1、第 PAGE18 頁 共 NUMPAGES18 頁2022年幼兒園業(yè)務(wù)副園長述職報(bào)告20_年幼兒園業(yè)務(wù)副園長述職報(bào)告尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)：大家好在保教并重的這塊特殊園地里，作為分管教育教學(xué)的我，始終把“責(zé)任”兩字放在首位，鞭策我敬業(yè)愛崗，在即將過去的20_年里，我能關(guān)注國內(nèi)外的時(shí)事，進(jìn)步自身的政治判斷力，勤政廉潔。熱愛從事的幼教事業(yè)，履行職責(zé)、嚴(yán)于律己，團(tuán)結(jié)同志，工作的重心放在為幼兒園的教育教學(xué)效勞，并做好協(xié)調(diào)效勞與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)系，協(xié)調(diào)好各部門的關(guān)系，爭取后勤的支持與 協(xié)助，為教研組的教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)，老師的職務(wù)培訓(xùn)的順利開展提供了保障,協(xié)調(diào)好全園教研與各年級(jí)教研、科研的關(guān)系，努力做好上傳下達(dá)，使各項(xiàng)工作能

2、按質(zhì)按量完成。為了增強(qiáng)自己的工作才能，我從不放過一切學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)機(jī)，今年上半年，我參加了北京師范大學(xué)名園長萬里行觀摩考察活動(dòng)，觀摩了北京好幾所優(yōu)質(zhì)幼兒園學(xué)到了許多有效教學(xué)經(jīng)歷，與此同時(shí)，我還學(xué)習(xí)幼教博覽、學(xué)前教育研究、幼兒教育、管理創(chuàng)新、教學(xué)工作會(huì)議五個(gè)文本等書籍，對照自己的工作，尋找差距，努力探究新的教育觀念與教育形式，不斷 進(jìn)步自身的理論程度，并在日常的工作中得以運(yùn)用，作為園長助手，我既站在分管工作的角度考慮問題，又能站在園長的位置上設(shè)身處地為園長著想，做到補(bǔ)臺(tái)不拆臺(tái)，助手不甩手。這一年，在全體教職工的通力合作下，幼兒園碩果累累，各方面都有了長足的開展。作為幼兒園的業(yè)務(wù)管理者，在分享這份喜悅的

3、同時(shí)，也對自己的工作進(jìn)展了總結(jié)與反思，現(xiàn)匯報(bào)如下：一、師德為先，崗位盡職幼兒園無小事，事事育人；老師無小節(jié)，節(jié)節(jié)為楷模。我嚴(yán)于律己，做到堅(jiān)持學(xué)習(xí)不放松，率先垂范，提升自己；堅(jiān)持帶隊(duì)不放松，掌握情況，加強(qiáng)研究；深化群眾不放松，真誠待人，凝聚人心。微笑放在臉上，感謝掛在嘴邊，老師和家長評(píng)價(jià)我親和力強(qiáng)。二、注重學(xué)習(xí)，提升自我走上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位5年來，我一直堅(jiān)持讀書學(xué)習(xí)，認(rèn)為業(yè)務(wù)園長不是一個(gè)職務(wù)，而是一個(gè)職業(yè)，假如是一個(gè)職業(yè)，我必須具備這個(gè)職業(yè)所需要的一切素質(zhì)，我必須有更多的知識(shí)和才能，必須把握各方面的信息，使自己保持對新事物的敏銳感覺，必須使自己的思想觀念始終在時(shí)代前列，才能不被劇烈的競爭所淘汰。我堅(jiān)持不

4、懈地汲取各方面的新知識(shí)、新思想、新觀念，堅(jiān)持不懈地讀書，使讀書、考慮成為我工作和生活中不可缺少的習(xí)慣，做到在思想上引導(dǎo)老師，在業(yè)務(wù)上指導(dǎo)老師。作為園長，我時(shí)刻注意深化第一線，為老師們出點(diǎn)子、提建議，用自身的影響力來凝聚全體教職工的心，帶發(fā)動(dòng)工的積極性，建立和諧的人際關(guān)系，培育互相幫助的團(tuán)體精神。三、與老師團(tuán)結(jié)一致，達(dá)成年度目的。重點(diǎn)做好以下工作：1加強(qiáng)幼兒的平安教育工作。思想上高度重視，完善規(guī)章制度；目的分解，責(zé)任到人；人防、物防、技防到位；利用每周一次平安課對幼兒進(jìn)展平安宣傳教育；將11月定為平安教育活動(dòng)月，創(chuàng)設(shè)大、中、小平安教育活動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖，開展地震逃生演習(xí)，進(jìn)步老師的認(rèn)識(shí)與幼兒的才能。通過

5、環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)、游戲操作、模擬練習(xí)、實(shí)地觀察等讓孩子在生動(dòng)有趣的真實(shí)情景中獲得有關(guān)知識(shí)，進(jìn)步相應(yīng)的才能2抓好我園的教研教學(xué)活動(dòng)。帶著全體老師貫徹黨和國家的教育方針，堅(jiān)持依法辦園、以得立園。確立“以孩子開展為本”、以“開發(fā)智力、開展才能、培養(yǎng)習(xí)慣、穿插知識(shí)”為培養(yǎng)目的，以課程教材改革為抓手，向幼兒進(jìn)展全面的素質(zhì)啟蒙教育，培養(yǎng)“安康活潑、好奇探究、文明樂群、英勇自信”的孩子。抓住保教中心工作，注重理論聯(lián)絡(luò)實(shí)際，積極開展現(xiàn)代學(xué)前教育的理論與探究。20_年秋季開學(xué)后我又組織老師們在學(xué)習(xí)綱要的根底上系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)了幼兒園工作規(guī)程，使老師們進(jìn)一步理解了綱要的精神和規(guī)程的要求，并堅(jiān)持貫徹落實(shí)，結(jié)合我園幼兒實(shí)際情況，開展

6、實(shí)在有效的教育教研活動(dòng)。一是利用雙周三的教研活動(dòng)開展集體培訓(xùn)；二是每位老師一學(xué)期自學(xué)一本業(yè)務(wù)書籍，每月寫一至二篇反思心得或讀書筆記；三是利用每周四上下午，由年級(jí)組長牽頭，以學(xué)科組為單位開展集體備課，老師共同討論形成教學(xué)案，通過一課三研，使老師注重激發(fā)幼兒內(nèi)在的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)，讓幼兒通過主動(dòng)探究和親身參與，與周圍環(huán)境中的人、事、物產(chǎn)生交互作用，從生活、學(xué)習(xí)、運(yùn)動(dòng)、游戲活動(dòng)中，讓老師學(xué)會(huì)運(yùn)用嘗試教學(xué)法、感知操作法、情景教學(xué)法、設(shè)疑表述法，來構(gòu)建“玩中學(xué)、問中學(xué)、想中學(xué)、做中學(xué)”的活動(dòng)形式，讓幼兒積極思維、大膽想象、樂于表達(dá)；盡管事務(wù)多、工作雜，但我合理安排時(shí)間，深化一線，經(jīng)常和老師們一起商討商討，給思路

7、、出點(diǎn)子，使老師既為幼兒提供豐富、實(shí)用、有效的操作材料，引領(lǐng)老師創(chuàng)設(shè)探究的主題活動(dòng)課程環(huán)境，環(huán)境布置不斷隨孩子的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容的變換而變化，使環(huán)境對孩子的學(xué)習(xí)起能動(dòng)的作用，在幼兒的學(xué)習(xí)探究過程中，不斷展示幼兒研習(xí)活動(dòng)的各項(xiàng)紀(jì)錄、成果和美工的作品，使學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境具有較強(qiáng)的可視性。又組織多樣性的活動(dòng)如集體活動(dòng)、小組活動(dòng)、個(gè)別活動(dòng)，捕捉幼兒尋常時(shí)刻，探究幼兒多種記錄方式，來進(jìn)步老師的觀察才能，學(xué)會(huì)回應(yīng)策略，讓幼兒充分地用自己的語言表現(xiàn)表達(dá)，有效進(jìn)步了課堂質(zhì)量，教學(xué)質(zhì)量整體有所進(jìn)步，圓滿完成了一年的教學(xué)任務(wù)。3賦予家長工作新的成效在這一年中，我們幼兒園的家長工作也獲得了可喜的成績。3月初開展的家長會(huì)中評(píng)選了家園

8、合作先進(jìn)家庭，頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)狀，進(jìn)一步進(jìn)步了家長工作的積極性和主動(dòng)性，家長們協(xié)助老師動(dòng)手制作了許多戶外活動(dòng)器材，豐富了幼兒的戶外活動(dòng)，老師也通過實(shí)際行動(dòng)贏得了家長的支持，家長們一致認(rèn)為：孩子們在一幼很放心，我們對老師和孩子都寄予了希望、充滿了信心。9月份開學(xué)前召開了新生家長會(huì)，就幼兒園根本建立、師資隊(duì)伍教學(xué)理念、辦園宗旨、幼兒培養(yǎng)目的等向家長做了介紹，就“如何減輕幼兒入園焦慮”“ 為何新幼兒的幼兒容易生病”問題向家長做理解釋，開學(xué)兩周又召開了全園家長會(huì)，介紹了本學(xué)期教育教學(xué)目的；10月中旬組織開展英語外教教學(xué)觀摩，這一系列的活動(dòng)使家長們對幼兒園的整體情況有了深化的理解，為一學(xué)期家長工作的順利開展奠定了

9、堅(jiān)實(shí)的根底。4、加強(qiáng)青年老師培養(yǎng)，促進(jìn)年輕老師隊(duì)伍專業(yè)化成長，一支高素質(zhì)的老師隊(duì)伍是進(jìn)步教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的根本保證。幾年來我園的老師隊(duì)伍已經(jīng)趨于年輕化，20_年以來，我園又新增進(jìn)了名年輕老師，9月份開學(xué)后因工作要求調(diào)安雪花、任學(xué)輝兩位老師到中層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位，9月中旬宣布朱海燕老師為副園長，隨著原先骨干老師不斷充實(shí)到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位，使整個(gè)老師隊(duì)伍出現(xiàn)了青黃不接的狀態(tài)，因此需要年輕的老師盡快成長成熟起來，本學(xué)期我將年輕老師培養(yǎng)作為一項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)工作來抓。主要采用外出培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)和園本培訓(xùn)相結(jié)合的方式。今年四月份11為年輕老師先后兩批次到北京參觀學(xué)習(xí)，聆聽講座，9月派了7為年輕老師到市參加說課培訓(xùn)和觀摩，11月21日派7為

10、新入職老師到市花園幼兒園觀摩全市優(yōu)質(zhì)課教學(xué)活動(dòng)；10月下旬全園13為年輕老師參加了本園教學(xué)觀摩活動(dòng)，活動(dòng)之后開展老師說課評(píng)課活動(dòng)；11月22日我園張雅菲、高杰兩位老師參加了市組織的骨干老師優(yōu)質(zhì)課比賽，12月3日我園張麗、王一凡兩位老師參加了市新秀組老師優(yōu)質(zhì)課比賽。通過外出培訓(xùn)、園本培訓(xùn)、外出比賽、園內(nèi)老師教學(xué)觀摩活動(dòng)等不同形式為年輕的老師創(chuàng)設(shè)平臺(tái)，使她們在原有的程度上有了較大的開展。20_年，我園老師在各級(jí)各類評(píng)比、比賽中表現(xiàn)突出，獲得了許多優(yōu)異的成績：5月份選派朱海燕和徐曉娟兩位年輕老師參加全市教學(xué)能手作課比賽獲得了一等獎(jiǎng)的好成績，其中朱海燕老師又通過說課比賽被選中代表張家口市到石家莊參加比

11、賽又獲得了一等獎(jiǎng)，六月份我們有四位老師獲得了市學(xué)科帶頭人、教學(xué)能手、教學(xué)新星稱號(hào)，有六位老師參加市教科所組織的說課比賽，其中三位獲得一等獎(jiǎng)，三位獲得二等獎(jiǎng)，11月22日、12月3日四位年輕老師參加全市幼兒園優(yōu)質(zhì)課比賽獲得二等獎(jiǎng)的成績，同時(shí)幼兒園被授牌為張家口市學(xué)前教育研究基地。我本人于20_年7月被評(píng)為市優(yōu)秀黨員。四、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理，打造公信，進(jìn)步辦園質(zhì)量公信教育本著取信于民，真誠效勞于公眾的精神，依法辦教育。我們要打造公信教育，必須通過幼兒園的質(zhì)量和老師的形象來表達(dá)。進(jìn)步辦學(xué)的質(zhì)量，暢通溝通的渠道，作為業(yè)務(wù)管理者，我從以下幾個(gè)方面去努力：1、創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境是施行課程理念和目的的根

12、本保證，是課程施行的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容，本學(xué)期利用教研會(huì)就“幼兒園區(qū)角活動(dòng)材料的投放”對老師進(jìn)展培訓(xùn)，老師根據(jù)各學(xué)習(xí)區(qū)域的功能及學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)內(nèi)容，為幼兒提供各種活動(dòng)材料，并利用墻壁、空間展示老師與幼兒家長搜集的與主題學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)的圖片、照片、實(shí)物等資料，讓環(huán)境成為第三位老師。環(huán)境的改變，既美化了園舍，同時(shí)進(jìn)步了家長的滿意度。2進(jìn)步教育質(zhì)量教育質(zhì)量的進(jìn)步，是家長最需要的。今天的教育，是對孩子一生有用。這個(gè)學(xué)期我們在課程方面有了打破，引進(jìn)新課程“多元寶盒課程”通過幼兒動(dòng)手操作開發(fā)幼兒智力，開展才能。聘請菲律賓外教，組織老師外出聽教育專家報(bào)告，開展優(yōu)質(zhì)課活動(dòng)觀摩，開展“主題活動(dòng)”“主題環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)評(píng)比”等學(xué)習(xí)競賽活動(dòng)

13、。幫助老師樹立正確的教育理念：幼兒不是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的容器，也不是一張白紙，而是自主學(xué)習(xí)者，有待點(diǎn)燃的多彩的火把。以人為本，以幼兒開展為本。開展師德教育，進(jìn)步老師師德。我鼓勵(lì)學(xué)習(xí)，促進(jìn)研究，推動(dòng)交流，開展合作，促進(jìn)老師的專業(yè)化開展。以教學(xué)研討為切入口，以課題研究為打破口，以環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)為關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)，以家園合作為支撐點(diǎn)，以理論活動(dòng)為延伸點(diǎn)，使教研活動(dòng)豐富多彩，富有成效。通過探究與理論，認(rèn)清和把握新時(shí)代老師文化的內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn)，探究塑造和提升老師文化的途徑、方法及其規(guī)律，促使老師在思想理念、價(jià)值趨向和行為形式等方面適應(yīng)信息時(shí)代要求、老師文化人形象，以良好的師德行為推進(jìn)幼兒教育的改革與開展。3注重老師的精神相貌老師的精
