1、1 一、協(xié)議內(nèi)容 Content the principles of mutual benefit，the two parties will make an agreement on import transport as following:a.The two parties shall actively co-operate in International Freight Forwarding and Logistics services for shipments moving between their respective territories. The Party B will

Party B shall arrange customs clearance and transshipment ofthe goods in time after checking the docume

16、稅，乙方未及時(shí)清關(guān)，甲方不承擔(dān)額外費(fèi)用。 Party A shall pay the Duty/Vat of air transportation and sea transportation to Party B in additional costs.6五、協(xié)議修改 agreement modification本協(xié)議可經(jīng)雙方書面確認(rèn)通知另一方修改內(nèi)容，經(jīng)雙方共同簽字確認(rèn)后以簽字日期為準(zhǔn)立即 be modified and become effective only when both parties make an agreement about the content.六、法律與仲裁 l
