OverviewoftheHarmonasSmart TheSmartGeneratorforHarmonasgeneratestheSupervisor'sprojectconfigurationbyimportingfilesfromtheAzbilHarmonasRTCEditortool.Someorallofthefollowingconfigurationitemsaregenerated.OPCcommunicationbetweentheSupervisorandtheHarmonasNatures(fromtheHarmonasVariablesincludingtheir andNature,source(OPC)andtrending(ifArchiveProjectOneormoreemptygraphicOneormoretrendOneormorepopulatedcontrolgroupPre-requisitesfortheimportBeforeyouareabletostartanimportprocessyoumustensurethatthefollowingfilesareavailable.TheHarmonasproject-ThefilesexportedfromtheAzbilHarmonasRTCEditortool,inIEC61131-3(ASCII)format.TheSupervisor'sgloballibrary(HAS)forTheSupervisor'sprojecttemplatefolder(TPL)forIfamulti-stationprojectisbeinggenerated,thenetworkconfigurationincludingthestationlistsmustbemanuallyconfiguredbeforetheSmartGeneratorisused.AbouttheHarmonasTheHarmonasSmartGeneratorusesseveralfilesfromtheHarmonasprojectwhichitinterpretstocreatetheSupervisor'sproject.ThefilesthatarerequiredarefromtheITandEBfolders.ThefollowingfilesarereadfromtheITFile Theassociatedlabelsconfiguredbypoints. ThelistofdevicesdeclaredintheRTCEditor. ThelistofallpointsdeclaredintheRTCEditor. ThelistofallunitsdeclaredintheRTCEditor.ThefilesintheEBfolderarecreatedmanuallyusingtheexportfeatureoftheRTCEditor.Thereisonefileforeachpointtype,foreachdevice.Thefilenamingformatis<Devicename><Pointtype>.EB.ForexamplePL2011DI.EB.AbouttheHASlibraryandthetemplateTheHarmonaslibrary(HAS)andtheHarmonasprojecttemplate(TPL)arenotinstalledbydefault.Tomakethemavailableyoumust:CopytheHarmonasLibraryfolder(HAS)totheSupervisor'sGlobalLibraryfolder(LIB)foundintheSupervisor'srootfolder. OpentheLIBRARY.DATfileintheLIBfolderwithatexteditorandcheckthatthereisanentryfortheHASlibraryandthatitisnotcommentedout.Itshouldread:YoucanmanuallyenteritifisnotCopytheprojecttemplatefolder(TPL)totheSupervisor'srootThetemplateprojectisasub-setoffoldersandfilesfromanactualproject.If,whencreatinganewproject,theSupervisorfindsatemplateprojectitwillcopythecontentsintothenewprojectreplacingthedefaultconfiguration.AbouttheHMIgeneratedbytheHarmonasTheHMImimicsandothergraphicobjectsaredesignedforadisplayresolutionofeitherXSGA(1280x1024pixels)orFullHD(1920x1080pixels).TherequiredresolutionisselectedduringtheprocessofgeneratingtheapplicationusingtheSmartGenerator.ThemimicsthataregeneratedareWebVuecompliant,moveable(exceptforthes),sizeable(exceptfortheToolboxand s)andhavethepropertyScalemimictofitwindowStartingtheSmartTheHarmonasSmartGeneratorisstartedfromtheSmartGeneratorManagementdialogusingNewHarmonasImportcommandontheTaskToolbar.ShowpictureOnceyouhaveselectedtheHarmonasprojectfromwhichtheimportistotakeitsinput,theSmartGeneratorguidesyouthroughthestepstoconfiguretheimport.Fordetailsseetheremainingtopicsinthisbook.TheHarmonasHMI TheSmartGeneratorusesoneoftheSupervisor'sgloballibraries,speciallycreatedforHarmonas,toprovidethecomponentsfortheHMI.SystemmimicsincludingtheProcessGraphicsymbolsrepresentingeachtypeofHarmonasDataFunctionkeyProgramsscriptsandotherThefolderinwhichtheHarmonaslibrary(HAS)isstored,isintheSupervisorsgloballibraryfolderLIB.TheHarmonasLibraryonly eavailableafteryouapplytheproceduredescribedinthetopicOverviewoftheHarmonasSmartGenerator.TheSupervisor'sapplicationsarebilingual-thatistextstringscanbeconfiguredwithtwoalternativetextsrepresentingtwolanguages.Youcandynamicallyswitchbetweenthelanguagesatruntime.ThetextelementsusedintheHarmonasgraphicsandsymbolsuseJapaneseasthefirstlanguageandEnglishasthesecondlanguage.ProcessEachprocessmimicisgeneratedusingamimictemplatefromtheHarmonaslibrary.Youcangeneratemimicsofthefollowingtypes:TrendControlGroupmimics(populatedusingtheDataPointGraphicsmimics(freeTwomimictemplatesareavailableforeachmimictypetosupporteithertheFullHDandXSGAscreenresolutions.TheHarmonasimportwilluseoneortheotheraccordingtothescreenresolutionselectedintheHMIOptions.EachmimicgeneratedisalsobasedonamimicmodelfromtheHarmonasGraphicherearegraphicsymbolsforeachoftheHarmonasdatapointtypes.TheyareautomaticallyinstantiatedintheControlGroupMimicsaspartoftheSmartGenerator'sconfigurationprocess.IfyoumanuallycreateanymimicsandwanttodisplayaDataPointyoushouldusethecorrespondingsymbolinstantiatedusingthecorrectbranchfromthevariablesForfurtherDetailsoftheobjectsinthelibraryaregivenintheHarmonasLibraryTheSelectHarmonasProject TheSelectHarmonasProjectdialogselectsthefoldersfromwhichtheconfigurationistobeimported.ShowpictureImportname-Enterareferencenamefortheimport.ThiswillappearinthelistofimportswhentheSmartGeneratorisnextopened.SelectorenterthenameoftheITfolder.Theellipsisbuttonadjacenttothefilesopensabrowserdialog.SelectorenterthenameoftheEBfolder.Theellipsisbuttonadjacenttothefilesopensabrowserdialog.ClickNexttocontinuetheimportTheITandEBfoldersarestoredtogetherandthedefaultnameoftheEBfolderisautomaticallyfilledinwhenyoucompletetheITfolderbox.TheOptionsSelecttheOptionsbuttontoopentheOptionsdialog.ShowIntheExportfilesencodingsection,selecttheencodingoftheinputfiles.BydefaultitmatchestheencodingoftheSupervisor'spresentationlanguage.IntheArchiveunitsformatsection,selectProprietaryorSQLServerstorageformatforthedestination.ThedefaultsettingisProprietary.TheHarmonasSelectPoints TheHarmonasHMIConfigurationdialogallowsyoutoconfigurethestructure,andsomeofthecontents,ofthemimicsthatformtheHMI.Thedialogcontainsthreemainareas.Showpicture andIntheleftpane,theCategoriesconfigurationtree.Rightclickingonanodeintheconfigurationtreewilldisplayacontext.Intherightpane,thepropertiesfortheitemselectedintheCategoriesTheReadingfromlefttorightthetoolsare:Expandall-toexpandallnodesintheCategoriestree.Collapseall-tocollapseallnodesintheCategoriestree.Add-toaddacategory.CreatecategoriesfromHarmonasunits-tocreateonecategoryforeachUnitintheHarmonasconfiguration.Apply-tosavetheconfiguration.Delete-toremoveacategory.HMIoptions-seeThesametasksarealsoavailablefromtheAftermakinganychangestothepropertiesofaniteminthecatagoriestree,youmustuseAppselectinganotheritemorselectingFinish.FailuretodosowillresultinthelossofanychangesTheHMIOptionsTheHMIOptionsdialogallowsyoutoselectthesizeofthemimicsaseithersuitableforSXGA(1280x1024)orFullHD(1920x1080).Themaineffectofthis,otherthanchangingthespaceavailableinthemimics,isthenumberofPointsthatcanbeallocatedtoaControlGroup.SXGA-EightFullHD-SixteenIfyouchangefromFullHDtoSXGAthentheconfigurationofallControlGroupmimicsisreset.dialogisdisplayedtoallowyoutocanceltheaction.HarmonasHMI-Category .Anewcategory,withdefaultproperties,isaddedtotheendofthecategorytree.A UsetheApplytoolafteryoumakechangestoeachControlGrouportheywillbelost.Acontrolgroup(mimic)cancontainupto8faceplates(inXSGA)or16faceplates(inFullHD)accordingtotheresolutionyouselect.EachfaceplateisrepresentedbyaparticularsymbolfromtheHASlibraryaccordingtothepointtype,andisinstantiatedinthemimicwithanappropriatebranch.TheControlGroupconfigurationisdisplayedintherightpanewheneveracontrolgroupisselectedinthecatagoriestree.Thepaneissubdividedintoarepresentationofthemimicwithpositionsforthefaceplates,andthepointstree.ThedisplayofthepointscanbefilteredaccordingtopointtypeusingtheFilterdropdownlistbox.ShowpictureAddingpointstothecontrolTherearetwomethodstoaddpointstothecontrolSelectthefaceplateposition.TheselectedpositionisDoubleclickthepointtobeaddedinthepointsSelectthefaceplateposition.TheselectedpositionisEnterthenameofthepointinthetextboxabovethehighlightedfaceplate.Anpletemechanismaidsenteringthename.WhichevermethodischosenthesymbolcorrespondingtothepointtypeisautomaticallyselectedalthoughthiscanonlybeseenafterthemimichasbeenRemovingpointsfromthecontrolToremovepointsfromthecontrolgroupdoubleclickinthecorrespondingfaceplateOthercontrolgroupName-Language1-Thenameofthecontrolgroup.Thenameappearsinthemimicsatrun-timewhenlanguage1isselected.Upto20charactersorName-Language2-Thenameofthecontrolgroup.Thenameappearsinthemimicsatrun-timewhenlanguage1isselected.Upto20charactersorHowtoaddanewcontrolIntheCatagoriestreeintheleftpane,selectthenoderepresentingthecategorytowhichthecontrolgroupistobeadded.FromtheusethecommandControlgroups.Addcontrolgroup.Anewcontrolgroupwithdefaultpropertieswillbecreated.HarmonasHMI-Graphics
