Unit3.ComputerswritingclassUnit3.Computerswritingclass1村支書個(gè)人述職工作報(bào)告范文作為支部書記的我深知干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的重要性,打造一個(gè)強(qiáng)有力的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子,是實(shí)現(xiàn)村級(jí)工作上水平的關(guān)鍵所在。為此我們抓住創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)、升級(jí)晉檔、創(chuàng)建“五好”基層黨組織的有利時(shí)機(jī),在班子建設(shè)、制度規(guī)范、村民自治上下功夫、做文章。一是以強(qiáng)化班子自身建設(shè)為首任,狠抓班子日常學(xué)習(xí)教育,加強(qiáng)村兩委班子對各項(xiàng)方針政策的學(xué)習(xí)與理解,提升班子整體政治素養(yǎng)。二是抓制度,規(guī)范干部行為。我們對村兩委委員,全部實(shí)施目標(biāo)管理考核,村干部實(shí)行責(zé)任分工到組,管理到人,既分工又合作,形成合力共事的良好局面。二、勤奮工作、做群眾的貼心人村民代表大會(huì)和黨支部會(huì)議是兩委決策村級(jí)事務(wù)的根本,不僅是民主集中體現(xiàn),更是兩委班子領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、決策、部署工作的智囊團(tuán)和強(qiáng)大的力量支撐。除了定期召開會(huì)議外,村中遇到重大事項(xiàng)及難辦問題,都要召開黨員及村民代表會(huì)議,廣泛聽取群眾意見,接受群眾監(jiān)督,充分發(fā)揮黨員村民的民主權(quán)力,認(rèn)真推行農(nóng)村黨員村民代表民主議事制度,用實(shí)際行動(dòng)踐行新農(nóng)村建設(shè)“管理民主”這一基本要求。四、突出重點(diǎn),狠抓落實(shí)“干干凈凈做事,清清白白做人;收別人一分錢,自己就不值一文錢?!贝逯Р繒泿ь^做到廉潔正直,堅(jiān)Timelineof"whoamI"1642:
