1、光耦輸入接口電路測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與改進(jìn)方案張道勇實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)康模和ㄟ^對(duì)某某(不好意思,保密需要,下同)CNC系統(tǒng)輸入電路的研究,擬在不改變電 路的情況下,改變相關(guān)器件參數(shù)值,達(dá)到其它CNC系統(tǒng)輸入電路的性能,以滿足實(shí)際工作要 求。某某CNC系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀:輸入接口在低電平狀態(tài)、高電平狀態(tài)、由低電平到高電平或高 電平向低電平轉(zhuǎn)換、跳變過程中,存在誤關(guān)斷、誤觸發(fā)、誤導(dǎo)通的現(xiàn)象。比如,某某CNC 系統(tǒng)配某某機(jī)床廠某某型號(hào)機(jī)床,用于檢測(cè)主軸變頻器的速度到達(dá)和零速的兩輸入信號(hào)偶爾 出現(xiàn)常有效狀態(tài);又如:某某機(jī)床廠用接近開關(guān)作為機(jī)床的PC信號(hào),在常開的狀態(tài)下(未 感應(yīng)到鐵塊時(shí)),接近開關(guān)的輸出端有時(shí)會(huì)有3V至5V的電壓

2、(感性負(fù)載),以至系統(tǒng)一直 處于誤導(dǎo)通(高電平)狀態(tài)。針對(duì)系統(tǒng)個(gè)別情況下,不能穩(wěn)定觸發(fā)、關(guān)斷的現(xiàn)象,做此測(cè)試。給出系統(tǒng)高低電平(跳 變)的電壓范圍,并提出改進(jìn)方案。某某CNC系統(tǒng)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù):系統(tǒng)輸入模塊原理圖:系統(tǒng)輸入模塊原理分析:目前某某CNC系統(tǒng)的外部輸入接口采用光耦作為隔離輸入器件,用3.3KR/0.5W電阻作 為限流電阻,輸出極采用射級(jí)輸出方式,接RC濾波電路,最后用施密特電路進(jìn)行整型,之 后輸入給系統(tǒng)。光耦是電流敏感型器件,對(duì)外接電壓不敏感,功率噪聲容限大,所以該電路具 有大的輸入電壓范圍,可以用于5V、12V、24V、36V等電壓等級(jí)的信號(hào)輸入,當(dāng)用于24V電 壓等級(jí)的電路時(shí),工作電

3、流約為7mA,具有比較大的功率噪聲容限。電路整體對(duì)外表現(xiàn)出施 密特特性,即:當(dāng)外部電位由0V上升到約+3.5V以上時(shí)電路由0翻轉(zhuǎn)到1,當(dāng)電壓由高電平 下降時(shí),在+3.5V處并不翻轉(zhuǎn)回0,而是繼續(xù)下降到約+2.5V時(shí)才翻轉(zhuǎn)回0,這就有效避免了 外部信號(hào)在+3V左右時(shí),由于噪聲的存在導(dǎo)致輸入信號(hào)發(fā)生震蕩,提高了電壓噪聲容限。詳細(xì)的理論分析與計(jì)算請(qǐng)參見某某CNC系統(tǒng)IO板設(shè)計(jì)說明書。系統(tǒng)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù):七(高電平)V (低電平)T -R1=3.3K R2=3.6K輸入電壓大于3.3V輸入電壓小于2.5VR1=4.7K R2=3.6K輸入電壓大于4.2V輸入電壓小于3.2VR1=5.1K R2=3.6K輸入

6、R2=1K輸入大于5.6V輸入小于5.6V注1: R1=3.3K R2=1K是刀架信號(hào)(T1、T2T8)電路阻值。第三款CNC系統(tǒng)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù):第三款CNC輸入模塊原理圖:VDD3. 3R21KVi3K_.I VoR1 1夕TLP181第三款CNC系統(tǒng)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù):高電平低電平R1=3K, R2=1K輸入大于4.5V輸入小于4.5V第四款CNC系統(tǒng)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù):高電平低電平輸入大于9.5V輸入小于9.5V注:以上測(cè)試條件是在常溫狀態(tài)下測(cè)得結(jié)果。測(cè)試結(jié)論:某某CNC系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)在電路的V及V電壓較低:在一般情況下,電路的V及V電壓約 T +T -T +T -為+3.3V及+2.5V,而且由于光耦相對(duì)離散性較大,所

7、以該電壓存在個(gè)體差異,當(dāng)外部驅(qū)動(dòng) 電路不能夠可靠的把輸入電壓拉低到+2.5V以下,就可能導(dǎo)致電路不能夠由1(高電平)翻轉(zhuǎn) 到0(低電平);接近開關(guān)在常閉的狀態(tài)下,有時(shí)會(huì)有3V至5V的電壓輸出(電感負(fù)載,需 考慮溫度影響),此電壓在大于匕+的情況下,將使系統(tǒng)處于誤導(dǎo)通(高電平)狀態(tài)。針對(duì)系統(tǒng)所發(fā)生不能穩(wěn)定觸發(fā)、關(guān)斷現(xiàn)象的原理分析,擬提高系統(tǒng)匕+、Vt-電壓值。在不改動(dòng)輸入模塊原理與PCB板的基礎(chǔ)上,擬采用如下三種方案:增大光耦輸入側(cè)的電阻R1阻值。R1阻值增加,光耦工作電流下降,導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)抗干擾能 力下降;減小光耦輸出側(cè)的負(fù)載電阻R2,增加光耦的實(shí)際工作電流傳輸比CTR,來提高VT+及VT-, 但

8、采用增加CTR的方式會(huì)導(dǎo)致外部輸入電流不變的情況下,光耦輸出級(jí)Vce將加大,這 會(huì)導(dǎo)致光耦輸出級(jí)整型電路的電壓噪聲容限下降,在不同程度上導(dǎo)致電路的電磁兼容 性指標(biāo)下降,下降的具體情況要根據(jù)光耦負(fù)載電阻的減小情況實(shí)測(cè)而定。更換TLP181。尋找一個(gè)電流傳輸比小一點(diǎn)的光耦。實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證周期長(zhǎng)??紤]用戶5V與24V輸入的兼容性,需首先確定系統(tǒng)匕+、七壓值。當(dāng)某某CNC系統(tǒng)輸 入模塊電阻R1等于3.3K,R2等于2.0K時(shí),輸入電壓大于4.4V為1(高電平),小于3.3V 為0 (低電平)。不考慮用戶5V與24V輸入的兼容性,需首先確定系統(tǒng)七、匕一壓值。當(dāng)某某CNC系統(tǒng) 輸入模塊電阻R1等于3.9K,R2
