13鍋爐性能考核試驗(yàn)煤、灰、渣化驗(yàn)............................................................221.設(shè)備概況華電濰坊發(fā)電DG1025/18.2-Ⅱ4型亞計(jì)燃煤為山西晉中貧煤,采用四角切圓燃燒方式,平衡通風(fēng)、固態(tài)排渣。1.設(shè)備概況華電濰坊發(fā)電DG1025/18.2-Ⅱ4型亞計(jì)燃煤為山西晉中貧煤,采用四角切圓燃燒方式,平衡通風(fēng)、固態(tài)排渣。溫調(diào)節(jié),再熱汽溫的調(diào)節(jié)以微量噴水減溫為主,同時(shí)配以事故噴水。鍋爐制粉系統(tǒng)為中間儲倉熱風(fēng)送粉系統(tǒng),配4臺鋼球磨煤機(jī)。燃燒器分為上、下兩組。上組每角各有2只煤粉燃燒器,1只油燃燒器和2只三次風(fēng)燃燒器,下組每角A、B兩層煤粉燃燒器為的“雙通道”Ⅲ、Ⅳ型噴燃器。研制臺引風(fēng)機(jī)、兩臺一次風(fēng)機(jī)、兩臺回轉(zhuǎn)式三分倉空氣預(yù)熱器。1.1.鍋爐主要技術(shù)規(guī)范鍋爐主要技術(shù)規(guī)范如下,鍋爐最大連續(xù)出力工況參數(shù):再熱蒸汽流量給水溫度1047.0t/h17.4MPa540.0℃852.0t/h3.77MPa3.58MPa327.0℃540.0℃275.0℃;過熱器出口蒸汽流量過熱器出口蒸汽壓力過熱器出口蒸汽溫度再熱蒸汽流量給水溫度1.2.燃煤資料電廠燃用煤質(zhì)資料見表1。935.0t/h17.2MPa540.0℃781.0t/h3.42MPa3.26MPa319.0℃540.0℃269.0℃。1煤質(zhì)資料試驗(yàn)?zāi)康牧私忮仩t設(shè)備的熱力性能,為電廠安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行提供必要的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)。試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目1330MW機(jī)組鍋爐性能試驗(yàn)和循環(huán)水泵運(yùn)行方式優(yōu)化調(diào)整試驗(yàn)》技術(shù)協(xié)議,鍋爐性能試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目包括:(1)100%、90%、80%、70%、60%、55%額定負(fù)荷下的鍋爐效率試驗(yàn);(2)空氣預(yù)熱器漏風(fēng)試驗(yàn);(3)空氣預(yù)熱器煙風(fēng)阻力測量;(4)各工況鍋爐出力及蒸汽參數(shù)記測。試驗(yàn)依據(jù)《電站鍋爐性能試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》GB10184-1988;《鍋爐性能試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》ASMEPTC4.1;《空氣預(yù)熱器試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》ASMEPTC4.3。試驗(yàn)測點(diǎn)及測量方法5.1.煙氣、空氣溫度測量分別在空氣預(yù)熱器A、B兩側(cè)煙道內(nèi),按等截面網(wǎng)格法的原則,安裝EA、B3(孔)×3A、B8(孔)×3(點(diǎn))。上述測點(diǎn)將全部接入英國施倫伯杰公司生產(chǎn)的35954AIMP/PC分散式1煤質(zhì)資料試驗(yàn)?zāi)康牧私忮仩t設(shè)備的熱力性能,為電廠安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行提供必要的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)。試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目1330MW機(jī)組鍋爐性能試驗(yàn)和循環(huán)水泵運(yùn)行方式優(yōu)化調(diào)整試驗(yàn)》技術(shù)協(xié)議,鍋爐性能試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目包括:(1)100%、90%、80%、70%、60%、55%額定負(fù)荷下的鍋爐效率試驗(yàn);(2)空氣預(yù)熱器漏風(fēng)試驗(yàn);(3)空氣預(yù)熱器煙風(fēng)阻力測量;(4)各工況鍋爐出力及蒸汽參數(shù)記測。試驗(yàn)依據(jù)《電站鍋爐性能試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》GB10184-1988;《鍋爐性能試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》ASMEPTC4.1;《空氣預(yù)熱器試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》ASMEPTC4.3。試驗(yàn)測點(diǎn)及測量方法5.1.煙氣、空氣溫度測量分別在空氣預(yù)熱器A、B兩側(cè)煙道內(nèi),按等截面網(wǎng)格法的原則,安裝EA、B3(孔)×3A、B8(孔)×3(點(diǎn))。上述測點(diǎn)將全部接入英國施倫伯杰公司生產(chǎn)的35954AIMP/PC分散式項(xiàng) 煙氣采樣分析系統(tǒng)5.3.原煤取樣及分析原煤取樣位置在每臺給煤機(jī)處。試驗(yàn)期間對所有投運(yùn)磨煤機(jī)進(jìn)行輪流取樣,30分鐘,所采樣品將被及時(shí)放入密封容器。試驗(yàn)期間所采樣品按四分法縮分成2份,一份由電廠化學(xué)分析室進(jìn)行工業(yè)分析;一份由西安熱工行工業(yè)分析、元素分析和發(fā)熱量測定,并將結(jié)果作為鍋爐效率計(jì)算的依據(jù)。負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)料從采樣點(diǎn)到送入爐膛所需的時(shí)間適當(dāng)提前,以保證樣品能代表試驗(yàn)期間所用5.4.灰渣取樣及分析。間與鍋爐試驗(yàn)工況時(shí)間相等。大渣的取樣在爐渣沉積罐,試驗(yàn)開始時(shí)清空渣罐,試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后排渣取樣。為灰、渣可燃物含量分析。過熱蒸汽流量測量減溫水流量測量結(jié)果之和。5.6.煙風(fēng)道靜壓測量測量結(jié)果與煙風(fēng)道靜壓測點(diǎn)布置在空預(yù)器間在煙風(fēng)道壓力測點(diǎn)用U型管壓力計(jì)進(jìn)5.7.料從采樣點(diǎn)到送入爐膛所需的時(shí)間適當(dāng)提前,以保證樣品能代表試驗(yàn)期間所用5.4.灰渣取樣及分析。間與鍋爐試驗(yàn)工況時(shí)間相等。大渣的取樣在爐渣沉積罐,試驗(yàn)開始時(shí)清空渣罐,試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后排渣取樣。為灰、渣可燃物含量分析。過熱蒸汽流量測量減溫水流量測量結(jié)果之和。5.6.煙風(fēng)道靜壓測量測量結(jié)果與煙風(fēng)道靜壓測點(diǎn)布置在空預(yù)器間在煙風(fēng)道壓力測點(diǎn)用U型管壓力計(jì)進(jìn)5.7.大氣條件測量10~151151次。5.8.運(yùn)行參數(shù)主要運(yùn)行參數(shù)測量采用表盤試驗(yàn)要求試驗(yàn)前應(yīng)具備的條件301次。確認(rèn)鍋爐機(jī)組各主輔機(jī)能正常運(yùn)行,過熱器、再熱器減溫水投運(yùn)正常;整個(gè)機(jī)組嚴(yán)密性檢查合格:消除汽水系統(tǒng)不應(yīng)有的泄漏。鍋爐汽溫、給水、風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)盡量投入運(yùn)行。鍋爐吹灰器投運(yùn)正常,所有受熱面能保持正常運(yùn)行的清潔度。所有參與試驗(yàn)的儀表儀器檢定合格。(6)確定已具有足夠的、符合試驗(yàn)規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)試驗(yàn)期間要求燃用確定的試驗(yàn)煤種。試驗(yàn)記測期間主要運(yùn)行參數(shù)允許波動(dòng)范圍如下:?!?%±2%鍋爐蒸發(fā)量過熱蒸汽溫度±5℃(3)試驗(yàn)過程中不吹灰、不排污、不進(jìn)行任何干擾試驗(yàn)工況的操作。(4)試驗(yàn)前進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)處理鍋爐效率,定排、連排、暖風(fēng)器停用。輸入熱量為的低位發(fā)熱量,熱損失考慮以下項(xiàng)目:排煙熱損失;固體未完全燃燒熱損失;GB10184-1988過熱蒸汽溫度±5℃(3)試驗(yàn)過程中不吹灰、不排污、不進(jìn)行任何干擾試驗(yàn)工況的操作。(4)試驗(yàn)前進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)處理鍋爐效率,定排、連排、暖風(fēng)器停用。輸入熱量為的低位發(fā)熱量,熱損失考慮以下項(xiàng)目:排煙熱損失;固體未完全燃燒熱損失;GB10184-1988所載公式進(jìn)行?;以壤捎茫捍笤?0%,飛灰90%。7.2空氣預(yù)熱器漏風(fēng)率空氣預(yù)熱器漏風(fēng)計(jì)算采用《電站鍋爐性能試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》GB10184-1988所載公式計(jì)算。A、B兩臺空氣預(yù)熱器將分別計(jì)算,兩臺空氣預(yù)熱器的漏風(fēng)率不進(jìn)行平均。"''90式中:'為空氣預(yù)熱器進(jìn)口煙氣過量空氣系數(shù);"為空氣預(yù)熱器出口煙氣過量空氣系數(shù)。7.3煙風(fēng)道靜壓測試以試驗(yàn)期間所的參數(shù)的算術(shù)平均值作為試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。試驗(yàn)實(shí)施與結(jié)果試驗(yàn)實(shí)施試驗(yàn)
