PAGE/r/n616/r/n//r/nNUMPAGES/r/n616/r/n煤礦機(jī)電設(shè)備檢修/r/n技術(shù)規(guī)范/r/n(初稿)/r/n目錄/r/n總則/r/n/r/n/r/n機(jī)械類(lèi)通用部分/r/n3/r/n頁(yè)/r/n固定設(shè)備/r/n11/r/n頁(yè)/r/n運(yùn)輸設(shè)備/r/n34/r/n頁(yè)/r/n采掘設(shè)備/r/n51/r/n頁(yè)/r/n電氣設(shè)備/r/n.71/r/n頁(yè)/r/n露天設(shè)備/r/n../r/n/r/n127/r/n頁(yè)/r/n/r/n附錄/r/n/r/n/r/n291/r/n頁(yè)/r/n一、/r/n機(jī)械類(lèi)通用部分/r/n1.1/r/n緊固件/r/n1.1.1/r/n/r/n螺紋連接件和鎖緊件必須齊全,牢固可靠。螺栓頭部和螺母不得有鏟傷、棱角嚴(yán)峻變形或變禿。螺孔亂扣、禿扣時(shí),同意擴(kuò)孔,增大螺栓直徑。但不能因擴(kuò)孔而阻礙被擴(kuò)工件的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和工作性能。/r/n1.1.2/r/n/r/n螺母必須擰緊,擰緊后螺栓的螺紋應(yīng)露出螺母/r/n1/r/n~/r/n3/r/n螺距,不得在螺母下加多余的墊圈來(lái)減少螺栓露出長(zhǎng)度。/r/n1.1.3/r/n/r/n螺栓不得彎曲,螺紋損傷不得超過(guò)螺紋工作高度的一半,且連續(xù)不得超過(guò)一周。連接件螺栓的螺紋在孔內(nèi)部分不得少于兩個(gè)螺距。沉頭螺栓擰緊后,沉頭部分不得凸出連接件的表面。/r/n1.1.4/r/n/r/n螺紋表面必須光潔,不得用粗制螺紋代替精制螺紋。/r/n1.1.5/r/n/r/n同一部位的緊固件規(guī)格必須一致,材質(zhì)應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求。要緊連接部位或受沖擊載荷容易松動(dòng)部位的螺母,必須使用防松螺母或其它防松方法。/r/n1.1.6/r/n/r/n使用花螺母時(shí),開(kāi)口銷(xiāo)應(yīng)符合要求。使用止動(dòng)墊圈時(shí),包角應(yīng)穩(wěn)固;使用鐵絲鎖緊時(shí),其拉緊方向必須和螺栓方向一致,接頭應(yīng)向內(nèi)彎曲。/r/n1.1.7/r/n/r/n彈簧墊圈應(yīng)有足夠的彈性(自由狀態(tài)開(kāi)口重疊部分不得大于墊圈厚度的一半)。/r/n1.1.8/r/n/r/n螺栓頭部或螺母必須和相接觸的部件緊貼。如該處為斜面時(shí),應(yīng)加相同斜度的斜墊。/r/n1.1.9/r/n/r/n鉚釘必須不生銹,不變形,緊固有效,鉚接對(duì)口不得有錯(cuò)動(dòng)痕跡。/r/n1.1.10/r/n/r/n穩(wěn)釘和穩(wěn)釘孔相吻合,不松曠。/r/n1.2/r/n鍵和鍵槽/r/n1.2.1/r/n/r/n鍵的表面應(yīng)光滑平坦,規(guī)格符合要求,四角倒棱,材質(zhì)的抗剪切強(qiáng)度不得低于/r/n45/r/n號(hào)鋼的剪切強(qiáng)度。/r/n1.2.2/r/n/r/n鍵和輪轂鍵槽規(guī)格和公差符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。/r/n1.2.3/r/n/r/n鍵和鍵槽之間不得加墊。平鍵鍵槽磨損后,同意加寬原槽的/r/n5/r/n%。軸及輪轂的鍵槽寬度應(yīng)一致。/r/n1.2.4/r/n/r/n裝配楔鍵和切向鍵時(shí),鍵初打入鍵槽的長(zhǎng)度,不得小于鍵全長(zhǎng)的/r/n80/r/n%,不得大于鍵全長(zhǎng)的/r/n95/r/n%(鉤頭鍵不包括鉤頭的長(zhǎng)度)。鍵與輪轂的接觸長(zhǎng)度不得小于輪轂寬度的/r/n80/r/n%?;ㄦI的接觸齒數(shù)應(yīng)不小于總齒數(shù)的/r/n2/3/r/n。/r/n1.2.5/r/n/r/n平鍵鍵槽的中心線(xiàn)與軸的軸心線(xiàn)的平行度、平鍵和鍵槽配合公差,均應(yīng)符合技術(shù)文件的規(guī)定。/r/n1.3/r/n三角帶傳動(dòng)裝置/r/n1.3.1/r/n/r/n三角膠帶主、被動(dòng)輪軸軸心線(xiàn)平行度不超過(guò)/r/n1‰/r/n1.3.2/r/n/r/n兩帶輪相應(yīng)溝槽中心線(xiàn)應(yīng)對(duì)正,軸向錯(cuò)位允差:當(dāng)中心距/r/n≤/r/n500mm/r/n時(shí)為/r/n1.5mm/r/n,當(dāng)中心距/r/n≥/r/n500mm/r/n時(shí)為/r/n2mm/r/n。/r/n1.3.3/r/n/r/n各三角膠帶松緊應(yīng)差不多一致,以/r/n150/r/n~/r/n200N/r/n的力,按壓每根膠帶中段,壓下距離之差不大于/r/n15/r/n~/r/n25mm/r/n。/r/n運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中被動(dòng)輪的實(shí)際轉(zhuǎn)數(shù),不應(yīng)低于計(jì)算值的/r/n97/r/n%。/r/n1.3.4/r/n/r/n三角膠帶輪轂、輪緣及輻條不得有裂紋。/r/n1.3.5/r/n/r/n三角膠帶輪溝槽槽底與膠帶之間應(yīng)按規(guī)定保持一定間隙。小于規(guī)定間隙時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行更換,或用加深槽部的方法進(jìn)行修理,但輪緣厚度不得小于原厚度的/r/n80/r/n%。/r/n1.4/r/n軸和軸承/r/n1.4.1/r/n/r/n軸/r/n1.4.1/r/n.1/r/n軸不得有裂紋、嚴(yán)峻腐蝕或損傷,直線(xiàn)度應(yīng)符合技術(shù)文件的要求。軸頸加工減小量不得超過(guò)原軸頸的/r/n5/r/n%。/r/n1.4.1/r/n.2/r/n軸與軸孔的配合應(yīng)符合技術(shù)文件要求。超差時(shí),同意采納涂鍍、電鍍或噴涂工藝進(jìn)行修復(fù)。在強(qiáng)度許可條件下,也可采納鑲套處理,但不得用電焊修理。/r/n1.4.1/r/n.3/r/n軸頸的圓度和圓柱度,除技術(shù)文件規(guī)定外,必須符合表/r/n1/r/n-/r/n4/r/n-/r/n1/r/n規(guī)定。/r/n/r/n/r/n表/r/n1/r/n-/r/n4/r/n-/r/n1/r/n軸頸圓度和圓柱度/r/nmm/r/n軸頸直徑/r/n>/r/n80/r/n~/r/n120/r/n>/r/n120/r/n~/r/n180/r/n>/r/n180/r/n~/r/n250/r/n>/r/n250/r/n~/r/n315/r/n>/r/n315/r/n~/r/n400/r/n>/r/n400/r/n~/r/n500/r/n圓度和圓柱度/r/n新裝軸/r/n磨損/r/n極限/r/n0.015/r/n0.100/r/n0.018/r/n0.120/r/n0.020/r/n0.0150/r/n0.023/r/n0.200/r/n0.025/r/n0.220/r/n0.027/r/n0.250/r/n1.4.1/r/n.4/r/n軸頸表面粗糙度應(yīng)不大于0.8。/r/n1.4.2/r/n/r/n滑動(dòng)軸承/r/n1.4.2/r/n.1/r/n軸瓦合金層與軸瓦應(yīng)牢固粘合,不得有脫殼現(xiàn)象。軸瓦合金層表面不得有夾雜物、氣孔、裂紋、剝落、嚴(yán)峻點(diǎn)蝕或傷痕。在下列情況下不同意用焊接方法修復(fù):/r/na/r/n局部出現(xiàn)三個(gè)以下散在氣孔,其最大尺寸不大于/r/n2mm/r/n,且相互間距不小于/r/n15mm/r/n;/r/nb/r/n僅在端角處有輕微裂紋;/r/nc/r/n剝落面積不超過(guò)/r/n1cm/r/n2/r/n同時(shí)不多于三處。/r/n/r/n1.4.2/r/n.2/r/n軸頸與軸瓦的頂間隙超過(guò)表/r/n1/r/n-/r/n4/r/n-/r/n2/r/n的最大值時(shí),應(yīng)調(diào)整墊片。墊片重疊數(shù)量不得超過(guò)/r/n4/r/n片。不能用墊片調(diào)整的軸瓦,其頂間隙超過(guò)最大磨損間隙時(shí),應(yīng)更換軸瓦。軸瓦的側(cè)間隙約為頂間隙的/r/n1/2/r/n。/r/n表/r/n1/r/n-/r/n4/r/n-/r/n2/r/n軸頸與軸瓦的頂間隙/r/nmm/r/n軸頸直徑/r/n頂間隙/r/n/r/n最大磨損間隙/r/n>/r/n30/r/n~/r/n50/r/n>/r/n50/r/n~/r/n80/r/n>/r/n80/r/n~/r/n120/r/n>/r/n120/r/n~/r/n180/r/n>/r/n180/r/n~/r/n250/r/n>/r/n250/r/n~/r/n315/r/n>/r/n315/r/n~/r/n400/r/n>/r/n400/r/n~/r/n500/r/n0.050/r/n~/r/n0.128/r/n0.060/r/n~/r/n0.152/r/n0.072/r/n~/r/n0.180/r/n0.085/r/n~/r/n0.211/r/n0.170/r/n~/r/n0.314/r/n0.190/r/n~/r/n0.352/r/n0.210/r/n~/r/n0.382/r/n0.230/r/n~/r/n0.424/r/n0.20/r/n0.25/r/n0.30/r/n0.35/r/n0.45/r/n0.50/r/n0.60/r/n0.70/r/n1.4.2/r/n.3/r/n軸瓦與軸頸的承載部分應(yīng)有/r/n90/r/no/r/n~/r/n120/r/no/r/n的接觸弧面,接觸長(zhǎng)度不得小于軸瓦長(zhǎng)度的/r/n80/r/n%。/r/n1.4.2/r/n.4/r/n軸瓦潤(rùn)滑油的油量要適當(dāng),油質(zhì)應(yīng)符合規(guī)定。軸承座不得漏油。/r/n/r/n采納油圈潤(rùn)滑方式的軸瓦,油圈要轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活,油圈不得有裂紋。/r/n/r/n采納壓力潤(rùn)滑時(shí),油質(zhì)、油壓應(yīng)符合規(guī)定,油路應(yīng)暢通。/r/n軸瓦溫度探頭安裝位置必須準(zhǔn)確,該探頭必須與軸瓦直接接觸。/r/n1.4.3/r/n/r/n滾動(dòng)軸承/r/n1.4.3/r/n.1/r/n軸承元件不得有裂紋、脫落、傷痕、銹斑、點(diǎn)蝕或變色等。保持架應(yīng)完整無(wú)變形。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活,無(wú)異響。/r/n1.4.3/r/n.2/r/n軸承內(nèi)圈與軸頸、軸承外圈與軸承座的配合應(yīng)符合技術(shù)文件規(guī)定;無(wú)具體規(guī)定時(shí),應(yīng)符合表/r/n1/r/n-/r/n4/r/n-/r/n3/r/n及表/r/n1/r/n-/r/n4/r/n-/r/n4/r/n的規(guī)定。不得采取在軸頸上打麻面或加墊的方法來(lái)處理該項(xiàng)配合出現(xiàn)的間隙。/r/n1.4.3/r/n.3/r/n滾動(dòng)軸承徑向磨損間隙不得超過(guò)表/r/n1/r/n-/r/n4/r/n-/r/n5/r/n的規(guī)定。/r/n1.4.3/r/n.4/r/n安裝圓錐滾柱軸承時(shí),必須用墊調(diào)整軸向間隙,使其符合設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求;無(wú)規(guī)定時(shí),應(yīng)符合表/r/n1/r ),抱爪刺破罐道后的滑行距離不超過(guò)/r/n250mm/r/n,全行程的滑行距離不超過(guò)/r/n400mm/r/n。/r/n2.1.11/r/n.2制動(dòng)繩式防墜器每年大修一次,大修時(shí)需將抓捕器拆開(kāi),清除全部零件上的污垢及鐵銹,檢查各零件是否完好。檢查測(cè)量各活動(dòng)部件磨損情況及磨損量,發(fā)覺(jué)有過(guò)度磨損應(yīng)更換。所有軸承與軸的間隙,磨損后不應(yīng)大于/r/n1.0mm/r/n。抓捕器楔子的圓弧表面磨損不應(yīng)大于/r/n1.5mm/r/n,楔子背面及楔背表面磨損不應(yīng)大于/r/n0.2mm/r/n。大修后的防墜器必須進(jìn)行脫鉤試驗(yàn),合格后方可使用。/r/n2.1.11/r/n.3按照《煤礦安全規(guī)程》規(guī)定需要更換緩沖繩和制動(dòng)繩時(shí),緩沖鋼絲繩和制動(dòng)鋼絲繩的型號(hào)、規(guī)格、質(zhì)量,必須符合原設(shè)計(jì)要求。/r/n2.1.11/r/n.4緩沖器固定和連接用的緊固件,應(yīng)緊固牢靠,螺栓露出螺母1~3個(gè)螺距。緩沖器末端留繩長(zhǎng)度不應(yīng)小于/r/n10m/r/n。/r/n2.1.11/r/n.5抓捕器十字線(xiàn)和拉桿及上部彈簧座(擋板)中心與罐籠豎向軸心線(xiàn)的重合度嚴(yán)禁超過(guò)/r/n1mm/r/n。/r/n2.1.11/r/n.6同一抓捕器兩制動(dòng)繩中心與罐籠提升中心的距離偏差,嚴(yán)禁超過(guò)/r/n1mm/r/n。/r/n2.1.11/r/n.7彈簧圓盤(pán)與擋板之間的間隙偏差嚴(yán)禁超過(guò)/r/n1mm/r/n。/r/n2.1.11/r/n.8抓捕器的銷(xiāo)軸、連桿、杠桿和滑楔應(yīng)動(dòng)作靈活可靠,軸銷(xiāo)齊全。/r/n2.1.11/r/n.9罐籠防墜器試驗(yàn),必須符合設(shè)備技術(shù)文件規(guī)定。當(dāng)無(wú)規(guī)定時(shí),應(yīng)按下列規(guī)定進(jìn)行試驗(yàn):罐籠帶煤車(chē)時(shí),緩沖繩抽出長(zhǎng)度,必須為捕繩器自由降落高度的1~1.3倍;罐籠對(duì)井架的降落高度不得超過(guò)/r/n400mm/r/n。/r/n2.1.12/r/n愛(ài)護(hù)裝置/r/n各項(xiàng)愛(ài)護(hù)裝置齊全,安裝位置正確牢固,動(dòng)作靈敏可靠,符合《煤礦安全規(guī)程》第427條規(guī)定。/r/n2.1.13/r/n井筒裝備/r/n2.1.13/r/n.1罐道材質(zhì)與規(guī)格符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,緊固件齊全完好、緊固可靠,防腐良好。/r/n2.1.13/r/n.2鋼軌罐道彎曲度每米不超過(guò)/r/n1mm/r/n,但每根罐道不應(yīng)超過(guò)/r/n6mm/r/n;組合罐道對(duì)稱(chēng)平面內(nèi)的彎曲度每米不超過(guò)/r/n2mm/r/n,但每根罐道不應(yīng)超過(guò)/r/n12mm/r/n;木罐道彎曲度每米不超過(guò)3/r/n‰/r/n;罐梁彎曲度當(dāng)梁上掛一根罐道時(shí)不應(yīng)超過(guò)1/r/n‰/r/n,當(dāng)梁上掛兩根或兩根以上罐道時(shí)不應(yīng)超過(guò)0.5/r/n‰/r/n。/r/n2.1.13/r/n.3罐道磨損量不超過(guò)《煤礦安全規(guī)程》第386條規(guī)定。/r/n2.1.13/r/n.4罐道的不垂直度鋼軌罐道不超過(guò)/r/n±/r/n5mm/r/n;組合罐道不超過(guò)/r/n±/r/n7mm/r/n;木罐道不超過(guò)/r/n±/r/n8mm/r/n。/r/n2.1.13/r/n.5罐道接頭間隙鋼軌罐道2~/r/n4mm/r/n;組合罐道2~/r/n4mm/r/n;木罐道不超過(guò)/r/n5mm/r/n。/r/n2.1.13/r/n.6鋼軌罐道與罐道卡子斜面接觸良好;組合罐道固定螺母必須有防松愛(ài)護(hù);木罐道固定螺母擰緊后嵌入罐道面深度不小于/r/n15mm/r/n。/r/n2.1.13/r/n.7鋼絲繩罐道鋼絲繩張緊程度及井架上預(yù)留長(zhǎng)度符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。/r/n2.1.13/r/n.8井筒梯子間梯子、平臺(tái)板、隔板、立柱和梁的連接牢固可靠。鋼梯子間防腐良好,玻璃鋼梯子間不脆化。/r/n2.1.14/r/n井底箕斗裝載設(shè)備/r/n2.1.14/r/n.1定量斗不漏煤,裝載閘門(mén)開(kāi)啟靈活,汽缸動(dòng)作無(wú)卡阻。稱(chēng)重裝置重力傳感器緊固可靠,測(cè)量操縱柜數(shù)據(jù)顯示正確,稱(chēng)重?cái)?shù)據(jù)無(wú)漂移。/r/n2.1.14/r/n.2回轉(zhuǎn)溜槽開(kāi)啟靈活,蹾座彈簧無(wú)斷裂,蹾座及配重鋼絲繩狀況良好。稱(chēng)重傳感器接線(xiàn)無(wú)破損,操縱柜內(nèi)端子接線(xiàn)無(wú)松動(dòng)。液壓站、管路及接頭不漏油。液壓站工作正常,閘板動(dòng)作平穩(wěn)無(wú)卡阻。/r/n2.1.15/r/n過(guò)卷防撞、安全承接裝置、托罐閘裝置/r/n2.1.15/r/n.1防撞梁與井架連接可靠,無(wú)開(kāi)焊現(xiàn)象。/r/n2.1.15/r/n.2各轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)、活動(dòng)部件必須處于靈活狀態(tài),不得有卡滯現(xiàn)象。/r/n2.1.15/r/n.3托罐裝置復(fù)位彈簧不斷裂,不疲勞,狀況良好。/r/n2.1.15/r/n.4阻爪應(yīng)處于同一水平面,誤差不超過(guò)/r/n±/r/n3mm/r/n。阻爪平面距離容器過(guò)卷防撞梁后底平面約/r/n200mm/r/n。/r/n2.1.15/r/n.5愛(ài)護(hù)裝置每半年檢查一次,并注油潤(rùn)滑,發(fā)覺(jué)過(guò)渡銹蝕零件(銹蝕深度/r/n0.2mm/r/n)應(yīng)予更換。/r/n2.1.15/r/n.6緩沖器制動(dòng)力調(diào)整適當(dāng),緩沖繩無(wú)斷絲、無(wú)銹蝕,繩卡數(shù)量符合技術(shù)文件要求。/r/n2.1.16/r/n罐座與搖臺(tái)/r/n2.1.16/r/n.1罐座安裝牢固,動(dòng)作靈活,無(wú)卡阻。罐座支承爪平面高低偏差不超過(guò)/r/n2mm/r/n,落罐時(shí)接觸均勻。/r/n2.1.16/r/n.2罐籠在罐座上時(shí),罐籠內(nèi)外軌道接頭軌面高低偏差進(jìn)車(chē)側(cè)不超過(guò)/r/n±/r/n0/r/n3/r/nmm/r/n,出車(chē)側(cè)不超過(guò)/r/n±/r/n2.1.16/r/n.3搖臺(tái)主軸潤(rùn)滑良好,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活。主梁無(wú)斷裂,無(wú)嚴(yán)峻銹蝕。/r/n2.1.16/r/n.4搖臺(tái)與罐籠軌道接頭左右錯(cuò)差不超過(guò)/r/n3mm/r/n。/r/n2.1.16/r/n.5操作機(jī)構(gòu)靈活可靠,風(fēng)壓或液壓裝置不泄漏。/r/n2.1.17/r/n儀表部分/r/n2.1.17/r/n.1供電電源電壓應(yīng)符合規(guī)定要求,同意/r/n±/r/n15%范圍內(nèi),必要時(shí)需加穩(wěn)壓裝置。/r/n2.1.17/r/n.2屏蔽地線(xiàn)的接地電阻在調(diào)整規(guī)定要求(4~8/r/nΩ/r/n)范圍內(nèi),接線(xiàn)牢固可靠。/r/n2.1.17/r/n.3各緊固部件不得松動(dòng),脫落。/r/n2.1.17/r/n.4各接線(xiàn)必須牢固、可靠、安全。/r/n2.2要緊扇風(fēng)機(jī)/r/n2.2.1/r/n機(jī)座及殼體/r/n2.2.1/r/n.1機(jī)座安裝在基礎(chǔ)上的水平度,縱向及橫向都不得大于0.2/r/n‰/r/n。/r/n2.2.1/r/n.2扇風(fēng)機(jī)殼體不得有嚴(yán)峻變形開(kāi)裂、腐蝕剝落等缺陷。/r/n2.2.1/r/n.3兩半殼體的結(jié)合面或軸穿過(guò)殼體部分,應(yīng)密封嚴(yán)密,不得漏風(fēng)。/r/n2.2.2/r/n軸/r/n2.2.2/r/n.1主軸及傳動(dòng)軸的水平度不大于0.2/r/n‰/r/n。大修時(shí)主軸及傳動(dòng)軸應(yīng)進(jìn)行無(wú)損探傷。/r/n2.2.2/r/n.2大修后主軸應(yīng)符合下列技術(shù)要求:/r/na圓度、圓柱度及徑向圓跳動(dòng)均不得大于表/r/n2-2-1/r/n的規(guī)定;/r/nb鍵槽歪斜不大于/r/n0.07mm/r/n。/r/n2.2.2/r/n.3傳動(dòng)軸如用中空管焊接時(shí),必須符合下列要求:/r/na保證焊接質(zhì)量,焊縫不得有裂紋、氣孔、夾渣或未焊透現(xiàn)象;/r/nb焊后消除內(nèi)應(yīng)力;/r/nc應(yīng)作靜平衡校正。/r/n表/r/n2-2-1/r/n主軸圓度、圓柱度及徑向圓跳動(dòng)mm/r/n軸頸直徑/r/n/r/n50~80>80~120/r/n/r/n<120~180<180~250/r/n圓度、圓柱度0.0130.0150.018/r/n/r/n0.020/r/n徑向圓跳動(dòng)0.0400.0400.0500.050/r/n2.2.3/r/n離心式主扇的葉輪及進(jìn)風(fēng)口/r/n2.2.3/r/n.1葉輪不得有裂紋、與軸配合松動(dòng)、葉片及前后盤(pán)變形、加強(qiáng)筋板或拉桿開(kāi)焊等缺陷。/r/n2.2.3/r/n.2葉片型線(xiàn)與樣板間的間隙不應(yīng)大于/r/n2mm/r/n。/r/n2.2.3/r/n.3葉輪大修后必須作動(dòng)平衡校正。/r/n2.2.3/r/n.4輪轂與后盤(pán)之間的間隙,在連接鉚釘或螺栓直徑2倍范圍內(nèi),不大于/r/n0.1mm/r/n,其余部位不大于/r/n0.3mm/r/n。/r/n2.2.3/r/n.5進(jìn)風(fēng)口表面型線(xiàn)與樣板間的間隙不應(yīng)大于/r/n5mm/r/n,表面不得有明顯機(jī)械傷痕、變形、裂紋等缺陷。/r/n2.2.3/r/n.6葉輪與進(jìn)風(fēng)口(如為搭接時(shí))的搭接長(zhǎng)度、徑向間隙應(yīng)符合有關(guān)技術(shù)文件的規(guī)定,如無(wú)規(guī)定時(shí),其搭接長(zhǎng)度為葉輪直徑的1%;徑向間隙為葉輪直徑的0.3%,且應(yīng)均勻。/r/n2.2.4/r/n軸流式主扇葉輪/r/n2.2.4/r/n.1葉輪、風(fēng)葉及導(dǎo)葉不得有下列缺陷:/r/na輪轂裂紋或與軸配合松動(dòng);/r/nb葉片變形及腐蝕嚴(yán)峻;/r/nc葉片裂紋或葉柄禿扣。/r/n2.2.4/r/n.2葉片型線(xiàn)與樣板間的間隙不應(yīng)大于/r/n2mm/r/n,葉片外表不得有明顯的錘痕。/r/n2.2.4/r/n.3采納扭曲葉片的葉輪,如一級(jí)葉片與二級(jí)葉片不相同時(shí),應(yīng)有明顯的標(biāo)志,以便于區(qū)分。/r/n2.2.4/r/n.4葉片安裝角度誤差不應(yīng)大于0.5/r/n°/r/n,可用特制的樣板檢查。/r/n2.2.4/r/n.5葉片根部與輪轂的間隙不得大于表/r/n2-2-2/r/n的規(guī)定。/r/n2.2.4/r/n.6葉片頂部與外殼的間隙應(yīng)均勻,并符合表/r/n2-3-3/r/n的規(guī)定。/r/n2.2.4/r/n.7葉輪大修后單極葉輪應(yīng)作靜平衡校正,兩級(jí)葉輪應(yīng)作動(dòng)平衡校正。/r/n2-2-2/r/n葉片根部與輪轂的間隙mm/r/n葉輪直徑1200180024002800
