SelectedReadingofStandardBiddingDocumentsforProcurementofWorksYiHongDepartmentofEngineeringEnglishSchoolofForeignLanguages,SWJTUTelmail:156321800@隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的深入和中國企業(yè)“走出去”的戰(zhàn)略，我國對外工程的承包業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展迅猛。根據(jù)中國對外承包工程商會（ChinaInternationalContractors’Association）發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)，中國承包企業(yè)2009年的海外工程營業(yè)總額位居全球首位，完成營業(yè)額777億美元，同比增長37.3%；新簽合同額1262億美元，同比增長20.7%。據(jù)商務(wù)部的統(tǒng)計(jì)，2010年中國對外承包工程完成營業(yè)額922億美元，中國對外承包工程業(yè)務(wù)連續(xù)多年保持高速增長。2010年中國對外承包工程新簽合同額1344億美元。2011年1-10月已完成營業(yè)760億美元，1-10月新簽合同額超過1000億美元。一、中國對外工程承包業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀中國對外承包工程的經(jīng)營主體近3000家，項(xiàng)目遍布全世界180多個國家，涉及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等各個領(lǐng)域。在2010年由美國《工程新聞記錄》雜志（ENR）發(fā)布的“國際承包商225強(qiáng)”榜單（Top225InternationalContractorslist）中，共有54家中國企業(yè)入選。在入選企業(yè)數(shù)量和業(yè)務(wù)總額兩方面，中國承包企業(yè)首次取得雙料冠軍。中國鐵建（ChinaRailwayConstructionLimited）和中國中鐵（ChinaRailwayGroupLimited）分別以539.9億美元和528.697億美元的總營業(yè)額，首次位列“全球承包商225強(qiáng)”（Top225GlobalContractors）第一和第二名。近年來，我國在國際上連續(xù)簽訂數(shù)十億美元的大項(xiàng)目，新簽合同額超常規(guī)增長，我國對外承包工程已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展的時期。長期以來，在我國對外承包工程中，懂技術(shù)、善管理、精商務(wù)、通外語的復(fù)合型項(xiàng)目人才嚴(yán)重缺乏，普遍困擾著企業(yè)海外發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施，成為制約我國企業(yè)與國際大型承包商角逐、實(shí)現(xiàn)國際化經(jīng)營的一大瓶頸。人才需求旺：需要大量懂技術(shù)、善管理、通商務(wù)的復(fù)合型項(xiàng)目人才素質(zhì)要求高：熟悉國際工程慣例，了解國際工程的相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范和項(xiàng)目管理流程，外語基本功扎實(shí)，跨文化交際能力強(qiáng)二、對外工程承包業(yè)發(fā)展對人才的需求《工程英語閱讀I、II》課程簡介本課程以世界銀行最新發(fā)布的《工程采購標(biāo)準(zhǔn)招標(biāo)文件》和《工程英語閱讀》為主干教材，向?qū)W生系統(tǒng)地傳授國際工程的基本知識，幫助學(xué)生熟悉工程英語的語言特點(diǎn)。主干教材：1、《國際工程項(xiàng)目采購招標(biāo)文件閱讀》（第一學(xué)期）2、《工程英語閱讀》（第二學(xué)期）

中國路橋集團(tuán)被禁止在8年內(nèi)參與投標(biāo)；中國建筑工程總公司和武夷實(shí)業(yè)6年內(nèi)被禁止參與投標(biāo)；中國地質(zhì)工程集團(tuán)公司5年內(nèi)被禁止參與投標(biāo)。案例：
