木質(zhì)吸音板吊頂施工實施方案

1、木質(zhì)吸音板吊頂施工方案A、材料準(zhǔn)備輕鋼龍骨、配件、吊桿、膨脹螺栓、木質(zhì)板等，進(jìn)場檢驗合格且是否有出廠合格證及材料質(zhì)量證明。B、機具準(zhǔn)備型材切割機、電動曲線鋸、手電鉆、電錘、自攻螺釘鉆、手提電動砂紙機等。C、作業(yè)條件1、在所要吊頂?shù)姆秶鷥?nèi)，機電安裝均已施工完畢，各種管線均已試壓合格且已經(jīng)過隱蔽驗收。2、已確定燈位、通風(fēng)口及各種照明孔口的位置。3、頂棚罩面板安裝前，應(yīng)作完墻地、濕作業(yè)工程項目。4、搭好頂棚施工操作平臺架子。5、輕鋼骨架頂棚在大面積施工前，應(yīng)做樣板間，對頂棚的起拱度、燈槽、窗簾盒、通風(fēng)口等處進(jìn)行構(gòu)造處理，經(jīng)鑒定后再大面積施工。D、施工工藝1、工藝流程基層清理彈線安裝吊筋安裝主龍骨安裝

2、邊龍骨弱電、綜合布線敷沒隱蔽檢查安裝次龍骨及木質(zhì)板成品保護(hù)分項驗收2、彈線：根據(jù)吊頂設(shè)計標(biāo)高彈吊頂線作為安裝的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)線。3、安裝吊筋：根據(jù)施工圖紙要求確定吊筋的位置，安裝吊筋預(yù)埋件(角鐵)，刷防銹漆，吊桿采用直徑為8 的鋼筋制作，吊點間距9001200mm。安裝時上端與預(yù)埋件焊接，下端套絲后與吊件連接。安裝完畢的吊桿端頭外露長度不小于3mm。4、安裝主龍骨;一般采用UC38 龍骨，吊頂主龍骨間距為9001000mm。安裝主龍骨時，應(yīng)將主龍骨吊掛件連接在主龍骨上，擰緊螺絲，并根據(jù)要求吊頂起拱1/200，隨時檢查龍骨的平整度。房間內(nèi)主龍骨沿?zé)艟叩拈L方向排布，注意避開燈具位置；走廊

3、內(nèi)主龍骨沿走廊短方向排布。5、安裝次龍骨：配套次龍骨選用烤漆T 型龍骨。間距與板橫向規(guī)格同，將次龍骨通過掛件吊掛在大龍骨上。6、安裝邊龍骨：采用L 型邊龍眉，與墻體用塑料脹管自攻螺釘固定，固定間距200mm。7、隱蔽檢查：在水電安裝、試水、打壓完畢后，應(yīng)對龍骨進(jìn)行隱蔽檢查，合格后方可進(jìn)入下道工序。8、安裝飾面板：木質(zhì)板選用認(rèn)可的規(guī)格形式，明龍骨木質(zhì)板直接搭在T 型烤漆龍骨上E、質(zhì)量要求1、主控項目(1)、吊頂標(biāo)高、尺寸、起拱和造型應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。(2)、飾面材料的材質(zhì)、品種、規(guī)格、圖案和顏色應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。當(dāng)飾面材料為玻璃板時，應(yīng)使用安全玻璃或采取可靠的安全措施。

4、(3)、飾面材料的安裝應(yīng)穩(wěn)固嚴(yán)密。飾面材料與龍骨的搭接寬度應(yīng)大于龍骨受力面寬度的23。(4)、吊桿、龍骨的材質(zhì)、規(guī)格、安裝間距及連接方式應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。金屬吊桿、龍骨應(yīng)進(jìn)行表面防腐處理：木龍骨應(yīng)進(jìn)行防腐、防火處理。(5)、明龍骨吊頂工程的吊桿和龍骨安裝必須牢固。2、一般項目(1)、飾面材料表面應(yīng)潔凈、色澤一致，不得有翹曲，裂縫及缺損。飾面板與明龍骨的搭接應(yīng)平整、吻合，壓條應(yīng)平直、寬度一致。(2)、飾面板上的燈具、煙感器、噴淋頭、風(fēng)口蓖子等設(shè)備的位置應(yīng)合理、美觀，與飾面板的交接應(yīng)吻合、嚴(yán)密。(3)、金屬龍骨的接縫應(yīng)平整、吻合、顏色一致，不得有劃傷、擦傷等表面缺陷。F、成品保護(hù)1、輕鋼骨架、罩面板

5、及其他吊頂材料在入場存放、使用過程中應(yīng)嚴(yán)格管理，保證不變形、不受潮、不生銹。2、裝修吊頂用吊桿嚴(yán)禁挪做機電管道、線路吊掛用；機電管道、線路如與吊頂?shù)鯒U位置矛盾，須經(jīng)過項目技術(shù)人員同意后更改，不得隨意改變、挪動吊桿。3、吊頂龍骨上禁止鋪設(shè)機電管道、線路。4、輕鋼骨架及罩面板安裝應(yīng)注意保護(hù)頂棚內(nèi)各種管線輕鋼骨架的吊桿、龍骨不準(zhǔn)固定在通風(fēng)管道及其他沒備件上。5、為了保護(hù)成品，罩面板安裝必須在棚內(nèi)管道、試水、保溫等一切工序全部驗收后進(jìn)行。6、沒專人負(fù)責(zé)成品保護(hù)工作，發(fā)現(xiàn)有保護(hù)設(shè)施損壞的，要及時恢復(fù)。7、工序交接全部采用書面形式由雙方簽字認(rèn)可，由下道工序作業(yè)人員和成品保護(hù)負(fù)責(zé)人同時簽字確認(rèn)，并保行工序交

6、接書面材料，下道工序作業(yè)人員對防止成品的污染、損壞或丟失負(fù)直接責(zé)任，成品保護(hù)專人對成品保護(hù)負(fù)監(jiān)督、檢查責(zé)任。G、安全措施1、現(xiàn)場臨時水電沒專人管理，不得有長流水、長明燈。2、工人操作地點和周圍必須清潔整齊，做到活完腳下清，工完場地清制定嚴(yán)格的成品保護(hù)措施3、持證上崗制：特殊工種必須持有上崗操作證，嚴(yán)禁無證上崗。4、中小型機具必須經(jīng)檢驗合格，履行驗收手續(xù)后方可使用。同時應(yīng)由專門人員使用操作并負(fù)責(zé)維修保養(yǎng)。必須建立中小型機具的安全操作制度，并將安全操作制度牌掛在機具旁明顯處。5、中小型機具的安全防護(hù)裝置必須保持齊全、完好、靈敏有效。6、使用人字梯攀高作業(yè)時只準(zhǔn)一人使用，禁止同時兩人作業(yè)。g an
