DepartmentResponsibility質(zhì)量部QCsafetyresponsibility1、遵守國家法令，執(zhí)行上級有關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)章制度，熟悉安全生產(chǎn)技術(shù)措施。在質(zhì)量監(jiān)控的同時(shí)，顧及安全設(shè)施的狀況與使用功能和各部位洞邊防護(hù)狀況，發(fā)現(xiàn)不佳之處，及時(shí)通知安全員，落實(shí)整改；Ifanypotentialproblemsfoundinthequalitychecking,informsafetysupervisororprojectmanagerandhastherighttostopconstructionforresolution,thengoondoingthework；2、懸空結(jié)構(gòu)的支撐，應(yīng)考慮安全系數(shù)，不準(zhǔn)由于支撐質(zhì)量不佳，引起坍塌，造成安全事故發(fā)生；Forsuspendingstructuresupports,checkthesafetyfactors.Donotpermitanydefectivesupports,whichwillcollapseandcausesafetyaccidents；3、在施工中，結(jié)構(gòu)安裝的預(yù)制構(gòu)件的質(zhì)量應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制與驗(yàn)收，避免因構(gòu)件不合格造成斷裂坍塌，帶來安全事故的發(fā)生；Strictlycontrolthefabricationqualitytoensurenobreaks,nocollapseandanyotheraccidents；4、在質(zhì)量監(jiān)控過程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)安全隱患，立即通知安全員或項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理，同時(shí)有權(quán)責(zé)令暫停施工，待處理好安全隱患后，再行施工。Ifanypotentialdangerfoundinthequalitychecking,reporttosafetysupervisorsorprojectmanagerimmediately.Hehastherighttostoptheconstructionuntilitiscorrected.工程安全控制要點(diǎn)
