sCode.Itshouldalsofacilitatecontinualimprovement.此管理體系應(yīng)包含以下要素:Themanagementsystemshouldcontainthefollowingelements:1.公司的承諾公司的社會和環(huán)境責任政策宣言應(yīng)確認供應(yīng)商守法和持續(xù)改善的承諾,並由高級管理層簽署。CompanyCommitmentAcorporatesocialandenvironmentalresponsibilitypolicystatementsaffirmingsupplier’scommitmenttocomplianceandcontinualimprovement,endorsedbyexecutivemanagement.2.管理職責和責任供應(yīng)商應(yīng)明確指定公司代表負責保證管理體系和相關(guān)方案的實施。高級管理層應(yīng)定期審查管理體系運作狀況。ManagementAccountabilityandResponsibilityThesuppliersclearlyidentifiescompanyrepresentative[s]responsibleforensuringimplementationofthemanagementsystemsandassociatedprograms.Seniormanagementreviewsthestatusofthemanagementsystemonaregularbasis.3.法律和客戶要求識別、監(jiān)控並理解適用的法律法規(guī)(包括本準則的規(guī)定)和客戶要求的流程。LegalandCustomerRequirementsAprocesstoidentify,monitorandunderstandapplicablelaws,regulationsandcustomerrequirements,includingtherequirementsofthisCode.4.風險評估和風險管理識別和供應(yīng)商經(jīng)營有關(guān)的環(huán)境、健康與安全以及勞工實施和道德風險的流程。確定每項風險的級別,實施適當?shù)某绦蚝蛯嵸|(zhì)控制已識別的風險並確保符合法規(guī)。RiskAssessmentandRiskManagementAprocesstoidentifytheenvironmental,healthandsafetyandlaborpracticeandethicsrisksassociatedwithsupplier’soperations.Determinationoftherelativesignificanceforeachriskandimplementationofappropriateproceduralandphysicalcontrolstocontroltheidentifiedrisksandensureregulatorycompliance.4.1對環(huán)境健康和安全進行的風險評估包括生產(chǎn)區(qū)域、倉庫和存儲設(shè)施、廠房支援設(shè)備、實驗室和測試區(qū)域、衛(wèi)生設(shè)施(浴室)、廚房/自助餐廳及員工宿舍。Areastobeincludedinariskassessmentforenvironmentalhealthandsafetyareproductionareas,warehouseandstoragefacilities,plant/facilitiessupportequipment,laboratoriesandtestareas,sanitationfacilities(bathrooms),kitchen/cafeteriaandemployeehousing/dormitories.5.改進目標應(yīng)制定績效目標、指標和實施計畫以提高供應(yīng)商的社會環(huán)境責任績效,包括對供應(yīng)商為達成這些目標的績效進行定期評估。ImprovementObjectivesWrittenperformanceobjectives,targetsandimplementationplanstoimprovethesupplier’ssocialandenvironmentalperformance,includingaperiodicassessmentofsupplier’sperformanceinachievingthoseobjectives.6.培訓規(guī)劃管理層及員工制定培訓計畫,以落實供應(yīng)商的政策、程序及改進目標,以符合適用之法規(guī)和規(guī)定。TrainingProgramsfortrainingmanagersandemployeestoimplementsupplier’spolicies,proceduresandimprovementobjectivesandtomeetapplicablelegalandregulatoryrequirements.溝通應(yīng)制定將供應(yīng)商的政策、實踐、預(yù)期目標和績效清晰準確地傳達給員工、供應(yīng)商和客戶的流程。CommunicationAprocess
