1、生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)論文:大連市生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)與制造業(yè)互動發(fā)展研究【中文摘要】隨著工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化和新型工業(yè)化的發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)與制造業(yè)的關系正變得越來越密切。生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)依賴于制造業(yè),而制造業(yè)是生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的主要服務對象,制造業(yè)的發(fā)展決定了生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的發(fā)展情況。黨的十七大報告中也強調(diào),加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式,推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化升級是關系國民經(jīng)濟全局緊迫而重大的戰(zhàn)略任務。為了深入貫徹落實國家關于加快生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的精神,全面實踐科學發(fā)展觀,推進大連市“三個中心、一個聚集區(qū)”建設,探索現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展的新模式、新路徑、新舉措,充分發(fā)揮大連在遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟帶中的“核心”和“龍頭”帶動作用,據(jù)此,大連提出了發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)
2、和先進制造業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略舉措,而作為現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)核心、具有中間投入性質(zhì)的生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)與制造業(yè)的互動發(fā)展必是這一戰(zhàn)略實施的重要組成部分。本文運用SSM分析法以及投入產(chǎn)出法,對大連市的產(chǎn)業(yè)結構、生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)與制造業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、產(chǎn)業(yè)關聯(lián)進行了分析。通過制造業(yè)總體以及制造業(yè)內(nèi)部對生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的中間需求、生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)總體以及生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)內(nèi)部對制造業(yè)的中間投入的分析,得出以下結論:(1)制造業(yè)對生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的中間需求主要集中在創(chuàng)新研究、綜合技術、金融業(yè),說明創(chuàng)新服務、技術、金融服務已經(jīng)開始引領制造業(yè)向前發(fā)展。但制造業(yè)對于信息技術與計算機軟件業(yè)的中間需求不足,其原因在于這類生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的人才結構失衡,對于制造業(yè)的推
3、動作用不強,以至于制造業(yè)仍未走出傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)化的道路。此外,交通運輸對于制造業(yè)的中間需求也占有很大比重,其原因是大連作為東北最大的港口城市,在交通運輸、倉儲物流方面的需求也是非常大的。(2)生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)對于具有環(huán)保、技術密集產(chǎn)業(yè)的中間投入比重加大,這是大連制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級與優(yōu)化的良好體現(xiàn)。而那些資源密集與勞動密集的產(chǎn)業(yè)部門,生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)對于這些產(chǎn)業(yè)的帶動作用不明顯。具體來說,在生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)內(nèi)部,金融服務、信息技術服務以及租賃和商務管理服務對于制造業(yè)的中間投入很大,而大部分的中間投入集中于制造業(yè)中的輕工業(yè)領域,對于重工制造的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)投入較少,重工業(yè)對生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的有效需求不足,生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)對重工制
4、造的帶動作用微乎其微,沒有釋放有效需求。根據(jù)上述基本結論,筆者認為研究大連市生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)與制造業(yè)的互動發(fā)展問題,應該在對二者的產(chǎn)業(yè)互動問題進行定性與定量分析的基礎上,細化到各產(chǎn)業(yè)部門發(fā)展,對二者的互動提出切實可行的對策建議:(1)建立產(chǎn)業(yè)互動發(fā)展機制;(2)促進金融業(yè)的發(fā)展;(3)促進軟件信息服務業(yè)的發(fā)展;(4)促進研發(fā)和科技服務業(yè)的發(fā)展;(5)加快生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)人才結構的完善?!居⑽恼緼s the development of industry modernization and new industrialization, the relationship of production s

Production service industry depends on manufacturing, and manufacturing is the main producer services, the development of the manufacturing industry determines the development ofproduction services. 6、so emphasizes that accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic development and promoting the upgrading of theindustrial structure are related to the urgent and significant strategic task of the national economy. In order to further implementation of the state on speeding up the spirit of
7、production services, the scientific concept of development, promoting comprehensive practice“three center in Dalian”, it should be to explore the construction of a generation of the development of modern service industry in new mode and a new path, new measures. Accordingly, it has be puted forward
8、the development of modern service industry and advancedmanufacturing strategy of modern services in Dalian, and as the core, the intermediate input properties of production services and manufacturing the interactive development is the important part of strategic implementation.This paper uses SSMsan
9、alysis and input-output method to analyse the industrial structure, the development of the manufacturing industry and production service industry in present situation ,and the industrial connection. By analysing the intermediate demand of the overall manufacturing and internal manufacturing within p
10、roduction services, and by analysing the overall intermediateinputs of the productive services and internal production services within the manufacturing, the following conclusions were drawn: (1) manufacturing for production services needs mainly concentrated in middle demand of innovative researchi
11、ng and comprehensive technology, finance. The reason is that innovative services, technical, financial services have been begun to lead manufacturing of forward development. Butmanufacturing for information technology and computer software middle demand is insufficient, its reason is that this kind
12、of production services personnel structure is imbalance, the manufacturing role is not strong, and it leads to thatmanufacturing isnt still out of traditional industrialization path. In addition, transportation for manufacturing middle demand also occupies a large proportion, its reason is that dali
13、an as the northeasts largest port city, the demand of transportation, warehousing and logistics is very big. (2)The proportion of intermediate input about production services for environmental protection, tech-intensive industry isincreasing, this is good embodiment about transformation and upgradin
14、g manufacturing industry in Dalian. And thoseresources intensive and labor intensive industrial sector, which production service industry promoting these industriesis not clear. Specifically, financial services, information technology services, lease and business management services for manufacturin
15、g middle investment are very big in internal production services, and most intermediate input focus on the light industrial field, as caterpillar manufacturing costs less, the key link of heavy industry for production services, production services dosnt release effective demand.According to the basi
16、c conclusions, the author thinks that researching the interactive development problem about manufacturing and production services in Dalian, it should be refining to the industry sector development on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis. So it should be to put forward the feasible cou
17、ntermeasures: (1) establishment of an industrial interaction development mechanism; (2) promoting thedevelopment of the financial industry; (3) promoting thedevelopment of software information services; (4) promoting the development of r&d and technology services; (5)accelerating the perfection
