20、n fallo the door driver system )安裝作業(yè)時,請在驅(qū)動器上面蓋上防塵罩,注意切勿使鉆孔鐵屑等殘余金屬落入驅(qū)動器。安裝作業(yè)結(jié)束時,請拆下驅(qū)動器上蓋的防塵罩,提高通氣性和驅(qū)動器的散熱性。It is should to shield the door driver when do some installation woks at the shaft , prohibit to let thescrap iron fallo door driver system to arise the door driver broken .It is should to remov

32、Notice of the input signal wire connection)設(shè)置接線用斷路器(Configure the circuit breaker)在電源輸入端子(AC1、AC2)和電源之間,請務(wù)必連接對應(yīng)驅(qū)動器容量的保護斷路(MCCB)。Ag theer supply input terminals (AC1, AC2) ander, be sure to connectright capacity circuitbreakers (MCCB) .-MCCB 的容量請選為驅(qū)動器額定電流的 1.52 倍的容量。The MCCB capacity is1.5 2 times ra

40、達開門終端區(qū)時,系統(tǒng)輸出“開門到位”信號;Reach to the open terminal area ,the control system will output the ”open end ” signal;- 關(guān)門終端(Close terminal):關(guān)門位置到達關(guān)門終端區(qū)時,系統(tǒng)輸出“關(guān)門到位”信號;Reach to the close terminal area ,the control system will output the ”close end ” signal;(2) 關(guān)門爬行距離和收放門刀距離(Close creng distance and close/open

41、doorcamdistance)- 收放門刀距離(close/open door cam distance):門系統(tǒng)關(guān)門到達機械限位后收縮門刀操作過程中同步皮帶的位移距離。The synchronous belt moving distancet the door driver system close to mechanical endand then retract the door cam.- 關(guān)門爬行距離(Close creng distance):門機到達機械限位前以爬行速度運行,直至轎門完全到達機械限位位置時的距離。The distance ist the door operato

42、r do creng speed until it reach to the mechanical endition.4.2初始位置校正運行(Correction drive for initialize)驅(qū)動器每次上電均需要進行位置初始校正運行操作,如果門機未完成校正運行,門機驅(qū)動器仍然可以響應(yīng)開、關(guān)門信號,并以爬行速度進行移動,運行到終端位置后完成校正運行操作。The door driver must do the correction drive for itsition initialize whener is on .If the door driverhave not do the

43、ition correction drive ,door operator accept the openor close ordert by the lifts control system and response for the creng speed .Thedoor operator will do the initialized operation when the door reach to end門機校正操作需要有開/關(guān)門信號控制下完成操作(Door operator doition .the initialize runningshould be controlled by

46、的運行指令后才能予以解除,非主動模式必需設(shè)置 SW4 為 OFF 位置!Driving-block protection function should do at the slave mode .The door need stop closing thedoor when the door are hedged by any-reason ,it will do reverse operation after the lifts controlsystem sendopen door order to door control system. 58、d by roe the TR2 potentiometer ;4.4.6 調(diào)整堵轉(zhuǎn)響應(yīng)靈敏度(Adjustment the sensitive response of the block running)調(diào)整關(guān)門堵轉(zhuǎn)檢測力矩閥值大小,可通過調(diào)整 TR4 電位器實現(xiàn);Adjust the sensitive of the block running by roe the TR4 potentiometer;4.4.7 維持力矩調(diào)整(Hold torque adjustment)開、關(guān)門維持力矩調(diào)整,調(diào)整 TR3 電位器Open or close hold torque adjust can r
