9、示代詞this和that搭檔。但他從不與一、二人稱來往。如:He is from Shanghai. 他來自上海。This is a new book. 這是一本新書。3. are是三兄弟的老大,脾氣最好。他可以和we, they等表示多數(shù)的人稱代詞或表示復(fù)數(shù)的名詞及指示代詞連用。當(dāng)然,他和第二人稱you關(guān)系最“鐵”,無論單復(fù)數(shù),are都為其服務(wù)。如:We are twelve years old. 我們十二歲。How old are you? 你多大了?am, is, are“快樂三兄弟”am, is, are“能征善戰(zhàn)”。只要句中有am, is, are, 變否定句、疑問句“易如反掌”。1

10、. 肯定句變否定句,把否定詞not直接加在am, is, are的后面。如:I am late today. I am not late today.; He is my good friend. He isnt my good friend.2. 陳述句變疑問句,把be提到主語前,首字母大寫,第一人稱往往變?yōu)榈诙朔Q,句末加問號。如:Daming is in Class Two. Is Daming in Class Two?; We are Americans. Are you Americans?am, is, are與好朋友“親密無間”。am, is, are 生性平易近人,經(jīng)常與主語

11、或否定詞縮寫。am, is, are與作主語的名詞或代詞可以縮寫在一起,去掉am, is, are的第一個字母,用“”代替。即amm, are re, is s。is, are與not在一起時,也可以縮寫,即去掉not中的o,用“”代替。如:is not isnt, are not arent。溫馨提示:am, is, are 也堅信“距離產(chǎn)生美”:1. am與not之間沒有縮寫;2. I am放在句末時不能縮寫;3. this, these, those不能與is或are縮寫;4. 當(dāng)兩個或兩個以上的名詞或代詞作主語時,be動詞不能與主語縮寫。5. 一般疑問句的肯定回答中,句子末尾的am,
