We need to further understand the construction unit。從會議了解到的內(nèi)容配套資金是中小河流專項資金（中央）和地方財政配套資金（縣政府）。還款主體是以興墊公司的名義來還，但資金由財政出。還款主體是業(yè)主還款，還款資金是由財政部門進行撥款。貸款資金安排是不分開進行資金分配。到時候統(tǒng)一進行安排。資金流申請資

Account established in the owner company.關于污水方面內(nèi)容高峰鎮(zhèn)、高安鎮(zhèn)暫未收取污水處理費，高峰鎮(zhèn)計劃2018年開始收取污水處理費按用水量每噸收取1.3元，高安鎮(zhèn)沒有污水收取費用內(nèi)容；周嘉鎮(zhèn)污水費涉及沿路居民和墊江四中，原來沒有收污水處理費；鎮(zhèn)一級未收取污水處理費。垃圾處理費每月6元。8個鎮(zhèn)的污水處理公司都是重慶市環(huán)投集團。高峰城鎮(zhèn)污水日處理能力650方，常住人口3000多人。目前收集量大約為日200400方。從現(xiàn)狀看，管網(wǎng)建成后，污水處理廠能滿足處理需求。高峰鎮(zhèn)不涉及管網(wǎng)項目，周嘉縣項目介紹清楚寫的有管網(wǎng)，

8、來的負責人不清楚污水處理能力和日產(chǎn)生的污水量。根據(jù)對污水收費項目進行調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，現(xiàn)階段沒有進行城鎮(zhèn),農(nóng)村污水方面收費。水費的定價需要向重慶市和墊江縣的確定。（需要該方面的文件，未收取上來）About the sewage contentGaofeng Town, Gaoan Town temporarily does not charge sewage treatment fee.
