2、s Measurements were made with the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and the Minnesota Multiple Personality Inventory(MMPI) in 46 parents of the patients with bipolar disorder and compared with Chinese norm. Results Compared with norm，the parents showed significantly higher total and average total，positiv

3、e symptoms and average positive，interpersonal relationship，anxiety，paranoia and psychotic score of the SCL90(P0.05 or 0.01) and very signfificantly higher obsessivecompulsive score(P0.01). Of the MMPI，parents validity scores were higher than the norms，but there was very significant difference in sco

4、re of malingering scale of father group(P0.01) and significant difference of revising scale of mother group(P0.05)；of clinical scale scores of parents hysteria and hypomania were significantly higher and those of schizophrenia and social introvert lower compared with norm，differences were significan

Conclusion The mental health status of the parents of patients with bipolar disorder is better，higher obsession score possibly reflects the parents innade diathesis feature；the parents have extrover

6、sion and unsteady character triats which have a similarity to some clinical feature.【Keywords】 Bipolar disorder；patients parents；mental health status；character traits；MMPI 雙相障礙具有明顯的遺傳傾向已成為精神病學(xué)界的廣泛共識(shí)1。有研究提示，雙相障礙患者一級(jí)親屬尤其是父母常表現(xiàn)出不同于一般人群的人格特征和情緒狀態(tài)2，這些有異于常人的人格特征和情緒狀態(tài)是否具有病理意義，一直是情感障礙研究的關(guān)注點(diǎn)之一。本研究采用心理測(cè)評(píng)的方法，以

7、探討有精神病性癥狀的躁狂發(fā)作患者父母的心理健康狀況和人格特征及其與患者發(fā)病有關(guān)的遺傳或教養(yǎng)因素的關(guān)系，報(bào)告如下。1 對(duì)象與方法1.1 對(duì)象 選取2004年6月2005年3月在廣州市精神病醫(yī)院住院的雙相障礙患者的父母為研究對(duì)象。入組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：（1）患者本人符合中國精神障礙分類與診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第3版（CCMD3）雙相障礙診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。（2）患者父母雙方均無明確的精神病史和明顯的精神障礙。（3）患者父母具有小學(xué)以上文化程度。雙相障礙患者的父母共入組46例。其中父親組27例，年齡40 a70 a，平均（52.008.40） a；文化程度：初中7例，高中10例，大專及以上10例。母親組19例，年齡36 a65 a，平
