Where B inflicts damageto or excessively abuses machinery, equipment, to
15、ols, raw materials , products or other article belonging to Academia Sinica;(2) Where B commits torts ; ( 3) Where B violates A s ownership of intellectual property rights.5。 B shall comply with any administrative regulations and rules provided by A. In regard to the matters of absence on leave, pay
16、-as you-go contribution benefit , labor insurance and national health insurance , the following terms and conditions shall be applicable.5.1 Absence on leave shall be operated pursuant to Regulation of Absence on leave for Personnel served in all Executive Yuan organizations under Civil ContractualR
17、elationship.5.2 The deduction and grant of payasyou-go contributionbenefit shall be operated pursuant to Regulation of'pay-as-you- go' contribution benefit for Personnel served in all organizations and schools under Civil Contractual Relationship. Certain amount of salary shall be deducted p
18、er month and accrue on the financial institute over the term of this employment.5.3 .1 An amount equal to seven percent ( 7%) of the monthly salary shall be contributed. Fifty percent ( 50% ) of thecontribution shall be drawn from B' s monthly salary. (hereinafter called personal contribution be
19、nefit) A shallprovide the other fifty percent ( 50 %) of the contribution(hereinafter called public contribution benefit) , and shall open a special account on financial institute as to accumulate and manage this contribution (personal plus public) .5.2.2 The total amount of the contribution benefit
20、s (personal plus public) shall be granted to B, if at any time (a) B leaves the office on the expiry of this Agreement ,(b) B vacatesillness orthe office prior to the expiration date with the consent of A, and (c) B deceases due to undertaking of duty accident.5.4 . 3 The amount of personal contribu
21、tion benefits accumulated shall be granted to B , if at any time (a ) A terminates this Agreement inasmuch as B breaches any obligation, and (b) B resigns from the office prior to the expiration date without the consent of A.5.2.4 Any matter or event not provided in the context of this Article shall
22、 be operated pursuant to Regulation of pay as-you go' contribution benefit for Personnel servedin all organizations and schools under Civil Contractual Relationship and relevant regulations.5.5 During the term of this Agreement , A shall insure B subject to the terms and conditions pursuant to l
23、abor insurance regulations and national health insurance regulations.6。 Both parties agree that A shall own proprietary right pertaining to the literary works or achievements completed by B under the projects initiated or coordinated by A during the term of this Agreement. The ownership of intellect
24、ual property rights ( including but not limited to certain patents , trademarks , copyrights, technical information and know- how ) accrued from the literary works or achievements herein contained is subject to the relevant regulations and rulesprovided by A.7。 ExpirationAt the expiration of the ter
25、m of this agreement, the employment relationship shall automatically terminate without any condition .A new employment agreement shall be signed for the renewal and continuance of such relationship , if agreed to any by both parties.8。 Any matter or event not provided in the context of this Agreemen
26、t shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Employment Regulation for Personnel under Civil Contractual Relationship (stipulatedby Academia Sinica ) &Employment Regulation for Personnel served in allExecutive Yuan organizations under Civil Contractual Relationship.9。 Governing LanguageThe Chinese text of this Agreement shall be deemedthe original .In the ev
