2、通和協(xié)作能力。課程簡(jiǎn)介該課程是工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)的一門重要的專業(yè)實(shí)踐課程。其任務(wù)是讓學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)了解與累積有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)、設(shè)計(jì)組織、設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)力、設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范等知識(shí)。設(shè)計(jì)管理與策略的相關(guān)課程內(nèi)容涉及到:設(shè)計(jì)企劃、設(shè)計(jì)策略、設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)、設(shè)計(jì)專案管理、設(shè)計(jì)品質(zhì)管理、設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)決策、設(shè)計(jì)溝通傳達(dá)、設(shè)計(jì)與行銷、市場(chǎng)研究與調(diào)查、財(cái)務(wù)管理、人力管理、時(shí)間管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等。教學(xué)內(nèi)容與學(xué)時(shí)分配(一)設(shè)計(jì)管理綜述和管理學(xué)基本理論 8學(xué)時(shí)1、教學(xué)內(nèi)容和要求(1)理解并掌握什么是設(shè)計(jì)管理;設(shè)計(jì)管理的概念;設(shè)計(jì)管理的作用與意義;(2)了解設(shè)計(jì)管理課程的內(nèi)容及學(xué)習(xí)方法;(3)理解并掌握管理學(xué)的含義及其基本特征;(4)了解管理理論與思想的發(fā)展
