1、9車輛工程專業(yè)本科培養(yǎng)方案Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Vehicle Engineering一、修業(yè)年限及授予學(xué)位名稱四年;工學(xué)學(xué)士、Length of Schooling and DegreeFour Years: Bachelors of Engineering.二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生掌握扎實(shí)的自然科學(xué)知識、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的根底理論和專業(yè)知識,具有一定的交叉學(xué)科背景和良好的人文科學(xué)素養(yǎng),具備較強(qiáng)的機(jī)械工程應(yīng)用能力和科學(xué)研究能力,具有良好的終身學(xué)習(xí)和開展能力、獨(dú)立思考和判斷能力、實(shí)踐和創(chuàng)新能力,較強(qiáng)的表達(dá)、人際交往、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力

These students should hav

14、Minimum Graduate Credits =SUM(ABOVE) 168八、集中實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)及要求金工實(shí)習(xí):初步掌握機(jī)械設(shè)備根底知識及數(shù)控加工的根底知識,掌握根本的工藝操作技能。電子實(shí)習(xí):了解電子產(chǎn)品制作的根本工藝過程、掌握根本儀器儀表的使用及產(chǎn)品的測試技術(shù)。機(jī)械原理、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)課程設(shè)計(jì):進(jìn)行簡單機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì),掌握機(jī)構(gòu)及其組合運(yùn)動(dòng)原理、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)根本理論、設(shè)計(jì)步驟及方法,培養(yǎng)設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算、制圖、查閱資料、應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)手冊的能力與技能。汽車認(rèn)識實(shí)習(xí):進(jìn)行汽車的拆裝、調(diào)整、測量,熟悉汽車的駕駛操作方法和維護(hù)知識。生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí):了解汽車、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程和典型零件加工工藝過程、典型設(shè)備的工作原理及結(jié)構(gòu);了解工

15、廠生產(chǎn)組織及管理情況。汽車零部件設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)字化實(shí)踐:用反求法進(jìn)行汽車零部件計(jì)算機(jī)三維設(shè)計(jì),并繪制二維零件圖樣。專業(yè)課程設(shè)計(jì):學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)專業(yè)技術(shù)資料、標(biāo)準(zhǔn);掌握汽車、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)零部件設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn)、方法和過程;進(jìn)行方案分析、整體布置、參數(shù)計(jì)算、圖樣繪制等設(shè)計(jì)全過程以及計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用的綜合訓(xùn)練。畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì):綜合應(yīng)用所學(xué)的根底理論和專業(yè)知識,以實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)、科技開發(fā)、試驗(yàn)研究為課題,進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)能力和科研能力的培養(yǎng)及綜合工程訓(xùn)練。、Practical Training and Requiremen tMetal Technology Practices: to have the basic knowledge about
